The service here is absolutely horrible. Took 20 minutes to get Water. They forgot our drinks from the bar. They delivered pasta and lobster with no forks. I had to go ask them for forks. Just an overall horrible experience I would never go back and I would never recommend anybody to go there. We were there at 5:15 so there was no rush and they couldn't do anything right. Alex was amazing!! Very attentive but knew exactly when to let us enjoy. He up served us on the deserts and drink specials. You cant beat $5 margaritas (rocks or frozen), the peach was my favorite. I ordered The Berling Sea and it was more than enough for one person. I got the garlic butter sauce and a side of Extra Shazam and mixed them, it was the perfect sauce with a hint of spice. You can ask to try the sauces before you mix it with your boiled seafood. My friend got the Wagyu burger and it didn't disappoint. We finished with the chefs bread pudding, which was pretty goof, but not our best. read more

We came in for their soft opening! They had a dj playing, and the song he was playing was actually what made me go in! The music was so good! We weren't going to stay too long, so we got a drink an vibed with the music. The bartender was really nice! Not sure if it was an extremely off night, but our experience was terrible. 1. Absentee waitperson - huge gaps in timing of when she would check on us. We had to ask for refills of drinks. 2. Poor service from waitperson - other table got served and even given salt, pepper, and hot sauce. My unseasoned chicken was crying out for that but since she didn't check and was leaving the table as fast as she came, not ability to ask. 3. There was a 20 minute span from when person 1 got food until the last person was served. Even then, the order was incomplete, under seasoned, and there was no effort to bring out the rest of the missing food. Zero effort by a manager to offer apologies or even come by and acknowledge our table. Poor service is an understatement. read more

Solid 3.5 stars, rounded up to 4 for the effort. Despite very slow service due to being short-staffed, our server was kind, communicative, and did his best to keep us updated. The seafood was satisfying with well-seasoned sauces and generous portions, though the drink prices were high and food prices a bit steep. Crab legs were some of the largest I've seen in a long time! Yes they were burnt but instead of apologizing the stranger things looking waiter decides he wants to bicker back and forth about it being the shell when the cheese was burnt black as well then another 25-30 mins we finally get a boil that was trash. Tables were trashy cups were dirty had to replace my wine glass. Yall were just locked out from not paying rent just to reopen to give customers trash service and food is crazy. Definitely not a place that I would ever visit again... the boil was as bland as it could get. The shrimp still had veins in them, and the spices were not right at all. We also had the Cajun fries, which tasted like freezer burned Walmart fries. The wings were decent- not good, and they come with carrots and ranch ( that ranch was so thick). The advertisement said there would be karaoke, but when we got there, we were told it's only on Friday nights. The #1 indicator that we should've ran was how empty the place was in such a vibrant area. I am hopeful for improvements since we were told it's under new management, but man! Tonight was an epic fail! Headed to get some food elsewhere. read more

I try to support these types of businesses but they make it extremely hard..The only good thing about this place is the DJ....I should've know it was going to be bad when they have a sign saying that if you don't like your food, you still have to pay 50 percent of the bill. First it took forever for us to get a server. When he finally showed up we placed our order and it took forever for us to get our food. He brought our food out one by one and kept forgetting the rest of our food. I ordered some garlic noodles and waited forever...I looked up and saw the same entree delivered to the table next to me. So of course I asked the table and they said that they didn't order it but the server told them to keep the entree...I asked the server and he lied straight to my face. The food that we did get was disgusting. For a "Cajun" restaurant, there was no seasoning. Everything tasted like straight water. Friday night, I walked in with a party of four, and unfortunately, both the service and food were terrible. Our server was absent-minded, and the seafood quality was mediocre. The shrimp were overcooked and appeared to be pre-cooked rather than fresh. We ordered a meal to go when we received our food but didn't get the to-go order until 20 minutes after all the bills were paid. Additionally, don't get the crab claws--they were overcooked and not worth it. OH, and the oyster Rockefeller were sandy (this is an oyster bar) . unacceptable. read more

This has to be one of the BEST seafood boil I have EVER been too!! When I say you can taste flavor and spice, YOU CAN TASTE FLAVOR AND SPICE!! Not just grease and butter lol. The service was amazing! He made sure we were well taking care of and have everything we needed. The ambiance is definitely great for a night out with friends, and the music is amazing!! The atmosphere itself is already a vibe! Ordered the strawberry margarita and it was delicious with just the right amount of alcohol. I had the raw and Fire Cracker Fire and my goodness. That sauce on the Fire Cracker Fire oyster is EVERYTHING!! I got the berling bea package with the Shazam and it was hot and just tasted amazing. The Shazam sauce really takes it up a notch for you to enjoy it that much better. I'm definitely coming back here again real soon! read more
