My friend and I went here after a quick beauty appointment. We were starving and ready for some breakfast. We were sat pretty quickly and the place was clean. Our server name was Amaya. She was very nice very accommodating. She made sure the pancakes that I received that were miniature she took them back and made sure the kitchen made me the correct size pancakes. I ordered the Banana Foster combo. Everything was hot and delicious. Like I said when they first brought me the banana foster they were miniature pancakes and my friend had the regular stack and they were like half of one pancake. So when I mentioned this to Amaya, she remedy that quickly. And the manager came over to check on us after we sent that pancake back. When they brought out the new stack of banana fosters. I'm actually really surprised how much I enjoyed this experience. I'm not much of an IHOP person. The food was really good, I had the Colorado omelette with pancakes. Everything was fresh and decently portioned. My sister had a chicken salad. The environment was calm and glowy. Although, we loved the food and ambience, our server Amaya was the best part. She really embodied a great attitude and every characteristic a server should have. Breakfast menu items are great at any IHOP. Today, I had the Spicy Poblano Omelet with hash brown and pancakes. The meat, jalapeños, cheese, and eggs were fresh. The rest of my family had Big Steak Omelet, New Belgium Waffle, and the Breakfast Sampler. It was a bit crowded, but this location has gotten busy like it was pre-Covid which is great. We waited 20 minutes and was seated outside. Service was okay based on the restaurant being totally crowded. Our waitress was juggling many tables and each of her tables had at least 4 people. Our food were brought out 23 minutes after we placed our orders. The restaurant has the standard IHOP ambiance. 6, 4, and 2 person booths along with 4 and 2 person tables. Came in tonight to celebrate an early birthday for my brother. Ihop is his favorite place to eat, so naturally we had to visit. Our server, Terry, was so friendly right off the bat. He had a great attitude and energy and was so positive the entire time. He regularly checked up on us, and made sure our drinks were filled. The food was okay, what you'd expect for Ihop. My brother got French Toast and didn't finish it because they didn't taste very good. I got the 2x2x2, with bacon and scrambled eggs. The bacon was pretty fatty, but the eggs and pancakes were good. I appreciate that IHOP has gluten free options on their menu, marked "gluten friendly" (terrible term) due to the fact they have a shared kitchen. The hashbrowns are gluten free and there are gluten free pancakes and waffles available. I have Celiac and have to eat gluten free. I was craving an omelette today but IHOP's omlettes are made with a touch of pancake batter for fluffiness. Our server (J.Z.) said he could have the omlette made with actual cracked eggs rather than the omlette batter to make it gluten free. I could hear him, in Spanish, tell the cook to only use actual eggs because I couldn't have the omlette batter. I appreciated him helping me out. The $14.49 poblano omlette was good and comes with half an avocado (and it tasted fresh for being February!) I had to take about a third of it home because it was very filling. While this might be a run of the mill restaurant for people who can eat anything, as someone with Celiac, it's a big deal to find a restaurant that takes restrictions seriously and is affordable. I visited this place with my friend and my baby. We got seated in a very uncomfortable table near the entrance/ exit for servers to the kitchen and my baby's stroller was just always on the way. After our drink order was taken, we were told that the ac of the establishment is not workin well... it was super hot inside (management should've done their job to put a sign out)! I had to bring out my baby's portable fan in order for him to feel somewhat okay. Order came fast and food was okay.. it was my first time ever trying out ihop. While enjoying with my friend, I've heard our server give attitude to a customer of the near table about the food taking long (even if it's the kitchen that is taking long, you shouldn't be responding back to rude!) That attitude disgusted me. When we were ready to leave, I asked to Tap to Pay, and the server took me almost behind their counter for me to pay. She had told me to wait at the lobby for my receipt. Since I didn't need it me and my friend left, when the server proceeded to follow us outside of the restaurant. She asked me to sign. After returning the receipt to her, she looked at it and gasped "no tip?". Since when are customers required to leave tip? Why are you following outside after I have paid? I came here by myself on a Thursday night and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was not busy but the staff was really attentive! Made sure I got everything in time, water never ran out and got the bill in a timely fashion. I got the steak and eggs and to be honest it's not the best but def something I'd expect from ihop. I ordered catering service for my daughter's baby shower. The food was suppose to be ready for pick up at 11AM. When I arrived (Candice) the manager seemed confused about my order. She went to check on it and told me it would take a little bit. I waited and waited...my daughter's baby shower was to start at noon hence the 1 hour window for food pick up. I asked the manager what is taking so long because my order was supposed to be ready at 11. Her response was "Well it is a Saturday and we're pretty busy." I responded with "I placed my order 2 days ago, it should have been ready at 11, are you going to compensate me for this? I paid $189 for all this food!" She said the only thing she could do was take down my name and number and corporate would give me a call. Needless to say, I was still waiting for my order by this time...it took 30 minutes to finally receive my order! AND corporate never called me, so...sorry IHOP, I will take my business elsewhere. My Husband and I go to IHOP on Valentine's Day. It's our thing. But being new to Vegas we had to select a new IHOP to keep the tradition going. This one is a keeper. It's clean. The hostess greeted with us with a smile as a we walked through the doors and promptly seated us. Our server was great. She offered good suggestions and made my Husband's ice coffee perfectly. The gluten free pancakes were really good, didn't know they were not regular. Eggs cooked perfectly. Decided to have breakfast here since we haven't eaten at an IHOP in awhile since Las Vegas has so many other places for breakfast. The eggs, sausage and pancakes (2+2+2) I had were good along with a side of toast. The crepe dish my wife had was not very good especially for the price. They were on the spongy side, bland, and would of been better if the berry topping was warm rather than cold. They don't put all the different flavor syrup on the table anymore which is somewhat disappointing. Service was good but I was alittle disappointed when I asked about military discount that I was told it could be applied since my 2+2+2 was already discounted. It would of been better just to been told they don't offer any discounts. Definitely will not return since we will stick to our other favorite breakfast places instead. read more

One of the movies I was seeing at the Century Movie Theater, had a ad for the Addam's family treats and food themed at the International House of Pancakes. I wanted the Addam's Family themed hot chocolate and my daughter wanted the pancakes. On Monday night, we decided to do breakfast for dinner at the International House of Pancakes. It was around 6:30 P.M and fairly empty at this IHOP location. We entered and were seated promptly at a booth. My daughter was provided a sheet and crayons to color with, which included her kids menu as well. After reviewing the menu, we had ordered the following - Chicken and Waffles Addam's family themed hot cocoa Addam's family themed chocolate milkshake Kids meal - grilled cheese and french fries For drinks, we had a soda, and water. The server took about 10 minutes to bring the drinks over to our booth. After we had ordered, there were several other families whom had arrived after us, that had received their food prior. The waitress had stopped by our table and mentioned she would check on the back of the house for the food. Finally, we had received our dinner. The waffles were okay. Light and fluffy, lacked flavor though. The chicken tasted frozen and the batter that was used on the chicken felt pre-made, not fresh. The chicken breast was extremely thin and lacked meat. The bacon and syrup was limited on the chicken breast. My daughter enjoyed her grilled cheese though and french fries! She ended up eating the whole meal. Also, there is a deal going on right now at IHOP for kids eat free with a entree purchase. The meal came out to be approximately $21.00 for all of the items ordered. The price is a good deal, but unfortunately, the customer service lacked. We ended up waiting 15 minutes for our waitress to provide us the bill. After waiting another 10 minutes, we left our booth and waited at the front entrance for someone to help us with our bill.
