The waitress was kinda rude because when she got our order wrong she would kinda complain

I've eaten here twice in the mid afternoon times. The first time we ate at this location was during the free pancake promo. It was busy but the server took good care of us. We both had omelettes and they were very good. We also had the free pancakes too and ended up taking some of them home as the omelettes are big. I can hardly eat half of one before boxing it up. I did observe that day I saw some loser kid who had the free pancakes and just left without even tipping the waitress. You'd get some of those types when you do free food promos. The second visit in the mid afternoon was like a ghost place. The waiter on duty was texting and while I hate to see that with people at work, he didn't make that first priority. At this visit I got a turkey sandwich and ceasar salad. It was pretty good and consistent with their food. My friend got a fruit bowl but he didn't like it much (it was the quality of the fruit). I came here because I live close to this location. I notice the other reviews are not very positive but so far my experiences here have been pretty good. The staff is not super friendly but they do get you seated as quick as possible and offer coffee and water pretty fast. Now onto the food. The food has been pretty good when I have come here so I have no complaints. Last time I got strawberry pancakes and the strawberries tasted super fresh. I don't have any problems with this location and most likely will be back. read more

This is my 2nd or 3rd stop at this IHOP and usually always have a good experience. There is parking across from the Denny's which has plenty of parking. Restaurant usually clean when I go in. Staff is okay today was kind of weird cause the host didn't even say hi to me nor did she tell me to follow her to a table. Least you can do is say hi. Other than that service is good most the time. Food is good can't really expect much for IHOP. A cool thing I did not know is that it's all you can eat pancakes when you get a combo or something like that. I'm just upset that this location wouldn't take my coupon for free breakfast pancakes I had my whole morning planned around this and then I had to take a 30 minute drive to another location which was packed while the whole time my 2 year old whom I promised pancakes to was telling me he was hungry. I thought i will enjoy to have a small bite, was supposed to have my all time fave strawberry cream crepe, but why did i order the spinach and mushroom crepe that taste horrible ;(. The hollandaise sauce doesn't blend with it :( Anyways... my son enjoyed his waffle and chicken strips and I had my salad , so it's ok. My server is ok , I don't feel they value the customers very well ( i said that because all servers were at the back room ? not sure if they have a meeting ?).... I called this location before coming and the woman over the phone told me that it would be a 40 minute wait...Somehow, I knew that wasn't true. So my mom and I decided to head over to grab some breakfast and we waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The service was very quick. I always go with the 2x2x2, but our waitress recommended a special that was way cheaper than my usual order, which was really nice of her! So it was your average 2x2x2 plus hash brows for only $7.99! Okay, so this IHOP is very close to work for me. The food is typical IHOP fare, so it's really delicious. Frankly the pancakes at IHOP are way better than Denny's and Norms. The issue with this location is it's a little run down. The seats on the booths are often times busted, the tables are scratched, and the carpet always has a little tinge. All in all, I still enjoy this place and I go as often as I can especially whenever I have a coupon. Yearly I go for my free birthday pancakes and they never disappoint. So yup, 4 stars. read more

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT coming to this IHOP. The food came out SO quickly, it was undercooked. When asked if I could have it cooked because it was undercooked. The waitress said, "okay so you want it well done". I didn't want it well done, just cooked properly. The eggs were too runny, the bacon was limp and looked undercooked. If I could give NO stars I would. 1st Chef got order wrong, one omelet they put the wrong cheese amd the other omelet they forgot the spinach. No big deal, it happens. Then they bring back the the omelets and thats where it gets ugly. Omelet with wrong cheese they just sprinkled the right cheese on top and left the swiss on there. My son hates swiss. The omelet missing spinach they stuffed some spinach UNDER the omelet. Asked for manager who then came to table and first words were "who is yelling at my waitress" which no one did. It was not her fault, he was trying to evade the situation. He became very confrontational and was even shaking. I wish I got his name. Wow! What a pleasure to eat here. Today I was in the valley taking care of some Friday business before the weekend. So, for lunch I decided to step inside an average looking IHOP. What a crazy mistake....this place was really happening inside. The decor was brilliant and neat. Very clean Inside. I was quickly seated even though this place was packed full of patrons. I ordered a hamburger and a mango splash specialty drink. The order was special...you know...a little of this but not that...kind of order. It came quick and the manager Armando was able to give me a complimentary drink for my wait! What wait? It was quick to me and a very nice gesture on his part. He was very business oriented and seemed to handle the packed restaurant very professionally. He spoke Spanish when needed and English when called for...to the customers and workers. Very good at his job. Armando and Kim are the main reason this IHOP gets five stars from me. read more

Looked pretty busy when we first got there, so we almost left because we were short on time. But we got seated within fifteen minutes and greeted within another five! Edwin was a prompt, courteous, no-frills kinda guy. My modifications on my food order were made with no issue. Food came out hot and quickly. Overall great experience and great food. Ugh. I can't move and I can't believe I tried to eat that. The cinnamon swirl brioche French toast is so sweet, I could barely taste the cinnamon! And dear god, don't add syrup! Our table was pretty dirty when we were sat. Weird because there were plenty of other tables (maybe cleaner?) the host could've sat us at. Service was slower to start, but the food came pretty quickly... Though now I wish it hadn't come at all. Literally forced myself to eat three bites..that's all I could handle. Best IHop by far! The staff is very friendly and so hard working! It's so nice to walk into an IHop and be greeted by smiling faces! Typically very busy on the weekends, but they manage to keep up and get everyone seated in a timely manner. The food always tastes great and the wait is rarely very long (only on extremely busy days which is expected). This is the best IHop I've ever been to by far, totally recommend it! The manager has done a fantastic job training the staff, I've never left here disappointed! read more

Called to pick up my food, the line was busy for 40 minutes, sent my friend to go get the food and we didn't get it until 50 minutes later. The food was suppose to be ready and it wasn't. When we waited inside to get the food it wasn't ready and the host forgot about it twice... when we told him to cancel the order, he said it would take 5 minutes. I have been coming to this location for years now and it disappoints me to see how poorly this IHOP is ran. There is always a lot of people and very few waiters. The waiters are exceptional and do the best they can but when you have a restaurant full of customers and one or two waiters, you can't expect to get good service. I took my family in for the 57 cent pancakes and saw two waiters struggling/ tired because of all the tables that needed to be helped. Meanwhile the manger just stood there watching everything instead of helping them out. From personnel experience, a restaurant manager usually helps out during rush hour and makes sure his customers are satisfied and well taken care of. People were waiting a very long time to get any service and instead of the manager stepping up to help, he just watched. He never bothered to ask if we needed anything or take orders. When we confronted the manager, he was very disrespectful to my children and I. He was very unprofessional and refused to provide his name. Instead of asking us what he can do to improve, he stood there and argued with me. Sadly I will not be returning to this location due to the manager poorly running it and not treating his employees/ customers good. I have grown to be very disappointed over the years. read more

Ihop is that one restaurant that you know has good pancakes and great coffee. I usually get the blueberry pancakes and the roast beef. My only problem about Ihop is that they close at 9pm. There main competitor Dennys never closes. I would love to eat at Ihop at 11pm at night. I have tried several things at ihop such as the burgers and the fried chicken. If you place an online order, make sure everything is included when you pick it up. Don't just take their word for it. I placed an order for me, my husband, and my 4 year old, but realized when I got home that they didn't include my daughter's food in the pickup bag. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund since they made the mistake and my daughter was now crying, but I was told multiple times that they couldn't refund the money because it was an online order. They said I could only get a refund if I went back to the restaurant in person. They weren't very nice/regretful about it either but they did call me about an hour later to tell me that they were going to refund my money after all. read more

Horrible place to go ever. If there was a no stars option, I would have put it because even one star is too good. Rude staff and bad food. My aunt found a long stand of hair embedded in her crepe, and when she asked to exchange it for a fresh one the waitress said "No. No one with long hair works here, it couldn't have been one of our staff" she blankly refused to take it back even with a hair stinking out of the crepe from within the dough. I assume she thought we sewed the hair into the food. They still made us pay.
