Being a newly opened place i figured it would be pretty good, wrong! We went on fathers day evening and were one of maybe 5 people in the whole place. we got our food quick which was great, however being that they were not busy there should have been no rush to get it out to us and it was obvious it was rushed. My daughters chicken fingers looked dried out and kinda gross but being 3 she didn't care. My husbands eggs were cooked on way to high heat and had a gross crispiness sunny side up eggs shouldn't have and my soup of the day- which our waitress didn't even know what the days soup was- tasted worse then hospital food and the veggies in it were still a bit crunchy... I left still hungry due to not wanting to finish what i ordered. I usually love Ihop, but wow, Dennys it is next time!!! read more

Horrible service the other night, finally asked to place our order after 30 mins of nobody checking on us. When we got our food it was pathetic missing items, hideous looking sandwich , and nobody was around to complain to. Maybe I was being punished for asking to place my order- who knows. They took it off my bill which was fair since I didn't eat it. This is the second time we've attempted to eat here with the same results , and apparently sitting by the kitchen means you will never be served. read more

This by far is the worst IHOP's . Service was very poor and our waitress kept saying"Bam" every time she placed an item on the table. We ordered breakfast and when our meals arrived 40 minutes later they were prepared incorrect and on top of it they were cold. Our waitress was apologetic and said she would have them remake our meals. Took another 30 minutes for her to finally come back to the table with my eggs alone on a plate and said ,"here are your eggs "Bam". Once again the eggs were overcooked but before I could get the words out she said she would be back with the rest of our meal. 5 minutes later she comes out with two plates with tiny paper thin pancakes. When I ask where the rest of the meal was as we had ordered Bacon and hash browns as well . She pointed to cold ones that were first given to us and acted like those were acceptable. By that time I was asking for the manager who came out and was very sweet but clearly did not know how to manage a restaurant. I told her our experience was less than stellar and that the kitchen staff was Obviously having problems getting the meals out properly. She apologized and admitted that the kitchen staff was not cooking the food correctly and that she would re-cook the pancakes her self if we wanted. We graciously said we would and waited around for another 20 minutes for them to arrive. She did offer us our meals free But the damage was done. I would never come back to this location.I really hope they get these issues resolved because this business is not going to be around long if they keep having such poor service. read more

My husband and I stopped there on 2/19/19 around 10 am. This IHOP is located in Queen Creek, Az. We were seated in an area where there was syrup, butter, dirty seats and windows had finger prints all over with dried ketchup. The condiments had been neglected to be filled. Husband said the bathrooms looked like a battle zone where there was stuff all over the floors. How can a place get this be so neglected. So I had ordered him some coffee and an orange juice. We were greeted by a friendly server. We had ordered. Waited and waited for our meal to come to us. I ALWAYS make sure to say I want it piping hot and brought to our table right away and to not let it sit under the lights. Needless to say not once, twice but three times my husbands meal was returned to the kitchen.The server even put her hand in his plate of food to find it ICE COLD. Mine was returned twice and still not able to eat with my husband as the meal didn't come out together. We had food that was made in advance, the eggs when cut up shot white juicy egg crap over the plate. The sausages were still bright pink in the middle. The only thing hot was the coffee. After 3 times of sending back our food and to only eat 3 bites, I had had enough. Walked to the front door where the hostess asked how our meal was.. What meal??? We didn't eat. I told her politely the coffee was on them today. I'm a believer on supporting stores within our community but this is a joke when I'd have better service than this at home. I have my husband on hospice and he wanted to have the flavored syrups. IHOP you surely missed the boat today.. And by the way... Clean up your menus!!! My nails and fingers were touching some of the filthiest caked on food stained menus ever!!! I could have scraped the crap off with my nails or better yet the knives you provided that were coated with the same crap your menus were. It's time to clean up your act. How can you be proud to serve anyone in this lack of care within your facility. Time for the Health Board & State to come make a surprise visit. You could have easily been shut down today as the customers were complaining around us too!! . Shame on you!!! By the way, corporate was called on you today to take our complaint. Additional coaching and teaching is needed in this store. I'm expecting a call back within the next few days from the GM...I'd like to suggest time to regroup and hire a decent team that cares about the quality of what the customer orders. Went out to eat here last night (Friday night) with my fiance and baby daughter. We were seated in a booth right away even though the restaurant was a bit busy. By the time we ordered most everyone had left. Our server came over and mumbled something to us about ordering and we got drinks. He came back about 20 minutes later to get our good order. Recited back the correct order and left. When we got our food another 20 minutes later my order was wrong. It took my 10 minutes to find out server who only our table and the one behind us so he could fix my order. Every time he came to our table he mumbled. He wasn't wearing a name tag but my receipt said his name was Henry. At the end of the night after we had finished our meals we waited for almost half an hour in an empty restaurant for him to bring us the check. I was not impressed with the quality of service I received and the fact that they are removing the cinnastack from the menu. read more

Definitely NOT up to IHOP standards. Food is sub par, small portions, staff is not the happiest and it is the entire facility. Prefer to go across the road to get bigger portions, a smile, an apology for errors, and a much better price. Very disappointing! read more

My family walked out after 25 minutes of watching 3 servers walk around us, never acknowledging us, not a peep. Hostess was friendly so she gets the star. Went across the street to Buffalo Wild Wings, a sports bar, on a packed NFL Thursday night, and we were seated in 2 minutes, drinks in 5 minutes, and food shortly there after. Maybe IHOP should steal a manager from Buffalo Wild Wings. Needless to say we will not waste our time here again. read more

Went in to the Queen Creek location to eat dinner with my family tonight. We got there at seven and around 815 got our dinner. We ordered eggs pancakes French toast chicken tenders. I can't even begin to explain how horrible the food was! Cold, stale and tasted horrible. Service was extremely slow and unprofessional. If you want to waste money and time and eat food that is horrible this is the place for you. Never again will I dine at this IHOP location! read more

I am changing this score from a 2 to 4 stars. Wow, what a difference a few months make. The IHOP is not brand new anymore and the hot spot for people in QC who have been acheing for a diner to open in town, or any restaraunt for that matter. I think with the huge volume of customers and the huge staff they had to accomadate them, the management was able to see who were the keepers, and who to lay off when things got slow. We have been there a few times lately and it is not overly crowded (you can find a parking space) and the remaining staff are outstanding. It is still IHOP, and I can't see myself giving an IHOP 5 stars, but the service is much better now, and the experience also much much better. read more

Best food, best service, best managers I have encountered. Everyone is smiling, happy. My server had a partner that helped, thats team work and that shows me they care about Me. Salads are huge and taste great. Drinks never ran out, even gave us drinks to go with out having to ask. The managers talked to us and others to see how we were. Anyone who complained about this IHOP has never been to MESA, AZ or Vegas. This IHOP is a 5 Star restaurant compared to them and Denny. My Wife and I have been coming here once a week since they opened and they are always accommodating. No matter what we order, or who we get as a server, they are top notch. I was in the server business for 4 years so I have room to speak, they are awesome servers and the cooks rock. NEVER a bad meal or service. Did not feel like cooking, just wanted a simple breakfast meal for supper. The hostess was friendly, our server was attentive, but the cook. The cook needs to find another line of work. How does a professional cook mess up breakfast? None of our eggs were cooked as ordered, the bacon was fatty, undercooked and cold and the hash browns, hard as a rock and tasted like last weeks fryer grease. Cold Decafe coffee 15 min to make a new pot . Waitress colder than the coffee, hash browns uncooked and soggy . Not busy at all and the waitress was gone the whole time. The only good thing was leaving and not tipping her great attitude at her job . Bye IHOP that was your last chance. read more

Went for breakfast this morning around 10 and it was fantastic. The strawberry crème brioche was great and Suzy is just funny as can be. Always on top of things, filling my drinks, cleaning tables, smiling and laughing. I love it. The manager, she is usually on dinner was talking to us and other guests checking on how things were, she was also smiling and laughing as usual. The atmosphere today was much better than my last breakfast visit. Maybe I'll switch from dinner to breakfast just have to see. I really enjoyed it. If I could give Suzy and the manager 10 stars today I would. read more

I think this IHOP is pretty good. I like that it's close by. We've been in a few times and have had a pretty good experience each time. We are a family of six and that's a pretty big order for a waiter/waitress to fill. We have always had very nice and friendly people wait on us and make sure everything is as we want it. I can't say I've noticed too much of a wait but then again we are usually talking and laughing and probably joking around and that passes the time for us. When my daughter ordered a drink and didn't like it, they took it back and replaced it with something else no questions or comments about it. When my younger kids sometimes take a few minutes to order a drink or their food the waiters are always patient with them. The waiters are very good about accommodating a special order. They've always been good about getting our drinks refilled and making sure we have everything we need at the table. If we've had side orders that didn't come at the time of the meal they have always apologized for the inconvenience and then brought the food as soon as they could. I can't really say I have any complaints. We love IHOP and this one in Queen Creek has been wonderful! read more
