0 stars! Worst customer service from male manager. We used the restroom as soon as we entered the establishment with my children & he assumed that we would not dine in. Instead of asking us to be seated he proceeded to yell at the hostess that showed us where the restroom was. I'm a regular to this location it's our little go to breakfast spot to enjoy with my little girls. I have never left a review because it's kind of easy to forget when you have a toddler with you. But honestly this is be far the best ihop I ever been too. I see the same servers often with very little new faces and they are always SO friendly and sweet. Specifically today my toddler kept on yelling and the male server ( wish I got his name ) he wears his hair in a combover type of style and is thin/tall rushed over to quickly take my order I think so we wouldn't wait any longer. I totally appreciate the attentiveness of today especially on such a busy holiday. I recommend this location to anyone the food is always tasty and the customer service is exceptional. A consistently great spot! This is a classic for me and my family. The food is always fresh and the service is always on point. The tres leches pancakes are amazing I would definitely recommend. The waiter (Carlos) and the manager got us anything we needed and was very friendly. The restaurant was clean and well kept. We love IHOP for breakfast lunch or dinner! I always order the same no matter what time of day we come in, scrambled eggs hash bacon & my strawberries n cream crepes!! The best! This place was packed but we waited maybe 20min, the server was very nice and friendly and super attentive, kept refilling our drinks! First, we sat at the table and waited about 10 minutes for any service. Second, I ordered a Double BLT because the menu shows it has one of the least amount of calories and I knew I could eat half for lunch and the other half for dinner. Pretty disgusting. I had to take home the sandwich and cook the bacon properly. Third, I waited awhile to be helped to pay. This is the worst IHOP I have been to. Their procedures need to be examined. My server was also my cashier. What is management doing? Next time I will drive farther to get better service even if my server was friendly and awesome! read more

My wife and kids absolutely love this place for breakfast. My wife likes the French toast combo or Swedish pancakes. Kids eat eggs and pancakes. I personally think their specials are a bit gimmicky. I'd rather have quality food than large portions or crazy recipes. Keep it simple and focus on quality then I'll give 5 stars. read more

My mom and I have eaten here a few times as it is a quick, easy, and typically reliable place to grab breakfast when she gets off from her 12 hour shifts at the hospital. Usually the service is quick and the food is good, but today both the food and service were atrocious. Everything started out fine, but when the food arrived my mom's bacon was extremely undercooked and the English muffin she got wasn't toasted at all. Her hasbrowns were also undercooked. I was brought the completely wrong dish. I ordered the t-bone steak and eggs but was brought steak tips and eggs. When I told the server that wasn't what I ordered, she stared at me blankly as if she expected me to just eat it anyway. When I finally did get the correct dish the steak was not cooked how I had ordered it. Also, after I had sent the wrong dish back, I could hear her and the cook in the kitchen cussing and talking crap. My mom also mentioned that she could see the cook mishandling other patrons' food. While I know this is just an IHOP, and not some fancy restaurant, the service today was abysmal, even by cheap chain diner standards. If you are looking for a decent reasonably priced diner in the area, I recommend Corky's on Haven. They are busy, but for good reason. After all of the advertising IHOP has been doing lately we were both looking forward to breakfast today, but were instead severly disappointed. Came here on a Sunday morning and was seated about 10 minutes later, so not too bad of a wait time. However, it was about 15 minutes before the waiter came to take our drink order. We ordered our drinks and food immediately after the table in front of us. The table in front of us got their food and I expected to receive our food a few minutes later. We waited 50 minutes for our food and it never came. When I inquired with the manager, why the table front of us was already done eating, another table in front of us who had arrived 10 minutes prior was also already eating while we still hadn't even gotten our order, he said because it got busier, they opened a second kitchen and the cooks just grabbed random tickets from the lineup. He apologized for their errors and said, our order was ready. We were waiting for our food another 10 minutes and still nothing. I walked by the kitchen and saw that the manager was telling them that we were leaving so no need to start our order. Meaning it wasn't ready like he had said. Another table that was sitting two tables in front of us had arrived 50 minutes after us and also were already eating. The manager had no excuse for this other than the chefs just grabbed random tickets instead of grabbing them in order. So an hour later, two tables that were there afterwards were already eating and we still weren't eating. Poor management and poor Customer Service skills. I do not recommend this location. The worst part is that we ordered two coffees and the waiter slammed the mugs and coffee pot on the table while he served the coffee and left the pot on the table for two other families. 1st review honestly i hardly ever visit IHOP but this time I was in the mood for pancakes, my baby and I went got seated right away but nobody came to our table to even offer water or a cup of coffee. While the menu seemed daunting with its many options, Ligia took time to walk me through all the items, gave me time to consider, and came back just when I needed her to. This was a very good visit. I wanted to try something different for breakfast other than our hotel. So we took a drive and came across International House of Pancakes. Upon entering the restaurant there was no wait and we were escorted to our table right away. They gave us booth seating. Breakfast was very good and not a long wait time. I ordered the Bacon and cheddar mushroom omelet with Avocado. Omg super delicious. I am a bacon finatic. So i ordered a side of bacon to go with that. The order also came with Buttermilk pancakes on the side. Everything was so filling. I actually couldn't finish my meal and took the rest to go. I haven't been to one of these in a long time. And I will never ever go back. 40 minutes for pancakes!!!!! I had to find my waiter for ketchup, and to ask someone else for a to go box, had to find the waiter for the check and he never checked on us to see if we needed anything. I realize nowadays it gets harder for restaurants to find help. I am also aware that most restaurants are understaffed. This morning, all I wanted to do was to have breakfast with my wife. When we got there, the hostess was incompetent; she never bothered to ask who was next in line and that caused a problem : Once we were seated , they said your server will be with you shortly. I always love going to IHOP for sheepish crepes because I love the lingonberries and I came to this specific location because there reviews are better than the other ones. I ordered Togo and was told 30 minutes for sweedish crepes, shirt stack of pancakes, and hashbrowns. Really that seems a very long time. When I got there no one was in the front and when I got the food home the sweedish crepes were just crepes no lingonberries at all and they were supposed to do well done hashbrowns which weren't done the way I ordered it. Plus the sweedish crepes were over cooked and not tasty at all. Total disappointment. Now I am trying to call this ihop and the line is busy for the past 15 minutes. I have never been a big fan of this place until tonight. There were only two people working the cook and the host, who was also the server and table cleaner. His name was Devin. Devin was super professional and had a great sense of humor. He is definitely an asset to the restaurant. Even though it was basically just him in the dining room he was on top of everything.
