If I could I would give them negative stars. I went today to get a poke bowl, but service was unfriendly, unkind, and frustrating. I asked questions to which the server did not respond, and the quality of the product is mediocre. I asked the worker did the seaweed salad cost extra, and which the server did not reply and just added it to my bowl, this may be dangerous if someone is allergic to a product! My first experience with sushi burritos was with IJs and because of them I will keep coming back! The staff was very patient and helpful, and I loved that the area was open so I could see exactly what they put in my burrito and how fresh the ingredients were. The best part is that they are HUGE, so you can eat the perfectly cut (thanks guys) second half of your burrito the next day. I don't believe in leftover sushi, ever, but my burrito was just as good the second day as it was the first. read more

Probably should order more than what I did. I got the salmon poke bowl, and my daughter got the shrimp tempura bowl. It only came with two pieces of shrimp which was mostly breading. It was good, seemed fresh, but nothing spectacular read more

I got a shrimp tempura burrito which was great. You get to pick your toppings but also note that getting snow crab does cost extra. It's a protein not a topping. The presentation is very pretty and they wrap the burrito very well. If you put lots of sauce in it make sure to eat it right away as it can get soggy. I would definitely come again. read more

Yummm!!!! I'm not a raw fish sushi eater but I love me some cali rolls/ shellfish rolls. The sumo crunch is beyond amazing. We live in Issaquah but went down to Kays and decided to try it for dinner. We got it again Monday night for dinner and just as good as the first time. Instead of the eel sauce I get it with the spicy mayo. The customer service here is amazing too. My hubby went and grabbed the last ones Monday night and even though I told him no eel sauce he forgot at first until he saw them putting it on. And they offered to remake it no problem. They're huge I can only eat 1/2 in a sitting but next day the other half makes a great meal again and tastes the same. read more

I been to many poke places already. Most poke places have a large bowl for 3 proteins for around $12-$13. This is the only poke place that won't do that. They charge $4 extra for a second protein. Not even a lot of food either. What a waste of money. They also charge extra money for crab salad. Never going back there again. I paid over $16 for a 2 protein poke bowl while I can go to other poke places for better quality and for more protein. read more

I remember one day in the past, I was just doing some wishful thinking and I thought, "why don't they have sushirrito anywhere near here?" Then earlier this year, I was walking around the mall and I saw that they were building this place. I mean, the last business that took this spot in the mall didn't do so great. But I mean, take sushi ingredients and make it into a burrito? INGENIOUS! They also have poke bowls for reasonable prices. This may be a super late review but I'm feeling inspired tonight so please bare with me. I remember walking up to the counter and the lady smiled at us. She was friendly. We then decided to build our on sushi burrito. We went with salmon. She whipped out this pre-made sheet of nori seaweed and rice and she started to put the salmon on the rice side. We added the other toppings, I guess you could say. I was a little worried because the amount of ingredients on there was a lot; I didn't think she would be able to roll it up into a burrito. But she did it! For $10.95 or $12 and some change after tax, I thought the portion was pretty good. I mean, I've had a bigger one in SanFran for the same price, and the rice is outside, but I didn't mind because I wanted to try it out anyway. Also I think we also had the option of having the rice outside, but I was too shy to ask. Anyhoo, she cut it half diagonally, but it wasn't even. Yikes! Now that's a dilemma since we were sharing. Who gets what piece? But I digress. We sat down and I was lowkey really excited to eat it. I decided to take the smaller piece because I didn't want to get too full. I took my first bite and OHHHHHHHH! The spicy mayo hits you like whuuuu whuuuuuut! It good, but it was OK. I had to ding one star because the salmon....was a little fishy. I didn't know how long that's been out there but I could taste the fishiness even when the flavor was overpowered by all the toppings in there. Another ding because it's my first time, I have to try all the rest. Maybe next time I'll try one of the special ones that they have everyday. But during that visit, I wasn't really impressed. I'd give the sushi burrito 6/10 for now. I'd have to try it again next time. If anyone else had the same experience with the protein being a little fishy, please let me know so I'm just not talking crazy here. Nonetheless, I'd definitely come back for more. PS. Avocado cost extra. Bring your own avocado. Or just be hella extra. Up to you. read more

Overall experience was pretty bad... at first we asked if the salmon had onions in it.. the employee just looked at me blankly. I could tell she couldnt speak English well, which is okay... but I am allergic to onions, so I need to ask. Employees need to at least be able to answer that. Or at least have someone else there with her. Then when I asked for the spicy mayo sauce, she squirted out WAYYY TOO MUCH, I told her but she didn't seem to understand what I said. Anyways, if you want the crab salad, it's an extra $1.95, which is fine, it it tasted any decent. I've had sushi for years and years and the fish here is NOT fresh. One unique food place in Southcenter. The idea how to get the food is by either getting it in a burrito style or all in a bowl. I order it in a burrito. You pick your protein, vegetables, and other topping you want. It's a fixed price in addition of other things you want. The food is great. The food is fresh, rice made perfect and it's serve right after you pay for it. If you are really hungry, the place isn't for quantity unless you ask for more servings. read more

Came here for the first time during the holidays with my friend who recommended this place, and it is SOOO good! I literally avoid the mall like the plague because I just can't handle the high volume of this particular mall, but I've been back 4 or 5 times since December just for these delicious sushi burritos! I brought my brother who was visiting from out of state, and he was obsessed. He texted me a few days saying he was craving one of these delicious things lol. Although there are places that have this particular concept, this is by far the best one we've been to. The only thing that I don't like is the breading they put on the outside of the rice is really messy so it's kind of hard to eat without it getting everywhere but other then that it's soooo good . I order from this place once a month on Uber eats (Would order more but it can get pricey and I'm on a budget) I found them just browsing on UE and randomly clicking on the first thing that looked different, this palce was it. I must go in some day and try ordering that way, Uber eats doesn't give them proper justice, everything I've had from them has been amazing butt he menu for the burritos them selves is kinda small and there's no create your own option, I'm not a big sushi fan or raw fish fan in general but the options this place has is amazing, My favorite is the firecraker chicken I believe (writing this off the top of my head) not too spicy and no fish, just veggies, chicken and rice so so good, wish I could order from them more often. read more

Very good sushi burritos. But unfortunately they are very very very stingy when it comes to the poke bowls. The charge crab meat as another scoop of protein ($2 I believe) instead of coming as a side like at every other poke place. I've been to better poke places with higher quality, twice the amount, and for the same price. The stinginess isn't a good business strategy, makes me not want to go there at all. Visited this location before heading to the airport yesterday. The poke bowl I ordered had spicy tuna, avocado, and cucumbers. Felt fine eating it and then traveled. Since about 6 hours after visiting this location, I've had symptoms of food poisoning-- dizziness, vomiting, multiple trips to the bathroom, etc. Pretty disappointed in my visit there to say the least. read more

I used to love this place... now it's gotten to the point to where I feel like the employees hate their lives, and it shows. There was one employee I enjoyed who left about 2 months ago, Kevin. He is what made the experience worth showing up to the mall honestly. Maybe we aren't coming while he's working or something but it seems like they got rid of Kevin. Why?
