Imo's was a must-visit while in St. Louis after hearing so much about the famous Provel cheese, and I'm glad I made the stop. We started with the toasted ravioli based on an employee recommendation. It was decent, but a little over-"toasted" for my taste, so that was probably the least impressive part of the meal. The star of the visit was the 14" ALL Meat pizza. The St. Louis-style square cut was fun to try, and the thin crust was crispy and loaded with toppings. The pizza was flavorful, unique, and definitely lived up to the hype. If you love thin crust pizza, Imo's is absolutely worth a visit--especially if you find yourself in St. Louis. It feels like one of those local food experiences you have to try at least once. Inside, the restaurant was clean and comfortable, including very clean restrooms, which I always appreciate. Bonus points for Pepsi products at the drink machine. Who doesn't love a good Mountain Dew. The dining room also had some unexpected entertainment--one customer's back-and-forth with the manager ended with her getting a "free" salad just to quiet things down, which definitely added some local flavor to the experience.

Would you like some salad with your cheese?

Super thin crust with what seemed like grossly insufficient toppings (both cheese and pepperoni)? I guess it's a St. Louis style thing? Not terribly enjoyable but I'm willing to understand it's a local thing. My salad came covered in cheese, so much for a veggie option. Finally, not kept clean, they had quite a few staff, but tables remained not cleaned pretty much my entire visit. I take care of my own trash and it was disappointing that other customers didn't, but still seemed like something the staff should have gotten up to do in the 30+ minutes I was there.

Local suggestion for St. Louis style pizza. Loved the pizza. Super thin crispy crust!!! The crunchimos was also super crispy and very cheesey! My daughter gave it "5 stars and 2 thumbs up". We went on a first even before it got busy. Food came out pretty fast. Plenty of room to navigate my stroller and let baby sit near the table.

I'm glad I finally got to try St. Louis style pizza. I can't say I really liked the provel cheese but I'm glad I tried it. Service was super friendly and quick. We also got the the toasted ravioli which I really enjoyed. The salad came with provel on top which I liked. The pizza was just okay but I think it's just because I don't like melted provel. Worth trying.

Decided to give St Louis-style pizza a try. What makes islt St Louis-style? It uses provel cheese (blend of provolone, swiss and white cheddar) has a cracker-thin crust, and highly seasoned tomato sauce. They say people love it or hate it. I don't love it, but don't hate it either, but won't be looking for it in the future

Looking for this since last St Louis visit. This place had fast workers who took VIP like care of us!!! The food came out hot and fast! Super tasty. Will definitely look to visit this location again. Thank you for being awesome Put one in Oklahoma! Respectfully, Bryan Yukon, Oklahoma Per my youngest the cinnamon bites were plate licking good!

This pizza was delicious! Do give it a try if your ever around this place, it'll be worth it!

We came here because we thought it was a local place, but I actually started in St. Louis but has become a huge chain with over 100 locations. The pizza is unique with an extremely thin crust and they use Provel Cheese instead of traditional mozzarella. This is a good tasting, different take on the pizza we're all used to. The based lasagna was really good. The service we had sucked, to put it nicely. I would rate the pizza a 4 out of 5 and the service a 2 out of 10. I would give Imo's another shot, but I would definitely go to a different location.

A St. Louis staple. My husband and his family RAV about this place. I tried it 10 years ago and I have to agree, if you like rich flavors, melt cheese and super thin crust, this is a place for you. We had the Canadian bacon and olive, garden, toasted ravioli and house salad. The pizza was just as good as I remember. We ate both pies in one sitting. My daughter said it was the best pizza she's ever had, which is saying a lot. The toasted ravioli were a little over cooked this time. Salad was great, crisp lettuce, IMO's Italian dressing is a nice, light, vinaigrette. We ordered ahead from the museum about 40 mins before and only waiting 10 minutes when we got there. We were starving and opted to eat there. Restaurants roughly 15 tables, with mix of 4/6 seats. They are always busy, so order ahead or be prepared to wait.

Very thin crust

This was a recommendation from someone at the hotel where we stayed. We were told it is a St Louis style pizza. Very different than any pizza I have eaten previously. It had a very thin crispy crust and toppings went all the way to the edge so there was no crust as I traditionally know. I would recommend giving it a try.

FINALLY the pizza was perfect....Lol. Back home and of course, craving my Imos. I usually visit this location, but the last few times I was in town, the pizza was lacking, and the customer was blah. This time, great customer service and my green pepper and onion pizza was made perfectly. I'm mad I had to eat it in the car....Lol

All Meat 12"

Food was good but service was just ok. Simple pizza joint dining area. Will definite return the next time I'm in the area.

My friend recommended I try IMO's, and I must say, I am thankful she did. I don't know what kind of cheese they use, but it was delicious. We did the deluxe (I think) pizza. It had thin crust and the meat and veggies tasted fresh. Loved it!

There is no indoor seating so if it's Hot (like it was when we went) be prepared. The rain cooled it off a bit. I highly recommend the Fries with Parm and Lemon Aioli for dipping!!! We ordered the SPB Special pizza. It was a bit spicy for us with all the peppercinis. But we kept trying to think What is Missing?? It's cheese!! There is no mozzarella or pizza cheese!! Just Parm. So if you want your pizza with cheese.... This one is not for you. We would not order this one again but would go back to try something else. The service was friendly and fast!

I called to place an order, the man that answered was very short, he said they were busy and wait would be an hour and and a half, I said that's fine. Continuing on, ordered the special minus mushroom. Wanted to ask if a different topping could be added but was cut off and my ordering was over. OK, NBD. Got to the place to get the pizza, my husband went in to grab it and the man at the counter was rude and short with him. Also the place was empty so maybe we called in the order during a dinner rush hense the 95 min wait, again NBD. An employee pulled the pizza out tossed in in the counter and walked away. Then a younger employee walked up to the counter and collected money. I'm hoping the older man was just having a bad day, but being rude in 2 different manners is not a good look. When we get home and started to enjoy this pie half way into eating a slice was a nice piece of rubber, kind of looking like a hair tie or something. Now that's a huge turn off. First experience and now the last. Sorry folks but bad attitude and a foreign object is at all not appealing.

The octopus starter had great flavor and I would order it again but the toasted ravioli was incredibly bland which was surprising given the pancetta and fontina cheese inclusion. Everything else was also just ok. I didn't snag a picture of the tiramisu and I wish I did because it looks quite different than some of the older pictures shared on Yelp already. Texturally it was on the dryer side and kind of grainy. Also, do want to call out that it was very loud in the restaurant if that is important to you. Not just dinner noise from other guests, but the music was playing much too loudly for a dinner venue. There are some other menu items that sounded interesting, so we will give it another shot, but this visit fell a little flat for us.
