I will start off by saying I almost took this company to small claims court. Here is a rundown of how horrible, awful, and nasty of a company they are: 1. My scheduled move was for 9am and they did not show up until 1pm. They thought I had changed the time. I never did...I was waiting at my storage unit for 4 hours 2. They moved my stuff from a storage unit into an apartment and did not wrap a single thing. This led to a drawer from a $2,500 dresser falling on the ground and breaking 3. They did not put my bed together correctly, which resulted in it almost breaking one night 4. Back to the dresser...he was willing to give me a $50 discount to repair the drawer or fix it himself. I thought it would be a good idea for him to fix it himself, oh boy, was I an idiot for letting that happen. He did the most horrific job on it, didn't paint it the correct color, did not sand, did nothing 5. Not only that, it took A MONTH for me to get my drawer back 6. The rest of what I have to say is provided in the attached pictures. You can see how nasty he was to me and what a shoddy job he did. 7. Lastly, I did not take him to small claims court because I did not have the energy quite frankly. I wound up fixing the drawer near perfect myself and $30 was all it took. There are so many great movers out there who are actually competent and qualified to provide moving services. I have had some pretty horrible moves, but nothing that resulted in damaged items and cruel attitudes. read more

AMAZING SERVICE. I seriously do not understand why folks don't just hire movers. These guys were professional and did the job as efficiently as possible. Take into consideration that prices vary depending on distance and how prepared you are. BE PREPARED. Make it easier on the movers by packing your things in boxes. I had purchased some plastic bins but ran out and started using bags. So I'm sure that slowed down the process. Also, if you're the type that doesn't want to do a damn thing, they do that too but it'll cost you more. In the end I decided to let them finish packing the rest of my things. Saying In Motion Moving is the hands down BEST moving company around is an understatement. Beginning with contacting the owner, Ivan, to arrange the date of the move, customer service and care came first and lasted throughout what is often a complicated and overwhelming process. I met Isaiah and Eddy the day of my move who were both courteous and respectful during our initial introductions to one another upon their arrival. They diligently wrapped dressers, bed frames, mirrors, etc. They also disassembled what was necessary to move larger items. After very carefully loading everything in the photo of my old garage along with bed frames, mattresses, dressers, a washer and dryer, and refrigerator that also required their disassembly, they drove to my new residence and repeated the same process of careful diligence with unloading ALL items, placing each item where I needed it to go, and reassembling everything they took apart. All the while, their demeanor and spirit were upbeat and engaging. We enjoyed an 8 hour move together. DO NOT look anywhere else if you are moving. In Motion Moving is all you need and the icing on the cake is the price is definitely right! read more

Worst company! Do not use! They were supposed to come on Saturday changed tk Sunday. Told them it was Easter and I highly doubt they would come. Was told on the phone we have a contract and the person was extremely rude. They called on Sunday and tried to move the date again and I said we had a contract so they need to come. I had to switch my flight and extend my car rental a day. They didn't show up till 12am, so basically on Monday and took till 2am. Charged for stairs, didn't label anything, so who knows if I will actually get my things. Also charged me for more room in the truck. I am contacting the better business bureau about this company cause it's a fraud. Quoted me at one price but then charged me 2x the amount. Also had people drive from OK to Denver cause they didnt have anyone. Never use this company! Who knows if I will get my things. Customer service the worst. ! read more

Highly recommend In Motion Moving. My uncle referred me to them and glad he did. In desperate times they always accommodated time for us (even with their busy schedule) They moved all of our unorganized things (half the stuff weren't in boxes) into two storage units. They didn't mind and we felt at ease that the job was getting done stress free and as quickly as possible. We ended up using them again a week and half later (since we found a place) and they again went over and beyond to help us. These guys were professional, fast, efficient, friendly, and definitely strong! They quoted me a longer amount of time but when the job was actually done, it was a lot shorter! Awesome! I moved into a place that was upstairs with no elevator and the guys brought up everything without any issues. Definitely support the smaller businesses rather than the big ones where they may hire people who don't care as much about the company. But these guys own this company, so you know they'll take care of you. I've moved 3 times in one year. And this was the smoothest move out of them all. I would recommend them over and over again! I was very impressed with the way they handled our furniture move, especially the extra large couches up and down the stairs with tight turning points. I found these brothers on the LetGo App and after looking at their reviews and fielding several offers they stood out as the most professional. They gave me a reasonable quote that was half of other movers and even worked with me when I needed to switch dates last minute. They were on time, clean, had their own supplies, helped me consolidate boxes and even stopped to unload some items at a storage unit before heading to the final destination. I am very picky about my things and cautious about who I work with. This two were by far the best movers I have worked with EVERY. We had some constraints as far as places to wrap and pack larger items and the guys weren't phased in the slightest by having to move things out to the hallway to wrap them. Time wasn't an issue for me but rather a safe & professional move since it was a recording studio with a lot of expensive & fragile equipment.
