I don't normally go to fast foods, but since I'm visiting the West Coast for a couple days, I thought I'd try out this California classic. I had the double double with a side of fries. The hamburger was very good. The french fries were not that fantastic first they were cold. The good thing was they were not greasy however they say they use fresh potatoes, but the texture was almost like they were dehydrated potatoes it was crazy, regardless I did my due diligence. There's only one place to get a burger out West, and it's the first place I always plan to stop at when the plane touches down. This time I got a Double Double with extra fries. Fresh, tasty, and delicious! This location is tiny, and there was a huge line (it was a Friday night, after all) but I don't think I've ever been to an In-N-Out with no line. Solid in and out. Not all places are made equal, and this is a good one! The food is always very fresh, and the fries are crispy. The downside is there is very little seating area, only a few tables that are located outside. Otherwise, it is predominately a drive-through location. Sometimes the line extends into the street. With that said, I would choose this location over others because the food is reliably delicious. read more

I was super excited to go to in n out after a long night of trick or treating with my kids. I got in line before 1am and continued to wait in that line for over 20 minutes. When approaching the entrance of the store, after the employee just finished taking the vehicles order in front of us he then proceeds to walk to my vehicle and say they are closed and can't take our order! I was dumfounded by the ignorance of letting a customer wait in line nearly 30 minutes just to decline our business. I truly cannot of been disrespected in a worse way in front of my little children that had to go home hungry tonight. Please do not let this happen to any other parents out there. read more

Long wait, slow service, and poor quality of food! That summed up just about how we felt when we went to this In & Out yesterday(7/20/24 @ noon). Now we get it, it's lunch rush hour, but the wait time was three times the normal, and when we got the food, both regular and animal fries were cold right after we got it! Coke was water down. So that all meant they all been sat around for a long while before served to us! Just not acceptable! The double-double was ok, but pretty bland and veggies were soggy. Had to sit on the dirty cement in the parking lot since there was no seating because everyone saves seats because it takes a half hour to get food, and my burger was cold when I finally got it. And they gave me the wrong drink and had to go back up. All around terrible experience. Skip this one, go to the one on harbor. Between the disaster of a drive through line blocking the road and the bad service, they need to just close/move this one. read more

It's necessary for me to stop at in n out while back visiting home for the holidays. I ordered a double double protein style and a pink lemonade the first time through the drive thru. I went through another time and got a cheeseburger and some fries because I needed the full experience. It's always nice to have places you can visit that offer quality and consistency. read more

Came in with a HUGE order for our clinic and the staff were so great about it! The burgers were all correct and so were the many different kinds of fries! The split line really helps move traffic along so the wait wasn't bad at all! These guys definitely have their flow going and work really well as a team! read more

This In-N-Out drive through layout is kind of awkward cuz all the cars curve out onto the street. Feels like you're waiting forever, but I understood why once I got to the front.. It honestly looked like too many people working and scrambling around not knowing what order was what haha. The cashier was nice but it took her quite some time to just hand me my animal style fries that were just on the counter. She was just laughing with her coworkers and filling up cups. Too busy, Service at this one isn't as too tier compared to the other I have been to. The location of this place isn't really ideal especially since their drive through lines are too crowded. I come to this location Once a week because We love the Double Double with fries. But the last couple times my food it's been terrible. Last time I asked for no salt on my fries and they were very salty, one week after I asked for my fries crispy, no salt and these kids made my fries almost burnt and we can't even eat them.I don't know if this guys are making this on purpose.
