8/29/2020 - I was coming back to Stockton and thought about the new location. I don't often have their burgers, but decided today would be a good day to visit something new. The line was long as usual, but I had time. My boyfriend orders a cheeseburger, no onions & a drink & I order the double-double with everything, fries and a drink. When we get to the window, I ask "how come is so much?" the cashier goes over the order and comes to find out that they added a fry to my boyfriend's order. They took the charge off but gave him the fries anyway. I thought that was unusual, but I am sure they don't make a habit out of that!!! The burger was still a little warm, but the fries were cold. Always fresh and fries are always piping hot when I get them here. The staff is pretty friendly, and they always get my order correct. The drive through lines are long all day and even late at night, but they move relatively quick considering the amount of people. I usually don't wait more than 15-20 minutes. read more

I never really stop by to get In N Out other than the Bay Area. I ordered a hamburger with grilled onions and received only a burger and bun. Came here during lunch around 12:50 and waited long for my order to find that it was wrong right when I was about to leave. It's probably the one In N Out I'm not going visit very often coming up North. The new order took about 3 min which I wish it'd only taken sooner than waiting 40 minutes for my order. Also, there were 3 orders before my wrong order that was also not what a customer ordered and another customer after I got my order got her order wrong as well. read more

Being from the bay area and the craziness of the in n out's there. This one was a breath of fresh air. The girl taking orders was super friendly. Same with the other employees I encountered. I think this was the fastest I got through the drive thru at an in n out. They are right off the freeway and in front of Target. The burger was made exactly as I ordered and was ready as soon as I pulled up to the window. They get busy just like the others but they are like a well oiled machine and pump the orders out quick. read more

Out of all the in-n-outs this has to be the one with the absolute worst customer service. The lady that took my order tonight is what prompted me to write a review. She looked like a serial killer no expression, no smile rude as hell. Then the lady that took my money was just as bad. I have NEVER dealt with this at any other location. I love this In-N-Out Burger location in Lathrop! The fries are a bit salty, so you can order them fresh and just add salt to them if you'd like for a less salty taste. The only reason I can't give In-N-Out 5 stars is because I don't get IN & OUT! lol... I have to wait in line with 90 other people for the BEST burger in town, but hey it is worth the wait. The long lines are there for a reason! In-N-Out is my favorite fast food burger joint. They are consistent with the product and the flavor. This location is convenient because it is located off of the 99 freeway. This is a location that I would recommend you visit if you are driving between Sacramento and The Bay Area. read more

Sad day, ordered two fries and only gave us one. We have no time and needed a quick valentines dinner and got home disappointed, spent an extra 25 minutes driving to and from to get the fries so we can eat our meal together which is now cold. We got our fries and paid for a coke while we were there again. Yosemite In N Out is 5 star, never misses a beat, but all our mishaps in orders seem to happen only here. We love In N Out but.. please double check your orders and bags as you send them out. We have always trusted In N Out but maybe we trust too much here, if we are doing take-out we will drive a little extra to go to Yosemite location instead, we don't have time to find out orders are made incorrectly. The two precious hours we have together for Valentines night was cut by 25 minutes. Tastes like it would be great fresh and warm though. read more

This is my 3rd time getting my order wrong. I love in and out ever since they first open in Mountain View in 2005 . Now I move to this new location and every Sunday I want my double double with animals style frys. And I get the wrong order . Well this is the first time I've ever been disappointed by any location. We ordered take out and the asked us if we wanted bag or boxes, we told them boxes because we live 8 miles away. They gave us boxes one filled with over cooked, borderline burnt fries. They were hard and crunchy, half the order was actually inedible. I've never left a negative review in my life but as a Lathrop resident, Everytime I come to this location I regret it more and more each time. When I approached the microphone to order there was no one on the other end, I assumed it wasn't working which ofcourse didn't bother me, as I drove up to the first window a girl walked up to my window and asked if I was gonna order food. She had an attitude with me as if it was my fault when really their worker had the wrong channel on their headset and that's why I could not order. Next, when I pick up my food I was RUDLY greeted by CHARLENE who had a stink face and attitude the entire time as if I did something wrong. Our whole interaction today has only confirmed to me that I will never be coming to this location and would happily drive extra to the Manteca location where I NEVER have this issue. Maybe if the workers didn't have a face and attitude that they absolutely hate their jobs and didn't treat the customers like trash I wouldn't be leaving this review. This is one of the worst in n outs I've ever had in my life, should've read the reviews this is one of the lowest reviewed in n outs in the area. How is such a new restaurant already so trashed, such a bad reflection ? The employees/location looks so unhygienic. I'm not sure what else I was expecting, lathrop/Stockton are (and have been for decades) some of the worst cities in the USA. Red flag #2 right when we got inside there were already upset customers going back n forth with the miserable employees who seemed like they couldn't care less about the messed up orders. The only reason I give this place 4 stars is because of one reason. The fries are either way too salty or not salty enough. If you get the fries with no salt, they have no flavor. But if you get the regular fries, there way too salty. Other than that, the food is good. Great original menu items. Not what you expect from a fast food restaurant (because from Mcdonald's for example, they really only have burgers and fries and milkshakes if you can actually manage to get one). Workers are not rude and are helpful when needed. When you go through the drive-thru, you are in and out pretty quickly, even if the line has lots of people like usual.
