I had never been here before. Came by to get some ice cream for my nieces. Right when I pulled up and got out of my car an employee came out immediately to great me. I ordered 2 orders if the Ube flavor topped with fruity pebbles since so many people in the reviews said it was amazing. They were right! Didn't disappoint! Such a Unique delicious flavor. Just left ITM! Chad was super nice and helpful. The staff is currently taking orders from outside of the store, which keeps the dispensers clean and free of various hands coming in contact with the equipment. They have a good variety of staple flavors and a handful of exotic faves too. I love when they carry Dole Whip (local girl from O'ahu, so I have to get my fix!) and I love that they made ube a regular and keep it in stock all the time now! Delicious yogurt that is definitely consistent every time in quality and flavor. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the selection of yogurt and toppings are plentiful. The only downside is the prices are a little higher. Upon walking in, you're immediately greeted by the super friendly workers in the front!! Shout out to Brandon for being so helpful and giving out great suggestions to try! (His hair was exceptional as well lol!) They give you sample cups if you want, and you can have more, just ask!! I absolutely LOVE their cake batter flavor, and they also feature the Dole Whip yogurt which is the beeeeest!!! I've been in about 4 times in the last month (not sure if I'm proud about that or not) but they've changed the rotation of flavors every time. I love this place. They are always very helpful and kind....even to my kids which as a mom means a lot to me. The place is clean and they got a new mural on the wall that really freshened up the look and is fun! You know what's delicious? Pistachio anything! Last night was the first time we've ever had pistachio yogurt; why hasn't this been done before? I'm so glad we stumbled on this place! It's clean, clean, clean; everything is very close to the register which probably prevents gross finger swipes under the machines since they're under a watchful eye. The sprinkles, nuts, and mochi are in containers with small openings, so nobody over the age of two could stick a hand in them, and the fresh fruit is almost on top of the register...seriously the owners are right across from the strawberries and what not...no filthy fingers in there! They work and live in the area. With this being the case, the pride shows. These two sisters wanted to do something well together and here you have it. I love how the entire family is involved with the business. The artwork, decor and staff are the core. They are clean, clean, clean! If you happen to need a dairy-free, gluten-free option, the standard pineapple is ready to be loaded into your cup. By the time you get fresh chopped bananas (if you want), syrups, an assortment of dry treats and nuts and finally move over to the fresh fruit, the cup that felt so light is now quite heavy. All you need to do now is select from the vibrant pink or green spoons and start eating. Yummmm! The intention is to never get so much or purchase it so close to dinner, but that always happens. In the Mix quickly becomes dinner on those days. In the Mix has a frequent buyer card. When you purchase 8 the 9th is free. They got smart and placed up to four lines on the back of your card. This helps cut down on paper waste. SAVE the Planet! They also have coupons in the local papers and mailers. Bottom line... it is a GREAT deal. First of all I have to say that as far as the product, it is truly the best fro-yo I've ever had! I always mix the cookies-n-cream with the vanilla and then I top it off with strawberries, kiwi, pina-colada flavored gummies, and my favorite and most recent discovery, MANGO FLAVORED BOBBA! Soooo good! Now, for the reason I didn't give this fine place 5 stars. They have a minimum dollar amount to get a stamp on the frequent buyer card. When bringing in the family, our youngest daughter (5) did not put much in her bowl and it was a few cents under the limit, so the clerk would not stamp the card. I understand having a minimum, but the other four large bowls we bought that day were very full and well over the minimum. You would think they would have the discretion to see that if you combined all the bowls, it would have averaged over the minimum. Also, when we got enough punches on the card, we were not allowed to use the free one then, but told on our next visit. Minor things, but good customer service is also a factor in deciding to return to a business. But we will be returning! :) read more
