    Sambal Lamb
    Mark B.

I was actually heading to another spot in the same complex for lunch one day while in Plano on a work trip. But this caught my eye, and was open, so I popped in. Generally, I avoid places that try two or more different regional cuisines, such as Salvadoran Chinese, or Vietnamese Indian. In this case, it was actually pretty decent. I was encouraged to just pick a spot to sit, and brought water. After perusing the menu, the server came by and took my order. I got the soup of the day, which was an egg drop, and then ordered the sambal lamb. The soup was brought out quickly, and was tasty. More tasty was the lamb. Lots of great umami flavors, very savory. Hit the spot. For lunch at least, pretty good spot to pop in for a reasonably priced meal.

I went to Inchins bamboo garden and ordered the wet and dry Manchuria. The food was solid. The dry Manchuria had a good flavor profile but was really dry. I know it said dry in the name but they should've explained it would be as dry as sand and sell water along with the Manchuria. Furthermore it was extremely oily and i felt clogs in my arteries eating the Manchuria. The wet Manchuria I liked a lot. It was very soft and shared a similar flavor profile to the dry Manchuria but was way better texturally. I put it in rice and ate it and would recommend to eat it the same way. Overall the food was not bad.

Dinner was at inchin's last Saturday evening and I must say the quality of the food has deteriorated and prices are being hiked up. Really disappointed with our last experience. The momos were the worst and inspire letting them know we were charged full price and the fried rice and noodles were horrible too.

Loved the food and the ambience. All the food we tried was fresh and the lady who serviced the table was very friendly and courteous. The hot pot momos with paneer were excellent, paneer 65 was delicious as well as spring rolls. Awesome indo chinese food .

Eclectic ambience and just the right amount of crowd for the lunch time .

It was our anniversary and we wanted to go somewhere with a good ambience, great food and some fun options. We've been here before, and love their veggie options for starters especially the crispy baby corn, Momos ( we had the sechuan one) and the hot and sour soup came with the lunch menu option. The main course was the gold coin Manchurian which was tasty and the gold coin had a great bite to them, and the veg fried rice was a great complement to it. I ordered the Red Curry bowl, but was underwhelmed in terms of the flavor profile as it was a little too subtle. Other than that the place always delivers.

AVOID AT ALL COST:The worst Indo-Chinese I have ever had. We were celebrating Diwali and decided to order Chili paneer, Gobi Manchurian, and Schezwan Fried Rice. All the food taste generic and bland. The schezwan fried rice is brown in color and taste like absolutely nothing. The breading is 90% of the chili paneer and there's barely any paneer underneath. The manchurian tastes like soup from the medical ward. The manager (Satish) was super arrogant and said "if you want to come back i can give you the same food again.".

Incredible AYCE hot pot! Excellent service!…read more Super glad this place stays open late on the weekend! We were looking for a new restaurant to try. It was cold, so I wanted hot pot, but there wasn't that many that stay open late. Chocho popped up with great rating, so we decided to drive almost an hour here from Arlington. Not sure how busy the restaurant would be at 10pm, but since they have the option to put yourself on the waiting list on Yelp, I figured why not. We were so surprised to show up at 10pm with the restaurant more than 75% full. Definitely a great sign! For hot pot, there are 3 main things that are the determination factors for me: the broth, ingredients (protein/veggie choices), and dipping sauce quality. This place hit all 3 out of the park! The broths are flavorful without being heavy with sodium. Not only do they offer high quality meats, they also offer halal options. This is the only hot pot place I have been to which offers that. . Plenty of fresh veggies and seafood to choose from as well. Their sauce bar and flavor are also one of the best ones I have had. A hugeee bonus is their hot food and desserts! Never thought I'd look forward to or enjoy dessert options at a hot pot place, but Chocho is definitely a first for me. The restaurant is pretty spacious with a green/jade theme decoration. Twice now that we've been here at night and never had to wait, even tho there were always lots of cars in the parking lot. It's a shame that they don't have more locations. For now, I'd just have to look forward to come here every time we are back in DFW.

The broths are standard and you can pick two options if you wanted. I think upgrading to the pricey option is worth it for the Wagyu cut. The seafood options are nice as well. There are meats and seafood at the buffet area but I'd recommend ordering the meats from the waiter for better quality control. Sauce bar is standard. They have a dessert area and ice cream upon request. The cool thing is they also have a mini dim sum area! Overall very nice date night or boujee outing with friends. Service was great. Nice place to try out!

The beef was so flavorful, and we loved it. So this time, we ordered it again. This time, we also tried the pork noodle soup. The pork was flavorful as well. It was pork belly, so the fat made the meat even more tender and savory. Both dishes were delicious! But of the two, we still liked the beef option better. The ordering process was completely digital. We scanned the menu code with our phones and then selected our dishes ourselves. There was very little "human" touch. I still prefer having a server come take our order, which also makes the tipping decision easier. Anyway, we enjoyed the food and will probably come back again.

The "lunch special" side feels more Americanized. Food came out fast (about 10 minutes). My favorites were the litchi-shaped pork, 老酒蛏子, and the three-braised combo. The pork was very lean with great sweet and sour sauce. The 老酒蛏子 was fragrant, tender, and full of umami. The three-braised combo was braised just right and very flavorful; didn't need the extra sauce on the side. Only one person was working the floor (the boss lady), who was very chatty since it wasn't busy. Overall, a decent spot.

And the food is authentic. Hot Hong Kong milk tea and French toast are my favorite breakfast items and that's exactly what I got. If I were in Hong Kong, I would get them in the morning. But I wouldn't mind having them any time of the day! The milk tea was great. I liked the aromatic, bold black tea. It was fairly creamy and smooth. The French toast was delicious also. Fried golden brown, it was toasty on the outside, and nutty, buttery (with peanut butter filling) on the inside. I liked the condensed milk drizzled on top, instead of syrup, which I normally use at home. The green onion pork chop rice was flavorful and comforting. The pork chop was tender and well seasoned, and the scallion soy sauce soaked beautifully into the rice. Simple and satisfying, exactly what you want from a classic HK café dish. The standout was the stir fried flat noodle with beef. It came out piping hot with steam rising, and the texture was spot on. The noodles were perfectly chewy without being greasy or clumped together, and the beef was tender with that subtle smoky wok hei flavor. You can tell it was cooked fresh, and that heat and texture really made the dish shine. The salted lemon soda was bright and refreshing, while the Yuen Yeung was strong and smooth with that classic Hong Kong milk tea and coffee combo kick. The tofu pudding had an authentic Hong Kong flavor. Served warm with a light ginger sugar syrup, it was silky smooth, delicate, and not overly sweet, bringing back that nostalgic HK dessert shop vibe.
