Just got out of the salon today April 11. They close 7:30 and I walked in for a pedi and mani @ around 6 & left at 9:10 pm. Met Tracy, jay did my nails, and I think Dan ? And another lady did my toes. They messed up on both at first but I made sure to let them know nicely to fix. I never read the reviews either I just saw the place and walked in randomly and I decided to get my nails done and love them (:! I know they were in a hurry that's y they're not perfect and still should have a second coat on the white and there's a bit of a bump.. but it's ok cus I stayed pass the time they close anyway. When I walked in I did ask for gel for my toes and Tracy said yes but the lady and Dan ? didn't tell me til after that they used polish... they were trying to charge 17$ extra but I said no... here are the photos. I called before I came. They told me to come in as soon as possible. So I did, an hour and a half before closing. I got a full set done by Le she did a fantastic job. She ended up leaving at 8:30!!! I've had bad luck other places and other technicians will hurt or cut my hands, but Infinity makes sure you feel comfortable. I've gotten all of my sets there and I trust them to achieve a perfect nail. It's worth the drive if you don't live too close. This is the first and last time I'll be going to this salon. I had high hopes since they have really good reviews. Quan did my pedicure and he was amazing! He was very tentative to my requests of getting my nails cut and getting my gel changed. Lily did my manicure and the shaping, polish, and shape is not what I want. I requested for coffin shaped nails, for them to be cut short, and I showed her a photo of the nails I wanted. The first photo is my inspo and the rest is her work. I had to ask her for coffin shape nails 3-4 times. The first time I asked for a the shape to be fixed she sighed. I also had to ask her 2 times to cut them as well. She kept sighing. After she had put on my polish, I asked if I could get a pink gel over the top of the polish I had already on as I wanted it pinkies like the inspo photo. She immediately got up from her chair without saying a word, sighed, spoke to her coworkers, and grabbed me a book of nail polishes. I asked her patiently to see if she had any polishes that she could put on top of my gel that was more of a clear pink and I showed her the picture again. It was very awkward. 2 of her coworkers looked at me then looked at her she looked at her coworkers then at me... and didn't say a word. I wasn't sure what was happening. One of her coworkers helped her look for a polish because I think she looked frustrated. The color still wasn't right but at this point I wanted to leave. The color and the shape was not right. The polish is on my cuticles as well and I still came home with square nails rather than coffin nails. I paid $85 for the mani and pedi. I don't think it was worth it. I was disappointed as I saw a lot of good reviews and good pictures. After I paid, one of her coworkers requested to look at my nails and just said "hmm." read more

Well for one I called and made an appointment earlier in the week for Friday at five I get there and there's no record of my appointment ok cool I'll wait (assuming I'd be like five minutes wrongo) I sat with my feet in water for 25 minutes. By the time she got to me the water was cold. She was very rough and cut my toe and scraped my ankle. The man that did my acrylic toe didn't square it at all and left it super thick not to mention that it's longer than my actual nail underneath. I have been coming here consistently enough to *finally* write a review. I've never been a regular at a nail salon, so that in itself says something! That being said, I'm docking 1 star because of the inconsistency of the quality of nails. If it's not my regular people, then I'm not super satisfied with them. I stare at my nails all day people, any little blemish will bother me! Despite that, everyone is extremely friendly and are always super accommodating. They offer water & mimosas. They are also extremely patient for those who are super indecisive (like me) when it comes to choosing colors, which they have a lot, in both gel & dip. And I also appreciate the fact that they don't force conversation. Sometimes a girl just wants to chill. Shout out to my regulars: Tracy, Calvin, Emily, Ruby. Their attention to detail is UNMATCHED. This place is amazing. Friendly and great customer service. Best part is that they listen to your needs. I have tried 5 salons in San Diego area with dip powder and this is the only one that does it right. No filing away to remove dip powder, purely soak off for stronger healthier nails. And no cheap gel top coat, they use the real dip powder top coat here :) I came here after a horrible experience at another nail salon. My nails were destroyed from improper dip powder removal. They have so many colors to choose from and their technicians are extremely talented. They do take their time but my nails needed to be nursed back to health after being destroyed. I couldn't be any happier about my nails and the service I received. Parking was no problem in the plaza and they also take walk ins. I first went to Infinity Nails when my daughter was getting married. All the ladies in the wedding party got mani/pedis let me tell you this play went all out. They had a bouquet of balloons, a sign board written up with well wishes and mimosas for all of us. Let me not mention the services were amazing. Poor service and complete disregard for a loyal customer. I come in quite regularly (every 3 weeks to be exact) and I always make an appointment with the same person. Today I scheduled my appointment as I always do. I showed up right on time and my technician happened to be attending someone else. Instead of apologizing and asking me to wait they said I got the time wrong and would need to wait or come back. I assured him I got the time right and he just denied it. I went here on 03/14/2019 a couple days before my wedding and it was my first time trying out this place with my friends. I called to make an appointment about a week before just in case since there was going to be 3 of us getting mani/pedis. Upon entering we were greeted, everyone was nice, professional and a pretty typical nail salon. They were even able to accommodate a last minute add-on pedicure which was very courteous of them. The owner (I'm assuming) even went out of his way to get me balloons (pictured) when I arrived. I thought that was so very sweet of him because he didn't have to do that at all. Everyone who was doing our nails were friendly, patient, and efficient. They have a wide variety of colors and styles so I'd definitely try to get there maybe 5-10 before your appointment to go through their selections. The only thing that I would've liked since it is typical, I didn't get my cuticles on my nails cut/trimmed and a couple of fingers were messy. But all in all they were amazing, got the job done, and my nails looked good on my wedding day. We got 2 full-set gel manicure/regular pedicure, and 1 gel manicure/regular pedicure. For all of us it took about an hour/hour and half for us to finish everything. It's been about a week since I got my nails/toes done and they're holding up nice and strong. Had my nails done 4 days ago and just noticed that the gel on my thumb is starting to chip away. I read the reviews so I expected some chipping early on but I needed my nails done somewhere new since solar nails did an awful job. Besides the chipping my experience was pretty great. I paid $27 for a gel manicure. When I was there I didn't feel uncomfortable and most of all she didn't cut me or shape my nails weird. There were no bumps or parts missing top coat so I'm pretty happy. Overall, I would recommend this salon and will probably be coming here when I need my nails done again. read more

I have never left a nail salon more irritated and upset than i did today. The reviews about their dip powder service is completely accurate! I don't know if the nail techs here were trained properly to use dip powder or what the deal is but this is NOT it! I've gotten dip powder done before and i know it's not supposed to take long but my nail tech took almost two hours to do my nails. I don't mind the process if i end up with great results but i didn't. My nails were EXTREMELY THICK by the time she was finished. They look like someone put fake stick-on nails onto my fingers. They are really uneven, and she didn't even file my nails straight. I kept asking her to go back and thin out the layers, but everytime she did, it wouldn't even seem like much of a difference was made. The edges are messy & rough. There were uneven patches. The store closes at 7pm and she didn't finish until 8pm (she started working on my nails at 6:10ish). I felt her begin to rush once she saw that everyone was beginning to leave the store. She shouldn't have been taking that long to do my nails anyways especially because she was working on my natural nails, not acrylics. It's ridiculous to even let a customer walk out of the store with nails looking this half ass. I paid $40 for this & honestly it was not worth it. My nails look ridiculous. They're so thick, it looks like the layers of powder is just floating on top of my nails. The more I look at them, the more upset i get. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. They are kind but just about every time I've gone there with appointment, they make me wait from 15-45 minutes. Usually I don't mind but one day that I made an appt and I was late by 20 minutes, which I figured is fine since I always have to wait anyways, when I showed up, they told me they cancelled my appt and took in others because they believed I wasn't coming anymore. I explained that I come and even with appt, they always make me wait. And they said they couldn't because they took in a lot of others and if I could come back in 2 hours. First of all these are my real nails:) Last month I wanted to get my nails done for Vegas and my friend recommended me this place. I accompanied her and it has been my go to ever since! I went to Vegas last month so I clearly had to go a little extra haha, and Emily was able to do just that for me! She gave me my first acrylics on top of my real nail. The first yellow I picked I disliked it and she was a sweetheart for letting me change it. They came out amazing with even her cute hearts and all!! Loved it! 2 days ago I needed a fill clearly since it's been a month, Emily was on vacation so I asked for Tracy. And just wow! I can't say enough great things about this place! My husband (fiancé at the time) came here for the first time earlier this summer. We had such a great experience with the friendly and helpful staff as well as awesome service that we wanted to come back with a large party. We spoke with Calvin who gave us his number and told us to text him with how many people and what services we wanted. When we came back months later we were blown away with how incredible that experience was. They confirmed ahead of time how many were coming and who was the bride. Whenever we all got to the salon, they had made a huge sign for myself and bridal party and also had balloons for me. It was so sweet and thoughtful which is no surprise because of how the rest of their staff is. Tracy did my acrylic full set and Julie did my pedicure. Both of them did phenomenal and have such beautiful hearts. We will most definitely be coming back and recommending them to all our friends and family. read more

I'm only writing a review for this place because I rarely write reviews for services I'm not thrilled with. And this was a lack luster experience for sure. It wasn't really about the service I received as much as my observations of how others received service. I called ahead and made an appointment a week ahead for three people. 1 pedicure, 1 mani pedi, and 1 gel mani. We got there and though they had my reservation they had it wrong and proceeded to start with the wrong reservation till I corrected them again. They said it would be a few minutes and had us sit in the chairs as if we were about to have service. One of us did, 10 minutes later another started, and 30 minutes later the last person started. Basically, they were either running late or were understaffed. Either way there was no explanation nor apology. Since I had a lot of time to watch I observed her use the exact same wording to two other sets of customers. It was like luring the patrons into a false sense of security that they were up next when they really weren't. I guess I've been spoiled by going to Nails 2000, cause that manager knows how to manage. And if they don't have time for you they tell you. Or at Gloss, he runs such a tight ship and everyone speaks English which lends itself to a more open atmosphere. Here they not only didn't speak English to the patrons which is clearly fine, but they were quite obviously talking about the patrons. The example I have is that two young ladies were upset by their bill. Now granted, I believe they didn't have a right to be upset from what I had observed, but the way the issue was resolved involved management scolding the employee in their language after some back and forth convo with all of the patrons looking on. I thought that was uncalled for. But I still give the place 2 stars instead of 1 cause our polish did last the 2 weeks, the service I received was fair for the price, and there was a grandma, granddaughter, toddler family that came in that the service providers treated well which was impressive. With all that said though, we have returned to Nails 2000. read more
