First visit was lovely. Calvin (assuming that's his name) was very funny and gentle with my nails. And for the first time my cuticles weren't cut like previous nail salons I've been to =] $33 for my fill; $50 for my sister's removal and full set. It would have been $21 for a pedicure but I wore boots and didn't want to risk messing them up. Nails are turned out beautiful! PROS: I was a walk-in and they sat me fairly quickly on a Saturday morning. The service was nice and friendly. The manicurists did a good job on my gel mani and pedicure. CONS: The interior is a little old so their massage chairs aren't great and their basic options between tapping and kneading are a little too aggressive when you are trying to get your nails painted so I left my chair off. One other weird thing is that they seem to only have 1 jet, which they rotated amongst the different chairs. So once you start the pedicure, they pop the jet on and you get some bubbles. As soon as you soak it a little, they pop off the jet and move it to the next person? There were some customers seated after me that were complaining and kept asking for jets to no avail. The other thing which I didn't really enjoy was that some customers were allowed to bring in some large beers in paper bags, which I thought was tacky, but I guess the salon didn't seem to mind. Tracy is the best!!!!! I have gotten my nails done at many places and for many years. I finally found a place that does it really well and at a reasonably price too! My nails usually chips or the paint comes off after a few days at other places.....but not when Tracy does them! She's so talented and they stay on for weeksss. I have been coming to her for a few months now and each time she does an amazing job. I am so in love with my nails from today. I told her that I was going to my cousin's wedding this weekend and I wanted french but I wanted something a bit different. I described to her how I wanted it and she delivered plus more! I'm so lucky I found this place! I went in tonight with a picture of blood splattered nails (for Halloween). The outcome exceeded my expectations! And to top it off it was the first time Ms. Tracy did splattered nails. She did AMAZING! Kim also helped. They didn't stop until it was perfect. The salon didn't rush even when 3 people came in without an appointment. The wait times were minimal for those who didn't make an appointment. I never wait over 10 mins. Called early Saturday morning for a Sunday afternoon appointment (mani, fill-in, pedi, and lashes). I show up 5 minutes early, wasn't greeted, and was asked to come back another day (not another time but another day of the week). My first time getting a full set of Gels. I'm so happy with my nails. Calvin explained every step of the way and he was so meticulous. He did a wonderful job. I just love my nails. I also had a Pedicure done by Nin and she also did an excellent job.She gave me a wonderful foot massage and my feet are the softest they have ever been. She did a perfect nail polish job on my toes. This was a little while ago, but I haven't gone back to this place since this experience. I called ahead to see if they had a chair open for just a gel mani because I was about to go on a small vacation trip and wanted to get my nails done before hand. They agreed and said come on in so I went over since it was less than 10 mins from my house. I had an appointment to make so I wanted to time it perfectly, but when I arrived they said they were too busy and I ended up waiting 20 minutes at the front. I was frustrated and running out of time, no one had really acknowledged it so I decided to walk out. I was then chased down in the parking lot by a lady yelling that she could take me now. I told her I was on a time crunch and asked if she could do it in less than 30 minutes. She agreed, and rushed through the job. Still 0 if I could. Since the infinity nails manager decided to lecture me on how to write a review I thought I would give an update on how unprofessional they are being, once again. Please refer to the message I received from the manager. 1. They did give me a five dollar discount AFTER I had to make a scene infront of other customers. This was when I had to debate the meaning of "any service". I apologize for not having specifically stated that in my original post. 2. I wasn't able to get back to the salon in time before the event so they could fix it. This was a bummer because I had to pay another salon to do the job right. What annoys me is the fact that they upsold me to get the gel nail polish because "it will last weeks longer". I paid extra for polish to chip less than 2 days after I got the service right before a big event. So was it bad product or bad service that lead to this polish chipping so fast? I'm not sure, either way, very very very unsatisfied. 3. The manager called me out for not being fair. I find that is unprofessional and it makes me regret supporting this business at all. A manager should not message a customer lecturing them on being fair and I find this hilarious because this whole experience has been unfair to me, a paying customer. I am always happy to have my nails done at Infinity Nails. Tracy and Calvin always make me feel like family when I enter their business. I don't get acrylics or gels but I've seen their work. They are truly artists!!! They are EXTREMELY careful regarding being sterile. They sterilize their equipment after every use and have been doing this long before Covid. Beware of nail salons that use the same pumice on you that they've used on other clients. Infinity never does this, that's why I am loyal to them. I've moved so it's not convenient for me to get there but worth it. These people are hard working artists that have been through a lot of loss during the pandemic. Made a last minute appointment for my party of 5 to get our mani pedis done before we attended a baby shower and Calvin was super accommodating and fitted us in with no issues. I went back after the manager contacted me and apologized. I had Tracy fix my nails and she did an amazing job. I highly recommend her, she cleaned up my nails and did exactly how I requested them. I came here for my eyelashes refill and I can definitely say Sky did a great job. It took a bit longer cause she really done it meticulously. The result was natural and clean looking eye lashes. I am happy so I would recommend Sky to all the girls/ladies out there that wants to get their eyelashes extension or refill done.Parking here is also not a problem, which is really good. I just wanted to say this place is my favorite for eyelashes extension and for mani and pedi. They're all good and nice staff. My daughter and I had our manicure and pedicure today and we are happy with the result. This place NEVER EVER respects people's time and adheres to their appointments. What's the point of calling ahead and making one if you are not going to stick to it? The notorious "10 minute" delay ALWAYS ends up turning into at least 35min-60mim later! If you can't handle the demand then stop taking appointments. Look, I've come a long way from the bay trying to find "my nail spot" and all I gotta say is FINALLAY. I called for my appointment and the man who answered sounded happy and was very helpful with questions that I had. Everyone that works here is kind and patient, even if you're one of those that cry over the color or the odd number of brush strokes or the one that your finger do like that and you need them to reshape everything, they will work with you until you're satisfied. I'm sure I'm not the only one when I say that finding "the nail spot" is scary... you don't know how clean their tools and spa tubs are, scared they'll rush you to choose a color that you won't end up liking, and then scared to ask to change the color because you don't wanna upset/burden them, and if you do ask and change the color they start mumbling off talkin smack?? Welll.. this ain't that spot. I'm eager to say I found my two dime pieces, RUBY and EMILY. Before booking the appointment I seen that RUBY was the go-to for pedicures but when I called I never specifically asked for her, I just wanted to experience it all on cue. Serendipity? Fate?...... Ruby was friendly and when I mentioned one toe needed special requirements she was on it, shoot she was on all of them, I don't think I ever had a nail tech focus and properly work on every toe the way she did. Let's just say I'm very picky when it comes to my toes and she did a great job executing. And boy that massage was on another level, I got the European pedi (costs more but it was worth it to me) she had me step away from reality in those ten minutes. EMILY was helpful when I came to the color picking process, the color I had originally chose was previously used on someone else and it didn't come out right, I trusted her opinion and loved the color that she recommended closest to it..during my gel manicure I noticed some nails hadn't been painted all the way(like the sides could've been filled in more) well.. I didn't say anything until she noticed herself and fixed it (Its like we were telepathically speaking: Me: oh ima need that side filled in Emily: say no more fam) I also indecisively chose rhinestones last minute and she grabbed them for me , I thought black rhinestones would've been shiny and cute but I was wrong, I think she knew it was ugly because she had to confirm with me and I apologized and told her to change it to the silver and she did with no problem(again the telepathy).
