Pretty solid burgers here! I got the roadside (toasted bun, american cheese, Irv's sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickl) and a pastrami (RC Provisions pastrami, pickle, Zab's Hot Honey Mustard, on toasted rye bread) sandwiches to try both. People complain that the burgers being too small. Yes i can see if you get a single patty, i ended up with a double with fries which was also good! This is located in the enclave next to the big herbalife building. There are lots of restaurants in the area and lots of big work buildings so people are coming out for lunch everywhere. Its a cool spot to relax and chill outside. Drinks comes with free refills. Customer service was great! Also get a ranch, bbq sauce and irv sauces $1.00 each. Would i come back? Probably not, i like portillos and five guys being my favorite burgers but if your in the area its a good stop. Roadside burger 8.3\10 Pastrami sandwich 8.0\10 Fries were nice and crispy, seasoned well 8.0\10

I've heard many great things about Irv's and we finally came to try it out during dinner, but it was just meh. The store itself had minimal seating and needed some cleaning. The floors along the bar seating had a bunch of dirty napkins and food scraps. We walked in to place our order, but were left standing at the register for a while before anyone came out of the back. The gentleman that came out to help us was friendly and probably stretched a little too thin for the night. Between my fiance and I, we ordered the roadside single patty and "best burger" on the menu combo with a drink and fries. Unfortunately out of the 5 fountain drinks they had, only two were available and were extremely watered down. The burgers were pretty disappointing. We both agreed the sauces on the burgers were great, but the patties were nothing special. Like a good smash burger, their edges were nice and crisp, but I was expecting a juicy center. Unfortunately, I was met with a dry center.. but fear not, the tomato in the roadside burger was so juicy, it helped. Unfortunately it was so juicy the bun was already soggy by time we got to the seats outside. The fries were crispy, but really salty. I was hoping for better considering their prices are a little on the steeper side..

I just went rollerblading 11 miles by the beach and was really craving a burger and this place hit alll the spots. It came out piping hot and the buns don't feel like fake bread! It has a good balance of all of the flavors and I substituted grilled onions and got extra raw onions instead. The inside is so cute and definitely gives old school diner vibes. They also give you a free shake if you leave a review!!! Which is great bc I was gonna leave a review anyway :) Andre is so nice and his customer service is amazing! He didn't hesitate to help his fellow colleague at the POS when he needed it, all while tending to other customers. Would definitely recommend :)!

Onion rings and regular well done fries with the same burger. One a double burger the other one is a single.

Ok.. so I have an update! I went back yesterday for dinner with my family and I ordered what I originally wanted to try was their take on a " western bbq burger" I don't remember the actual name of it. They had onion rings so I was super excited to try it. It was so good and the bbq is so good I'd put that on anything! I also ordered different shakes this time and they were so good also. The staff were friendly and nice. The establishment was clean. I will definitely be back!

Was in the area for my favorite coffee and decided to stop here for a burger. They do offer free shake for a review but we opted out to preserve the integrity of this review. I ordered the best burger on the menu and onion rings and my friend ordered the original roadside double with beyond meat and cheese fries. The patties in my burger was burnt, dry and crispy on the edges. The only thing that was saving it was the fact that it was drenched in their sauce so it wasn't as dry as it would of been. The onion rings were ok nothing to rave about. What really got me was they gave you this tiny ranch sauce and wanted to charge $1 for another. I'm so petty lol. My friend ate 1/3 of his beyond burger and took a couple of bites of his cheese fries and tossed both away and stated it tasted off like the oil is dirty or something like that but he can't pin point it. He ordered a shake and had to eat it with a spoon as it was way too thick. Overall: we both really enjoyed and appreciate the service but that's about it. For the price point, wouldn't come back for a second try.

Part of the Enclave in Gardena/Torrance, Irv's is one of many restaurants participating in the food hall concept. There is almost no seating inside the restaurant, as folks are encouraged to dine at a table outdoors or in the adjacent food hall. I ordered the Friendsgiving burger ($15.95) with a side of onion rings ($6.00), and was disappointed to receive such tiny portions, both barely above room temperature. For how long it took to receive our order, I figured it was a "not made til you order" situation. At this price point, I expected either a generous portion, an artisan burger and onion rings, or even nice presentation, but got none of the above. Everything should have at least been hot. Tepid food gets a tepid response. I don't think I'll be back.

This place is delicious and located in a cute food court in the South Bay. The Patty melt had tons of flavor and add tater tots were just $3.50. The chili is a meal by itself. One of my kids enjoyed a hot dog on a grilled bun for $5. This place is popular so there was a short line but well worth the wait.

This place has really good customer service and really great burgers! I've been twice and both times the cashiers went above in beyond. Definitely worth every penny. The burgers are juicy, and the tator tots have a great have a great crisp! It cheaper to just go and order there then on the website with delivery. Also the Oreo milkshake was really good and thick 10/10.

Very good burgers! Was here in February and got what Irv's menu says "Best Burger on the Menu." It resembles a fresher, yet tastier Big Mac, smashed double patty. It comes with Irv's sauce, grilled onion, and pickles on toasted sesame seed bun. The hubby and a Yelp Elite friend have both said these burgers are better than Shake Shack's. I've also had the tater tots and they were perfect. Their menu also has breakfast burritos available all day as well as a few sandwiches. I am curious to try their B.E.C.T. which is a bacon, eggs tater tots, cheese and Irv's sauce on white bread. The dining area of Irv's is very limited, just a few seats against the wall and a table or two. Otherwise, the Enclave has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Customer service was great. The guy at the counter was friendly and efficient. Will be back to try either the B.E.C.T or loaded tots! That's of course tots w/bacon, chili con carne, cheddar cheese sauce, and onions!

Stop here waiting for my sister to get off work close by --- Irv burger combo something like 14 bucks not bad . Took about 7 mins for my order to come out hot !!! I did not like the irv sauce on the side too much

Tuna melt was good, the chili cheese fries with pastrami on the other hand was super salty for some odd reason, couldn't really enjoy it.

Came back today a redemption meal. I'll preface by saying the gentleman working the register today was incredibly polite and helpful. I'd return just from his hospitality. There best burger on the menu was delicious, and the sauce is a stand out for me in a world full of smash burgers in 2025. Fries were crispy and seasoned nicely. Unfortunately they had forgotten my drink and I was not interested in chasing after it. Overall a good meal but decently expensive at $17 before tax and tip.

Irvs burger is located in this cute hangout area called the enclave. We got their best burger on the menu, the turkey burger, their tater tots and their chili cheese fries. Burger was good but their turkey burger was a disappointment. The turkey patty was SO thin that it felt like I was just eating bread. Their chili on the fries were a bit on the saltier side. Overall an okay burger place but not a place I would crave

I wouldn't say it is necessarily family friendly, especially small kids, but our kids were fine dining there. They don't have a kids menu but the chef was able to make the kids some simple things they loved - pasta and cheese!! The highlight though was the Porsche shaped butter. That was THE absolute coolest thing ever. It came in a little dish with the bread. My kids and I loved it!!! It was a really nice touch to our meal. The food was really exceptional. One of the best places I've dined in a long time - even including Michelin star restaurants!! Dessert: if you are a tiramisu lover like me you MUST try the tiramisu-choux. It's a whole different take on this Italian dessert! Overall this place was absolutely INCREDIBLE. There are many tables for both larger and smaller parties. Majority of the guests seemed to be here for similar reasons. Staff was friendly but it did take awhile after placing orders for anything to come out of the kitchen. The bread basket we got within the first 10-20mins was nice. It had banana bread, dinner rolls and crisps which came with pesto butter. However, the rest of our food did take a while (almost 45mins) to come out which our party was pretty big so I guess I would say contributed to the wait. When the food did come out some of our party didn't get their order at the same time, which I will have to say takes away from the overall experience. I ordered the Pene Pasta with bolognese from the daily plates which I hoped would have been good and a bowl of soup (pumpkin soup was the soup of the day). However, there wasn't a lot of flavor to the overall dish and I found the meat bits in the sauce were crunchy for some reason. The few veggie bits in the dish were decent. The soup was good but overall nothing mind blowing. Overall the experience was a mixed bag. I don't know if I would come back unless it's another company function mainly due to the overall experience. There is plenty of parking in the back but also street parking is available.
