I love jamba juice. The girls are nice here and aren't too slow like some other places.

Absolutely love this Jamba Juice! Super quiet and clean. One particular worker who stood out to me is a young girl name Jayda. She was so kind and helpful while I was indecisive, gave amazing feedback on what I needed, and is very friendly/bubbly. Also makes great smoothies.Thanks Jayda! read more

I'm not the biggest fan of their smoothies or the "boosters"...and I question how healthy the smoothies are...BUT I must thank Kimora Lee Simmons for showing the world her detox wheat-grass shots (as seen on "Life in the Fab Lane). They are suuuuper healthy! It's my favorite detox before I retox! After a long hike, I down my wheat-grass double shots and eat the accompanying orange. There is definitely an aftertaste liike...all day....but that's just the detox in action. Sometimes, the La Verne store runs out of wheat-grass early and it's quite frustrating. But other than that, I must thank Jamba Juice for their wheat-grass shots! They are also a little overpriced...but it's worth it :) read more

The smoothies are good but I've bought the pizza swirls on two separate occasions and both times they were frozen. Don't buy the food here.

This place never disappoints. It's a chain so you know what to expect which is nice . The fresh juice is good and the smoothie are great . Perfect thing to grab when your on the go . I also like how they have the pressed juices in an air tight container already made to you can do a cleanse for a day if you want . read more

Girls were rude!! Me and my son walked in asked a question and were ready to order while they talked, then co-worker and friend walked in and immediately the girl asks her order.....ok i ignore it and wait. She takes my order(over$20) i hand her a brand new$50(obviously real with new bills) and she says sorry i can't that. Wow my order is more than enough so i ask where it says that. And co-worker who came in with the girl who ordered in front of me says ummm it says it right here!! And walks out. I've heard of not taking large bills if the order is way less then the bill but come on!!! read more

I've frequented this location a few times. It's not exactly a fast paced staff, but they do blend a good smoothie. This location is new to La Verne and has only been open for several months now. They probably still have a few kinks to work out, but at least now I can get me some Jamba Juice. read more

I came in today and witnessed extremely great customer service. Jeff was taking orders (I noticed he was in training). He was pleasant and helpful. As I sat and waited for my smoothie I noticed they were getting their health department inspection. Then it got busy. Moms with kids and an older lady with many questions taking a long time to order. Jeff maintained a smile and composure the entire time and patiently answered every question. I am a restaurant manager and have been in the business for many years. This was an extremely stressful situation and the trainee Jeff did an excellent job. The girl making the smoothies was doing a great job multi tasking with all the orders. Great job! This is the only Jamba Juice I really go to the only exception being the one in off the Campus exit on the 210. Almost every time my sister or I go to Jamba Juice we get some freak smoothie accident like the drink falling out of the cup holder or the drinks magically falling off of the roof of my car, which happened today. So totally bummed out that my sister's 6 dollar smoothie just smashed into the pavement I went back inside to order another one. Totally expecting to pay another 5.60 for another Strawberries Wild, but they totally hooked it up, replaced the drink free of charge. This Jamba Juice location totally rocks. Affordable, delicious and lots of vegan options. Great for breakfast or lunch- or even a quick afternoon pick me up.

This location would be fine if the girls were polite. Rude employees who don't have answers for anything and ignore you.

Staff is uneducated on their products and were rude when we asked questions. This location does not offer what the website displays in regards to actual fresh juices. One of the girls told me that if I didn't like what they offered that I should bring in my own products for them to juice. Haha laughable establishment. read more

This Jamba has been struggling with their service way before COVID began. Their restroom was out for 6+ months. We frequent this jamba once to twice a week and felt bad the employees had to use other establishments for their restroom breaks. The manager at the time was friendly and worked hard. Once he quit things quickly took a turn for the worse. Jamba La Verne was unable to keep the store properly staffed. Wait time for drinks doubled and the juicer was consistently broken down. Today my husband ordered in the mobile app and went to the store to discover it full of patrons and only 1 employee. He could not keep up, made drinks incorrectly, and was unable to give refunds to those tired of waiting. My husband felt bad for him and continued to wait. After 40 minutes he finally got our order to unfortunately taste his drink and have it done incorrectly. He went back in to ask for it to be either remade or refunded and because the guy was so overwhelmed he just walked out. The owner of this store is obviously not invested in the care and maintenance of the store. The lack of a presence of an owner is clearly felt as this store never has enough help and a manager or owner is rarely seen. Today for the poor guy to be alone for so long with no help is absurd. This owner needs to step up. After so many observations we have seen the corporation needs to do something to help and step in. Justice (manager) please help turn this store around! read more

This was my first time every at a Jamba Juice and will probably be my last. Staff is very rude ( Hailee) and not helpful when asking about their products. One staff member was sitting and eating and then went and picked up some trash then walked over and grabbed the cups and poured our drinks put the lid on them without washing his hands. Barely anything representing "real" products in the smoothie. What happened to smoothies made with real food not powder products??

As far as Jamba Juice locations go this one is very clean and nice inside however this is my second encounter with unfriendly staff at this location. This morning on my way to work I called in to order a smoothie to go Haley answered the phone and seemed put off by my request. Thinking maybe it was my interpretation of the tone of her voice I went in anyways. Unfortunately upon arrival I realized it was not my interpretation but in fact Haley was in a bad mood that morning. This is not the first time I've encountered poor service here. This time it was so poor that the gentleman working with her realized her bad mood and tried to save the situation by wishing me a good day. Went in and ordered two smoothies for almost $11 . The girl that made them ... Made one very watery and the other one two thirds full. Nicely I questioned why my smoothie is watery and I was told she can add some ice ! As I was questioning why my other smoothie isn't full , this overweight rude girl from the back walked up to the counter and she said it's supposed to be like that! I'm assuming she's a manager or person in charge, but was very rude and had no customer skills whatsoever! Instead of trying to fix my smoothies and have a happy customer she had an attitude so therefore I asked for my money back she went to the register punched something in came back and gave me a receipt that says 0.00. With an attitude she told me your money will be back into your account in 3 to 5 days! I questioned her on why my receipt says 0. 00 instead of the $10.69 I spend , and she had an attitude and did not give me a straight answer! She then slammed the two smoothies into the trash can , as I exited the store! Will be checking in with my bank to see whether or not my money was refunded I will never return to this place of business because they have no customer service skills and I'm not going to spend my money in a place where I'm treated as such!
