I don't think I've ever had a good experience here. The customer service always sucks and they give you mad attitude and talk to you like you're stupid. And the product isn't that great either. Literally any other jamba is killing this location. I've been here 3 times and every time sucked so I definitely won't be back. We go to all different jamba's to get our carrot/oj fill if we need one...today we needed one and this was the closest jamba available to where we were... the employees had awesome , friendly attitudes and worked together quickly to make an incredible batch of carrot orange juices. There is always a little extra juice than can fit into the cup, instead of throwing it out, they automatically served it to us in a small cup on the side...we've been to a lot of Jamba's and we usually have to ask for the extras so they don't go to waste... The workers are hilarious and just overall very friendly. In the summer expect a wait. There are a lot of moving variables that go into getting your smootie out before three minutes. Trust me! You can customize your order or just order by the menu. Don't ask to make it thick with more fruit unless you want to pay more, the fruit aint free, cmon! The employees are so dam slow at making drinks here.. If you wanna wait over 20 minutes for your drink then be my guest and come here..IF not, then i suggest goin somewhere else..like Lollicup in Stockton on March Lane. I ordered 2 drinks and waited..and waited..and waited.. 10 minutes pass by and around me were 6 other people waiting for their drinks..I go up and ask how much longer is it going to take? The cashier guy says, "Oh there was a big order and we're goin as fast as we can.." I asked, "how big was the order?" And he says "10 drinks"..I said, "wow..thats it..10?" There were 3 employees working, 1 cashier 2 drink makers and 4 blenders..They only decide to use 2 out of 4..and they made drinks so god dam slow..i swear snails could go faster. It took them over 20 minutes to make 10 drinks.. Anyways, long story short. I ordered my drink before 6 other people..and I was literally the fuckin last one to get my drink.. This place is all kinds of messed ever since the new ownership and I can see it! All the original staff were the best and knew how to tend to their customers. I'm a regular here but now I might have to reconsider. They hired a bunch of new people who don't know what they're doing. I'm happy to see Lisa around still (they better keep her for hopes sake). we were staying in the area for the track meet at CSU Sac and it was very hot. Plus my 17 year old was competing and he had a cold so we stopped three times over a week at this Jamba juice. He likes sour gummy which is not on the menu but they made it each time. Staff was polite and one time when there was extra in the blender they gave me a small cup which was great as I had put immunity boost in and was trying not to get his cold. Staff was friendly and polite. I would return and obviously did several times. read more

Friendly staff! They were willing to make a substitution in the smoothie for me so that I could still have the flavor I wanted. I ordered an apple and greens, but they were out of kale. So I asked if they could do it with their other green veggies and they happily made it happen for me. I did have to pay $1 more, but whatever. I'd give this place no stars if possible. I went in there with my girlfriend and she asked for no bananas. She is allergic and they make her puke. The girl heard no bananas and even suggested she sub peaches. We talked to her for about 5 minutes cause no one else was in the store. The drink comes out and we leave. It's not until we get home does she begin to drink it and there's bananas in it. The kicker is I called them and place the blame on us for not saying she was allergic. How about getting the order right. Then she says maybe we were busy and made a mistake. I respond that we were the only ones in the store so she blames me again for not saying allergy. I have been to this location before and it has been okay very early in the morning. I stopped in today a little later, around 8:35. There was only one person working - who was both cashiering and making smoothies - and it was really busy. There's a high school nearby so that shopping center's stores are busy at this time. First off, I used to be a team member at a Jamba Juice location and I must say that everyone I worked with, was always very pleasant and in a great mood. However, at the 65th avenue location, I'd have to say the opposite. I came in with my daughter on a Sunday afternoon and was helped in a timely manner. But I must say that the two women who were working were rude. When we ordered, the women had zero personality and didn't even smile. Then when our order was ready, she called our name and as I proceeded to thank her, she turned away immediately as if our thank you wasn't good enough. Zero eye contact and complete disregard for the customer. I believe in excellent customer service but these employees have zero of that. I won't be coming to the location again. read more

I used to come here daily when I worked on Elvas blvd, but now I will get in my car and drive to the Alhambra location. Its really hit or miss here. Ive had really really nice staff people and no issues is certain visits, then had a totally rude cashier and have them totally mess up your order several times. The latter had become so frequent that I no longer come here. I get the same thing every time... carribean passion make it light, add kale and soy protein. Most of the times I noticed it didn't have the green hue and asked "is there kale in this" and the drink maker would get very confused and then admit there wasn't. No real biggie, although I did suspect they werent really making it light due to it being sweeter than normal. Anyway, my last encounter here with who I think was the manager was detestable (short pale girl.... but it was a while ago so not sure). They were super busy and the drink took about 15 minutes to make, which I wasn't bothered by. But when I got it, it wasn't the normal color and was only 3/4 full. She was running around and snapping at the other employees. When I asked her if it was made light with kale and soy protein (which I pay extra for) she said she didn't know with an attitude and then interrupted me very curtly saying I could either take the drink they made or she would give me a refund. Whoa! Very aggressive right off the bat. Basically saying "Take the drink or go". No offer to remake it or see if it had what i paid for in it- given that they didn't even know what they put in the smoothie and people pay extra to make sure its right. And I wasn't making a fuss, just seeing if my drink was made correctly. She was totally out of line and I havent come back to this location since. Like I said, most employees are really nice but some bad apples spoil the whole thing. I came here one day Labor day weekend and ordered about 8 drinks. Of course, there is always that one person holding up the line... the line was almost out the door. I witnessed how the customer complaining was yelling at the employee behind the counter.. like lady.... when you're yelling at the employees, its just going to make things worse and you'll get worked up for nothing. be calm and things will work out better. anywayyy. as it was my turn to order, the young man took my order correctly even over all the craziness going on. As I was finishing up my order, the lady complaining walked behind the counter, bumping into me, didn't say a word, to take a picture of the register screen. Even the employee apologized for the lady so it gave me a reason to not act like she was. With that being said, this place had great customer service and kept their cool even when they were being yelled at back and forth. I am not a fan of this location. I've been multiple times as I went to school in the area and can think of multiple times where something went wrong. I've waited in long lines, been charged wrong, had rude service, & more. A friend of mine was given the wrong item once, another time I had a poorly blended pitaya bowl, once after waiting in a long line was told they could not make any bowls (a sign would have been helpful), & the worst time was I ordered an island pitaya bowl and was shocked by my experience. After waiting 15 mins with a generally empty store, I was given an Acai bowl. I do not like the Acai bowl therefor I would have never ordered it, but I had no issue with the mix up! I kindly told the employee what I had ordered and she told me that I did not order the island pitaya Bowl. I responded saying I had, but it was alright for the mix up I would just like what I ordered instead and she told me I said Acai bowl not pitaya and she would like to see my receipt. I was genuinely embarrassed as I felt attacked over a simple mistake that was not my own. I was made my bowl after an awkward encounter and later complained to the customer service via email. A couple days later I received a phone call from an unknown number and was asked about my experience and I felt interrogated as I was asked detail after detail. I later learned during the phone call that I was speaking to the girl who had given me the bad service! She continued to tell me that she did not recall that ever happening and made me feel uncomfortable while I was at school and needed to leave. I was invited to go back to the location if I gave my name/called in when I was going and she would personally make it for me. After this experience/phone call the last I wanted to do was go there!
