My sister had tried a piece of one of their bagels at work before and knew she needed to come back. So naturally, she brought me. We only ordered **one bagel and split it** because she told me not to fill up -- we were going somewhere else to eat after. Honestly, that was a mistake because I have been **dreaming about this bagel ever since**. The bagel itself, the schmear, the texture, the flavor... everything was so good. I don't know if it's technically New York-style or what they're doing over there, but this is easily the **best bagel I've had outside of New York**. It's also decently priced, especially for something that left this much of an impression on me. The only downside is that it's farther out and not really by the Strip, but I don't even care. I'm going back to Vegas and I'm already planning on making the drive to get another one lol. Next time I'm definitely trying more things and, most importantly, I'm getting my **own** bagel. Last month, I discovered this bagel shop through a Yelp experience and I knew that I had to come back again for another round. Because I enjoyed it so much, I returned to try out some of their other bagel and spread options. It wasn't very busy when I visited, most people coming in while I was waiting were there for order pickup. They still had a couple of bagel options left, despite it being close to noon. I ordered their blueberry bagel with cannoli flavored spread. I don't know why, but cannoli spread on a bagel sounded really good. After I ordered, I had noticed that they were hosting Blueberry Week (7/6-7/12) during the time I was there, with all their Bagel of the Day options containing blueberry. So I guess I joined in lol. I also ordered an iced latte to go along with my bagel. This had a bittersweet taste to it, but I don't add sugar to my coffee anymore, so I've gotten used to this type of taste as time went on. The bagel, which was hard on the outside and soft on the inside, was jam packed with blueberries. The cannoli spread, which was also packed with I believe was chocolate chips, made it even more flavorful. Best. Bagel Shop. Ever. My homegirl and I stopped by to check this place out and decided to split one savory and one sweet bagel. The rosemary salt bagel with the chives and onion spread was incredible. The bagel itself had so much flavor, and the spread was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. For our sweet option, we got the "Bagel of the Day" - blueberry cinnamon sugar bagel with the cookies and cream spread. It was such a unique combo and honestly one of the best sweet bagels I've had. I got the rosemary salt and also tried the bagel of the day which was the loaded baked potato with roasted jalapeno spread. So. Freaking. GOOD!!!! If you like bagels and cream cheese, you'll like Jeff's Bagel Run. They have way more flavors than your average spot and some are quite unique (ex: buffalo, banana pudding, cake batter cream cheeses). They also have daily specials that add to the variety. The staff was super friendly. I tried an asiago everything bagel with chive and onion cream cheese. Everything is made from scratch, which is obvious with the quality of the cream cheese. It was fresh and tasty. Slightly more expensive than a typical bagel joint, but you are paying for good quality. The only slight downside is they don't have any bagel sandwiches -- just bagels and cream cheese (sigh). Came here for a Yelp Elite event and had the chance to try the jalapeño, cinnamon, and plain bagels. All three were fluffy, fresh, and surprisingly filling. I also liked that they offered a variety of cream cheese spreads to choose from, which was a nice touch. I stopped by Jeff's Bagel Run and was seriously impressed. The bagels are incredibly soft and fresh, even without being toasted. They practically melt in your mouth! One of my favorite parts was the cinnamon butter spread, it was rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious. It added the perfect amount of sweetness and made the bagel even more enjoyable. I also loved the build-your-own lox option. They provide the salmon and all the toppings separately, allowing you to customize it exactly how you like it. Good bagels with a good chew due to the boil but I'm missing a crispier crust. Service was decent and the shop itself is very small (less than 10 or so seats so best to take to go). I'm partial to a toasted bagel which I get they don't do cause they want to serve them fresh with maximum chew. But I know what I like and these bagels have a spot on interior. Just the outside is not what I personally like. You can't get the bagel with cream cheese spread in it. You have to buy a side serving (which if you are like me and like a thin spread, the serving is enough for 2 bagels). Next time I'll grab a couple and take home to toast/ top the way I'm accustomed to from back in NYC. All in all, IMO they have a balance issue with both texture and spread to bagel ratio. First introduced to Jeff's Bagel Run via Yelp's Hot & New in the 702 Experiences. This place is located off the corner of 215 Freeway & Eastern. Parking and the location was easy to find. Walking in you'll find a very cozy bagel shop producing some of the best bagels I've had in recent memory. Normally I wouldn't consider myself a bagel person since they're usually pretty firm and some have that rubbery thick outer in my experience but I'm honestly impressed with theirs. I got the Asiago bagel. It's decently sized, tasted fresh, served at the perfect hot temperature, and the best part-pillowy soft texture. I was recommended the Chive & Onion spread and it was great. Not too onion-y like a friend of mine would say. Wasn't too thick or heavy as well. It had a well balanced flavor profile. Jeff definitely hit it out of the park with his menu. While the staff were all busy prepping and preparing orders, they still took the time to pause to greet us and provide excellent customer service when we first walked in. I never felt rushed to order when asking them what their favorites were and what they recommend for me. You can tell these people like their jobs and were very pleasant to work with. As far as the cons go, I believe that the small container of smear that you purchase with your bagel which is $2.50, seems a tad bit steep in my personal opinion. Trying out another spot for the first time Jeff's Bagel run. I love a good bagel for breakfast, but I don't have a go to place in Henderson. I think I just found it. They don't toast the bagels here, but they are so fresh they don't need to. I went with an Asiago everything bagel and when I asked the gal up front what her favorite spread is, she recommended the buffalo made with Franks hot sauce. I worried it might be a little too hot, but it was not. Paired very well with my bagel and the buffalo spread had a delightful tang. Even though you get it on the side, they give you plenty. A great softness and flavor to the bagel. Also got an iced banana nut latte which was good. The staff is very friendly. Alllways check your order before you leave the store because here's the thing. I think these are actually 5 star bagels and schmear but I have had issues more than once with order accuracy. The second time I felt like the order was so off once I got home that I called. I left a message with my phone number explaining the situation and I didn't receive a call back, a refund, a store credit. Nothing. I placed the order on their app and it had a sticker with my name on the outside bag and then the cream cheese bag had a sticker with a different name and everything in each bag was wrong. I left my full name and the name of the other person order on the voicemail hoping they could do something to correct the issue. But no return call or resolve. NO COMPLAINTS!!! I take back mostly everything I criticized them about. I bought 4 to take home. Roughly the same size as Einstein but MUCH BETTER. Einstein bagels aren't boiled and really only good in an emergency and in a different category altogether. Tasted good, nice chew. I toasted one half of a poppyseed bagel and half the other half not toasted for "research". It stood up to the toaster, didn't break. Had a nice chew whether toasted or not. They're not a "restaurant" but considered a bakery, therefore if you order a Bagel with Lox & Cream Cheese, you build it yourself at a table or counter. To me most bagels are basic and just about all the same but Jeffs bagel run is tastier than the rest. They have a wide variety of both fresh bagels and in store made fresh cream cheeses. The vegetable cream cheese was literally the best I have ever had. The jalapeño cream cheese was also good but hands down that vegetable cream cheese was packed with flavor, spread on a soft and warm fresh bagel. I will absolutely be coming back for more. I am a big fan of bagels but don't have them often - blame the aggressive diet culture of the 90s, they still feel guilty to eat. All of this to say that Jeff's was on my radar but I waited to try them out, partly because I'm not a regular bagel eater and partly because they're clear across town for me. I had to be in Henderson for an appointment so used it as an excuse to give them a try - for bonus points, that day coincided with French Onion Soup being the bagel of the day, which clearly had to be my order. On a Sunday at 10AM, this spot was packed with a line around the dining room. They have an app you can download and order from, and I reached the front of the line just as I was finalizing my app order - they will scan your QR code for loyalty points. I got the FOS bagel of the day, with onion and chive cream cheese, and an iced nonfat vanilla cinnamon latte - short version, I really enjoyed my order. The bagel was very fresh and the cheese on top really leaned into the French Onion vibe. The portion of cream cheese is generous and they make it in house. Bonus points for their coffee - most bagel spots offer coffee as a convenience, not as a focus. The drink variety here is great and so is the product, it's not an afterthought on par with a gas station, it's an actual latte. They even offer a protein coffee option, and several fun seasonal flavors like banana nut bread. A quick note about prices: they're a little higher than you might expect, my order was just under $15 with tax and tip for a bagel with cream cheese and an iced latte. I do wish they offered sandwiches - apparently there's an add on you can to for lox and accoutrements to add it yourself. The line was long but it moved quickly and my order was out in maybe 10 minutes. They have some cute merch including a stuffed bagel. Service was fine - guy on register needed to speak up and was not super friendly but the gal handing off takeout orders was peppy and efficient. Definitely a fast paced working environment, with easily 10 staff in view making it all work - so be sure to tip. TLDR: Follow them on IG for daily featured bagel flavors. Great variety of sweet and savory bagel and cream cheese options. I will be back for more bagels AND coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. The place was pretty empty but I also went later in the day. It smelled good when I walked in. I probably wouldn't go again just because I like my bagels toasted and they didn't toast the bagel. I toasted it when I got to work but I will say the bagel was super soft and fluffy so if you don't mind a cold bagel you'll like it here. The side of creamed cheese is pretty good for the price. They also had a garlic bread bagel for their bagel of the day. I didn't get any cream cheese this time since I would be heading out for the day and didn't want to leave cream cheese out in the heat in my car, but they did offer samples for me to try. We finally got to check this place out and as the slogan says....don't sleep in. If you're a bagel fan, this is a great place to check out, especially if you're in the south/henderson area. We needed somewhere authentic and good around here!!!! We enjoyed an Asiago everything (although it was a little too salty to my liking), Asiago, cinnamon sugar, and plain bagel. The cream cheeses were the jalapeño cheddar (not much heat but packed with flavor), plain and the cookies and cream. The flavors were really well done, you could actually taste everything in them, not fake flavoring. We have to also compliment the employees. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!!! It's hard to find good bagels on the west coast, and luckily Jeff's Bagel Run in Henderson is just a little closer than NY/NJ. Similar to the viral Pop Up Bagels, these bagels are meant to be eaten warm, ripped, and dipped in all the delicious cream cheese flavors. Every bagel was soft and full of flavor. I wish the outside was a little more crispy /crunchy, but still one of the best bagels here in Vegas. Love the mini side cream cheese options that let you make you own smaller. I asked cashier which one is the most popular bagel and cream cheese. She said Jalepeno cheese bagel and Asiago bagels as well as the bagel of the day which was the funnel cake bagel. I got all three and got the most liked cream cheeses- banana pudding, roasted jalepeno, and chive & onion. The VERDICT: All bagels came out fresh and still warm which is a A+. I love the softness of the bagel when biting into it. The dough was made very well! Favorite bagel- Jalepeno Cheese Could be better: -Asiago everything-a bit too salty with the everything seasoning for me. The Asiago cheese was good. -funnel cake bagel- it was more of a cinnamon bagel to me...I'm not understanding how this tasted like funnel cake even with my eyes closed. Still a cinnamon bagel disguised as funnel cake bagel. Cream cheeses: Roasted Jalapeño- this is supposedly the most liked...to me, I didn't taste more of the "roasted" part of this. Finally a bagel shop that actually makes their bagels and makes them the right way. I arrived at 0645 on opening day and there was a small line I was greeted by friendly staff members, they explained a little of the stores history and explained their process and menu. Besides the fresh bagels and they make fresh cream cheeses, and I even saw some lox by the register. Bottom line is the bagels were freshly made, tasted great and are hands down the best thing in town to date. I will definitely be frequenting for a taste of home. read more
