Jeni's has always left a good impression on me, and this location is no different. It is a tad smaller, but even so, service and ordering was very efficient. I visited in hopes trying a new flavor, so I had the staff member surprise me with three. Chocolate always gets me nervous, but I really enjoyed it here. The other two flavors were also very tasty. Unsure? Samples are welcome! Parking is easy to find around the block, too!

Love Jeni's! Staff are always so friendly, they have a variety of flavors, and a cute patio!

I love the brambleberry flavor. I also like a few other flavors. This is a nice clean Jeni's location. I like their waffle cone. It always smells like waffle cones when I come in here- so inviting and toasty! It's a cute ice cream shop. I would rate 5 but they don't and still don't provide samples. Service is friendly and reliable. They are super dog- friendly. You will see a dog come in every 5-10 minutes.

Ooey butter cake, sweet cream biscuits and peach jam, brown butter almond brittle in a freshly made waffle cones - Jeni's Ice Creams

First impression first visit for us, as you walk in smelling the freshly made waffle cones happening....divine, heavenly smells and you just know this is the place!! Both employees were upbeat relaxed and kind. The young man who helped us today was friendly, easy going and you felt like you just had a friend to friend conversation as he helped us try a few samples. Totally chill, friendly and relaxed vibe. We chose 3 flavors each with the waffle cones. Ooey butter cake, brown butter almond brittle and sweet cream biscuits and peach jam. Then ooey butter cake, bramble berry crisp and a peanut butter one(can't remember the name). They were all amazing. Absolutely hurting my tastebuds to a whole other level! Think salt and straw but soooooooo much better to me. This ice cream is drive worthy. Meaning if you LOVE amazing ice cream, make the drive to get it here!! I do have to point out. We pay almost $8 for Handels ice cream for a double. Which is a staple in Utah for us. Handles never skimps on the scoop size. We paid $9 something here and while it was mayyyybbeee the size of a single at handles, I would absolutely not squabble about the price. It's that amazing to me. But just something to know going in. All that being said, Will Drive For Ice Cream. Don't think about it, just go and your sweet tooth craving will thank me later.

Tasty ice cream in the middle of Larchmont. Went on a Saturday evening for some dessert before dinner - was given a few samples and ended up ordering a bit of chocolate - was good times and will come back!

I went in to try the Bridgerton ice cream - they let me sample it first, and I ended up getting it. I LOVE a cake ice cream with a fruit element. Such a good flavor, I wish they would keep it forever. The workers at this shop are very kind and helpful. The patio is cute!! My only gripe is that it's soooo expensive, but it is what it is!

came here for my birthday and LOVED the bridgerton collab earl grey flavor. i also enjoyed the browned butter almond brittle but once i got it as a scoop, i realized it's a little too sweet for me. the earl grey one was just perfect in sweetness and the tea flavor was very prominent which some places just can't do well, but they do. i did love the waffle bowl as well, especially that it's made to be salty to balance out the sweetness of the ice creams. perfect touch. great service

After dinner ice cream run! This location has tons of street metered parking which is a plus. Staff is friendly even during busy times. Inside is small but clean and has a small patio in the back to enjoy your ice cream.

Super delicious ice cream. I had the dark chocolate and it was fantastic. Thick creamy rich. Expensive but you get a big portion. I really enjoyed it and I'm sure I'll be back. They have many flavors.

A friend recommended I try this place through signing up for their rewards program to get a free birthday scoop, on top of getting a free waffle bowl upgrade. Not only do I have lots to thank that friend for the freebie, but I now have a great ice cream shop to stop by whenever I visit! The quaint store on a bustling street can be hard to miss, but once you're inside you're transported into blissful ice cream heaven. The flavors are plentiful, the vibes perfect, and the service from flavor tasting to the minimal wait time are the cherry on the top. For this birthday scoop, I tried a couple different flavors of totally different taste profiles to get a good feel of what I've been missing out on: brambleberry crisp and gooey butter cake. The texture was amazing, the flavors over the top delicious and unlike what I've had before, and portions more than enough for my friend and I to feel it was a meal of its own! I definitely will come back for more than just on my birthday! This is a perfect place for a stop if you're walking up and down the street and doing some window or actual shopping!

I keep running around Larchmont Village and every time I pass by Jeni's, I'm so tempted to step in and say hello for a free sample! Hey, the service is so sweet and the shop has a lot of different flavors. It's a very colorful ice cream shop with some tables to sit at and complimentary water to drink while people wait in line. There is a great mix of exuberant, ambitious flavors that combine different ingredients like miso and butterscotch or pumpkin seeds and rye. However, they also have classics like gooey butter cake, sorbet, and vanilla bean. Each season brings a new array of creative seasonal flavors as well! Some of our favorites: Texas Sheet Cake (dairy free), Cold Brew with Coconut Cream (also dairy free!), Caramel Pecan Sticky Buns (dairy free again), Gooey Butter Cake, Brambleberry Crisp, Brown Butter Almond Brittle, Salted Peanut Butter with Chocolate Flecks, and Honey Vanilla Bean. Best seasonal flavors IMHO: Sweet Potato Marshmallow Praline and Genmaicha & Marshmallows! What stands out to me a lot is the presentation of the ice cream. Each scoop isn't too large and you can always get more than one flavor paired with a cone piece. It's best for groups or couples to share!

I've been hearing about Jeni's for awhile now, but haven't had the chance to try it. Luckily, my friends and I were nearby to one after dinner! Such a great decision to go here for dessert. The ice cream was amazing!! My ice cream server was really wonderful too, as he explained every single flavor to really great detail. I was really surprised with all that he was telling us, since most of the time, I just sample in silence. I felt very involved with the flavorings haha. I ended up getting the praline and coffee one, and those were SO GOOD. I was so sad that I finished it so quickly, but I'll definitely come back to try more flavors :) The interior was really neat, and the line moved quite fast. Parking was no issue.

Jeni's ice cream is the perfect texture-- there's a balance of creaminess and thickness without being overwhelmingly heavy. The flavors are so strong and I love that you can tell natural ingredients are used! I got the lavender, brambleberry crisp, and rainbow yogurt. Lavender is definitely a must! Also love that the scoops are half scoops, because sometimes having too much of one flavor can cause a sort of flavor fatigue. The waffle cone piece is also a nice addition that comes with their bowls! There's no seating inside but limited areas to sit outside. Three scoops is their most popular bowl, and it's about $9. They have a lot of interesting flavors to choose from. The worker helping me was so kind and understanding when I wanted to try multiple flavors! Was very pleasantly surprised at how great the service was here, they go above and beyond.

Vanilla and green mint chip ice cream.

Then, a much closer eternity ago (about a year ago - I've been super burned-out and not finishing my reviews), I was on my way from an event back to the blue line and walked by and noticed that they had, in fact, just moved. So obviously we had to get some. Verdict - yes, it absolutely was as good as I remembered. I wouldn't go back to DTLA just for ice cream, Long Beach Creamery being walking distance and wonderful, but I would absolutely stop here if I were back in DTLA and wanted ice cream. It's a bit pricey, but all craft ice cream is going to be, and it is definitely craft. And you can save a lot by getting a 3-scoop, which is very much enough to share for two people, if not slightly too much.

The Oreo taiyaki was absolutely delicious! It came out super fresh, they filled both the body AND tail with Oreo so every bite had a great ratio of chewy fish and filling.
