Only complaint is they dont deliver to me. Its really not that far from the restaurant. The philly cheesesteak is the best around.

Very disgusting. I recently visited Jersey Mike's to pick up two sandwiches and the person behind the counter was very sick. He blew his nose into his gloved hands and kept coughing and sneezing into the food. I stupidly still took the sandwiches and paid and left. Needless to say, I threw the sandwiches out immediately and we had to go elsewhere for dinner. Very disgusting. It's very simple - if you're sick, don't work that day and get all your customers sick... very negligent and awful. I'm not sure if the company has a policy against taking sick leave when sick or if that individual employee just decided he wanted to work anyway, but either way that's unsettling. I ended up visiting another Jersey Mike's location and liking it, but I will never visit this one again after that awful experience. read more

My first time at Jersey Mikes and it hit the spot. Got the Giant Steak and Cheese with onions and mushrooms and added mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. Loved it. The sub was huge, enough for two people. They provided a decent portion of meat and I loved the texture of their bread (although Jimmy John's bread is better). I'll be back to conquer more of their menu. read more

We're very pleased to have a good subshop nearby. We are big fans of the cheesesteaks here -- much better meat and bread than is offered at other nearby places. Also, the Veggie sub is quite good. Wish they had fries -- that knocks it down a star, as does having Pepsi products instead of Coke. That leaves me no choice but to order water..which is fine, saves calories and $$. And, it's the biggest water cup I've ever gotten from a fast food place. Very efficient service too, which can be a rareity on Rt. 1. Highly recommended if you're on the Richmond Highway and looking for a good sandwich to order and ingest in 15 minutes or less. read more

So tasty. BF prefers Club Sub Mike's Way w/jalapeños while I go for the Super Sub Mike's Way. Love their "Buy 2 Giants, Get 1 Free" special on Sunday evenings, especially during football season. We always have tons of leftovers, and the sandwiches keep pretty well overnight. The folks that work there are upbeat and friendly, too. read more

Jersey Mike's has an outrageously delicious Cheese Steak sandwich. 8 or 16 inch varieties.

Left without ordering after seeing the menu and realizing no matterwhat you order for a cheesesteak, everything comes with "white American cheese" with no option for other cheeses : cheeze whiz, provolone, cheddar, anything? American cheese...on a cheesesteak? YUCK! Who does that? That doesn't even sound right. That's like using orange cheddar to make a lasagne or making macaroni using Blue cheese : It's just incorrect. American cheese is just disgusting - machine made, low quality garbage loaded with chemicals, and to have that be "required" on all sandwiches was enough to lose my business. People want to be able to CUSTOMIZE their sandwiches. Not enough choices and options to customize what I order so declined to order. read more

I am from NJ, where there are Pizza and Sub shops on every corner. So I am always looking for a place that reminds me of home, and has a sub that can compare. Now I went into this Jersey Mikes with low expectations. There was a Blimpe subs there before, and it was substandard. As I opened the door I smelled New Jersey! No, no, no, not the Turnpike, nor the Meadowlands, but that smell of fresh cut onions, the smell of a good sub shop. You don't get that smell in a Subway, but a real subshop. I like that the cold cuts are cut fresh, and not pulled off wax paper, they make subs the real way. The kids that work in the place are pretty cool, they always seem to remember me, and I look forward to seeing those guys when I go in there. Sometimes I have to tell a guy a few times no mayo, bit overall these guys are on point. The onions, lettuce, and tomatoes, are always fresh, the hot peppers are always filled up and fresh, and the place is CLEAN! I recommend, it may not be a Mom and Pop place, but it sure taste like it! read more

I just spent $7.69 on a "Meatball sub". Objectively, it was a loaf of bread with some cheap processed "beef" and cheese shoved in the middle. Gross. At least I had a coupon for some free corn syrup and oily starch. read more

I prefer to rate the experience more than the food. The reason is people have different taste. So, I think the food quality is great! You can taste the difference from subway! I love the service. I frequent when they aren't too busy. So I get my sandwich just how I want it! The place looks clean & the staff looks professional. I've never really had these sandwiches from this franchise until now. I can say they are better then subway, however, they are also more expensive them subway. The help was very friendly and explained the menu in detail to me as well as some other patrons who came in while I was there. Definitely will go back. Meat is also sliced fresh when ordering. Not the same as other locations. My bar has always been set high as far as sandwich shops go because I grew up in Northern New Jersey where you can get the real deal. I have eaten here 7 times and not just ordering one meal at a time. Only one occasion did they get it right. If you are a vegetarian this is the place for you as the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions are plentifull. If you want meat good luck!!! Probably my favorite sub place in the area. If you're into hot subs I recommend the classic philly cheesesteak! It won't disappoint.

An okay sub shop, better run than most chains. Ordered a reuben sub, an Italian, and a roast beef with provo. The reuben was the best of the bunch; decent flavor without being too salty. The Italian was alright, but the Jersey Mike Brad meats and cheeses just didn't have that much flavor. You're tasting mostly Italian seasoning and oil and vinegar. I had high hopes for the beef (which they roast in house), but again, not much flavor here. Cooked medium rare, but lacked any beefyness and was just begging for salt, pepper, or some horseradish. The bread wasn't too bad; really slight crustiness, but mostly the usual soft bloated doughy stuff most chains peddle. As far as chain sandwich shops go, I'd rate Jersey Mike's on the same level as Jimmy John's; if you like the latter, you'll like the former. Still better than the mouth-shredding, blood-spitting hell-witches that Quiznos sells, and far superior to the flavorless 7-inch "footlongs" that Subway peddles. Bonus points for not having that gag-inducing "Subway smell." Not as good a sandwich as Potbelly, however, but there are no Potbelly's nearby. If you're on this stretch of Route 1 and in the mood for a good sandwich made from Boar's Head ingredients, skip this place and hit Sherwood Gourmet. For the same price, you have a wider selection of sandwiches made from quality ingredients that won't break the bank. read more

If you are looking for a good cheese steak, do not waste your time. I can cook a better cheese steak in my kitchen. The bread is mediocre and the steak that JM uses taste like some old left over meat from my grannys deep freezer. A great steak is ribeye cut only, so if the establisment doesn't start with proper steak and bread, theres a guarantee that the sandwich will suck! If you personally think that the cheese steak is good before and/or after you have read my review, I invite you to expand your tastebuds by choosing a steak and cheese in Delaware, Philly, my kitchen, or anywhere else besides this place. Jersey Mike's is hands down the best sub shop in town. It BLOWS Larry's 'giant' suns away (absolutely nothing giant about their subs! They're more expensive than Jersey and barely give any meat and toppings!!!) whereas Jersey, your sub is always filled to the brim! A regular for around $7.50 is HUGE..sometimes I'm too full to finish. The Big Kahuna and Italian are the two best subs EVER! This place is the bomb!!! read more

Great friendly professional staff! Staff appears to be made up of a majority of young adults and high schoolers. This location is always busy and full of friendly people and employees who will go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied.
