I never been to this Jersey Mike location but I been in the plaza this store is at. I was picking up my lunch order next door so it was convenient to just pick up my wife food too. I found parking just fine in the plaza this store is at because there a lot of parking spots. I arrived early to pick up my food first and then walked inside Jersey Mike to pick up my online order. So my sandwich was ready even before the pickup time. I just told the worker my name and he give me my food. I took it home and my wife couldn't wait so she started eating one half of it. My biggest recommendation is to get the chili relish and banana peppers to elevate the experience to add some flavor and heat to the sandwiches! I just had to walk out of this place because all the lettuce is gross and brown. No way I am paying $20 for a sandwich with old produce. I asked for new fresh lettuce and all the workers acted like my request was insane. The worker went to the back and got a new half hotel pan of old brown lettuce. I accidentally ordered a giant sub mikes way with Ham instead of our usual turkey. I was in a rush and made a mistake. I realized as I went back to my car so I decided to get it redone with turkey, obviously expecting no extra charge. My brother went in and they told us we needed to pay for a whole new sub. We let them know they could take the sandwich with ham. We're very frequent customers and eat often. We've never had this problem and have switched out one sub for another before. I didn't have a great experience here with my mom last month . My mom had order a giant California sandwich and a medium one. The person got the bread right but the order it's self was incorrect. I believe she was making ham and provolone sandwich. My mom noticed the sandwich looked off because keep in mind she had order a California sandwich. The girl who asked me for my orders did not follow what I wanted even though she asked a couple times "anything after that?" This store needs a new team. The women starting the experience by asking what sub/size/bread was extremely rude. She asked me 3 times what I wanted because she couldn't remember. I ordered a hot sub but the grill was not ready and I had to wait for them to get it ready then have a phone shoot with the grill using an iPad probably to show corp that they are actually doing there jobs. I paid for my subs before they even started making it and told the man to charge for avocado, I confirmed 3 times to make sure when my sub was actually finished I wouldn't have to pay again just for the avocado. He confirmed two out of the three times. On the third time he mentioned that my sub does not come with it. I know this. This is why I told him to charge me for avocado because it is an up charge. He told me we can't do that. We can't add anything to your sub. The sub comes how it is. Three minutes earlier one of the employees said after she got done cooking it she was going to take it over to the counter and allow me to pick which veggies/sauces I wanted. I told him this and he starts arguing with me saying no we can't do that. Finally the employee that told me she was going to do it came up to him and said yes I will add whatever he wants after it's done cooking. Jersey Mike's subs are a favorite of mine. Its the best chain sandwich shop imo. This particular location has really nice employees and a clean store. I'm glad this location took over Subway. Yay! The ingredients they use are great. Meats and cheese are sliced per order, bread is fresh baked in house, and top it off "Mike's Way" (red vinager, olive oil blend, 'spices' in addition: thin sliced onions, mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes) and you'll have a great sandwich.
