Very good and fresh sandwiches made to order. This is one of my favorite Jersey Mike's location because the staff is attentive, friendly and the store is super clean. Definitely one of the better sandwich chain in America.

order for pick up, and by far this is my location to go too. It's usually.a five minute wait for you sandwich if your going in, but if you order online pick up is quick and fast. Hey also get the Italian, and at this location they never get it wrong especially with all the customizing I do. Just love this location. Perfectly sandwich every time

Cheat day! For those who are lactose intolerant, eating a cheesesteak is a risky proposition. Since I am nowhere close to Philly, I decided to go to Jersey Mike's, as their cheesesteaks are much better thank Subway's, as they grill it in front of you. Ambience: this is a franchise and has the typical franchise "look". At their price point, you get what you expect, a clean utilitarian environment not too dissimilar from a Subway. There is no indoor dining, as all orders are to go. Food: for a franchise, the cheesesteaks are not bad, as they are grilled when you order them. The smooth melted cheese on the savory steak...mmmm. Price: $18 for a footlong cheesesteak? A little on the high side, but at least it's fresh and made to order.

I've been meaning to check out Jersey Mike's for a while now as people said they were pretty good. I was finally in the mood for some sandwiches last weekend, so I went to pick up an Italian sub and see how it was. I picked up a regular size original Italian sub with no modifications. It came out to $9.94 with tax included. The regular size was actually a decent size, and probably plenty of food for someone if they're not a beast eater. The sandwich itself is probably best described as solid and unremarkable. It's tasty enough but nothing really stands out about it. The only thing I wished I left out was the tomatoes, as the liquid from them made the sub a bit soggy. Overall, I'd give 3 stars. At under $10, it's a fairly decent price for the amount of food you get. If there are no speciality mom and pop sandwich shops in your area, it's not a bad option.

I was disappointed today. Once again, I ordered using the app and picked up my sandwich. Everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, when I was ready to eat my sandwich, I realized that they didn't follow the instructions I sent with my order. No big deal. However, whoever assembled my sandwich decided to pile all of the meat and cheese in the center of the sandwich. WTF? I had two ends with very little meat and cheese (almost nothing) and so much meat and cheese in the center that it was difficult to eat. My sandwich looked like a bell curve! If I wasn't accustomed to good sandwiches from this location, my experience today would probably be my last. It looks like time for retraining. As it is, I'll be back.

Eddie is a wonderful server and very assisting of options and getting the order correct. The young lady at the register (of whom I did not get the name) was also pleasant and professional. I am not sure if this location charge the same cost as in the Bethpage location though it seemed it was a few dollars more and I had to go out to the car to get the extra dollars as patiently waited to finish transaction. It is possible that as a chain they have the same cost as I ordered differently for this visit from last. The turkey hero with two sides of mayo on the bread and toppings was fresh. Of course with mayo their traditional addition of Oil and Vinegar, given to me as an option, was not added. This chain from our experience is a higher, update then from the Subways similar type places. I am glad each visit we have gone has been a good one.

Blows Subway away! They're sandwiches are really good for a chain. I love the chipotle chicken cheesesteak. Add a little jalapeno and it's nice and spicy. They have a various amount of cold and hot sandwiches ranging from "mini" to "large" You can easily share a large between two people. They have kid options and meal combos too. Cookies, brownies and of course a nice selection of chips. Everything tastes fresh and every sandwich I've gotten so far has great flavor. I've never gotten that one bad piece of chicken that ruins the sandwich like in Subway if you know what I mean. They have fountain drinks as well as a fridge with a nice variety of bottled beverages. If I'm looking for a quick sandwich spot this is one is on my go to list.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Upon entering the store I was ignored and it's not like there were customers. Upon ordering I ordered 1 regular tuna on rosemary, mikes way with pickles. After being repeated to me, what I received was a sandwich almost mikes way and no pickles. Smh. The register experience took longer then it should have and the person looked annoyed I said I was using my points. Attached is a picture of my sorry looking sandwich with soggy bread. Will not visit this location again!

This is exactly how a business can lose stars…read more Going in to dine on Friday 2/20/26 my plus one and I had a entirely different experience from the first visit, in which the female employee influenced our return and patronage. Dressed casually in this casual setting that was well lit. We came to take advantage of a deal that was advertised "combo BOGO 50% off" within the hours of the promotion, but we were taken advantage of! Asking the employee for the advertised combo he specifically and directly point at the sandwich menu which was significantly higher priced starting at $18. It looks like a steak sandwich, I asked if it was a burger, he stated that it comes like a burger. So we each ordered that and with onion rings. He stated that they come with French fries, we said we wanted to have onion rings for an extra charge. I'm starting to notice a language comprehension challenge in the exchange as he kept saying that the sandwich comes with fries, He later confirms our order minus fries and stated that there's $.75 extra. Sitting down viewing the aesthetics as stated previously, we started observing the menu closer and noticed that the menu says " burger combos" starting at $11. Questions does arise about the promo. Talking to the employee, asking why does the menu say combo and you pointed to the sandwich, his reply was that sandwiches are the only combos that they have. I replied but that sign says sandwiches and the other menu says burger combos and you pointed to the sandwiches, why would you point to the sandwich. I was looking for his guidance into the right direction. If looks could kill, he'd be serving a life sentence. I interpreted the look as he was caught in a trap with no way out because he said they only had one combo. So he admitted, after interrogation that we could have ordered the P. S Burger combo. His tactics to spend my money was misleading in every shape form or fashion. The sandwiches (not a burger even though it looked like a burger) had chunks of steak and was falling apart every time you bit into it, leaving chunks of meat in your mouth, that you must now negotiate in order not to choke. We could have walked away happy and satisfied spending $18 minus tax. Instead I spent $18 on one sandwich for a total of $28.5. ( 2 orders of onion rings and the BOGO) To add, they bring you the food, put a tip jar out, and expect you to tip on top of being taken for $10 extra. So the extra went into revenue, not the tip jar. I actually thought P.S Burger would add to our palate but it's just not going to work out. The employee's actions led us to spend more than intended, and that affected the overall experience. But still.... Inspire more, Yelp more!

It's been about 4 years since I've been to The Burger Spot, but the food and service is still as great as I remember it to be. I used the ordering service through their website and put in my order for pickup. I walked into The Burger Spot and went to the cashier. My order was behind the counter and ready for pickup. My go to speciality burger is Swiss ($15.95). Swiss comes with swiss, mushrooms, and caramelized onions. Burgers are served with fries. The burger was juicy and just the way I remember it to be. The fries are very crispy and the white sauce it comes with is very good. My husband ordered one of the specials, the Tamarind Cilantro Chicken Sandwich ($16.54). This sandwich is grilled chicken with pepper jack cheese, avocado, arugula, topped with homemade Tamarind cilantro salsa on ciabatta. The sandwich was also served with a side of fries, but you can substitute it for others like he chose 1/2 Sweet Potato / 1/2 Onion Rings for $2.07 more. There were only a few onion rings, but they are big. The sandwich was packed with flavors. The Burger Spot is the spot for burgers and fries. There are a few tables inside and when the weather is nice, there are tables set up outside as well. Definitely check it out if you are in the area!
