So this is my second time at a Jersey Mike's location in the last month that just sucked. I stood at the register while two of the employees leaning on the glass and counter talked about their nights from the previous night.I said excuse me to get their attention as they didn't already care. I ordered online and was just trying to get my sandwich and make it back to work on time. He didn't check my card and without looking kind of tossed the back in my general direction saying "have a good one." This kind of customer service alone I would take time out of my schedule to warn the public considering this location. BUT it doesn't end here. I get my order back. I paid for extra meat on my sandwich as I only ordered a mini. I stated in the order extra bacon, extra oil, vinegar,and oregano. Half of my sandwich didn't even have bacon and it looks like they used it as a hockey puck when I unwrapped it. So I call they number giving them a chance to earn my business again. First they answer and there was chuckling and then the line cut off. So I call again. Talk to an employee who after a couple of minutes transfers me to the "manager" probably just a shift leader as he sounded SUPER unprofessional. He said "I actually made your sandwich myself so I KNOWWW how it was made." I responded very politely saying: "great then you'll understand that instead of a sandwich I received a salad." He denied everything and spoke very unprofessional with a lot of "uh" and "um's" in between words. Definitely will be doing everything I can to warn people about the service here. VERY disappointing. Do not go here unless you want to waste money and be made to feel like you don't know what your talking about when it's right in front of you. read more

If I can I wish I can choose 0 stars. Worse customer service ever!!! I take my boyfriend who was a first timer because I like the food there it took 15 min to get asked what we wanted to eat then we are waiting for our food to finally get prepared and the younger Mexican girl asks me across the room if I wanted spinach. In my head "what spinach" so I get up to ask her what exactly she meant and all I get her is rolling her eyes at me and a rude attitude.. As we were dinning in that same girl family comes in and just a light shone inside she was actually preforming good service which sucks because I am an actual paying customer but i can get service, I guess to get good service you have to be family. I was completely upset with the service, time frames, and attitudes not only with employee to customer but even the employees were giving one another attitudes making the dinning area very tense. I decided to give this place a shot since I've seen a couple open up over the years. This Jersey Mike's opened up a few month's ago nearby, so I decided to stop by. I love sandwiches, and I love cheese. My expectations of this place was higher than the Subway expectations, and I honestly had a similar experience of eating here, as I do when I eat at Subway. The meats were not that great, they had Italian cuts, and Provolone, as well as different style bread's, but the freshness of the sandwich wasn't anything to brag about. The prices of a regular sub was ridiculously high, and it wasn't even that tasty. I paid $7.00 for a regular 8 inch sub, that wasn't even made properly. They didn't put enough meat, and they were stingy on the produce. The service was SLOW, and the staff looked miserable. I gave this place 3 stars only because it was my first time, and I am a sandwich snob, since my uncle is the owner an Italian deli, this was garbagio! read more

i just got a sandwich from my lovely local jersey mikes. and that is definitely NOT the route 66 location. my wonderful experience i regularly have at my local one in placentia reminded of potentially one of the worst customer experiences i've ever had at this glendora location. it only reminded me because of the complete difference in nearly everything. for starters, smelled weird in there, no biggie. i asked to replace the ham on my sandwich and they told me it would be an extra $3!!! LOL, placentia.. when i say that, they say, "ok!" and don't spend 5 minutes arguing with me about it. and then they charged my friend for a more expensive sandwich, i can't remember the reason but boy... i was livid at this point. i've never had someone say it would be extra to replace one single meat on a sandwich, even at subway!!!!!! these people need to take a note out of a customer service handbook and not be all uppity and cheap. i know these experience was a few months ago but i can't think about jersey mikes without thinking of the nastiest attitude, incompetent shift lead/manager whatever, and a spot in my top 3 worst customer service experiences. First time I have been motivated to post a rating. I wish it was for a good experience, but Jersey Mike's was very disappointing. This was my second visit and I actually enjoyed the first one, but this visit was the total opposite. I had bad service and when I got my sub home it had very little meat and NO flavor at all. All 3 of the sandwiches we ordered were a disappointment. With all the choices for a good sandwich in the area, I can't see them staying open for much longer. You have to do it different and better than the other guys if you want to compete. Pricing is a little to high too. Spent $21.00 for a large and small sandwich (not drinks). WOW! read more

Better than subway !! So much flavor. I order a chicken sub with Swiss cheese bleu cheese bacon and bell peppers with onions so bomb!

There are a lot of food places to eat in the area but you will enjoy Jersey Mike's. It is like eating in a deli. The staff was very friendly as well. Subway is no comparison to this place. I will be a repeating customer! read more

This location is a joke. There were 3 girls working who were very rude and unhelpful. All of the dinning tables were dirty and so was the floor. I asked for a wrap and they decided to make it how ever they wanted to. They never asked what I wanted on it or if I wanted it Mike's way, When I questioned them I was snapped at and was told "if you want anything extra on the wraps you need to ask before we make it, they are all made the sameway unless you ask otherwise." I know this is not true because every other location I've been to always asked what you want on it. I love Jersey Mike's and I recommend them all of the time but I will never go back to this one. read more

Do NOT order a Tuna sub; it was the most disgusting thing I've ever been served. There was more mayonnaise than tuna, the bread was sopping glop by the time I got it home. The sandwiches aren't good quality for the high prices. read more

THE SERVICE HERE IS TERRIBLE!!! All of your employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. Came here once before a couple of months ago and it was pretty good. Now the service has just gone down hill in the last two times I've came. I've walked in before and it was completely empty and I still had to wait over 5 minutes to get help, and once I was helped, the employee was extremely rude. They even messed up my sandwich! They were also closing the store around me so I felt unwanted and that they didn't really care if they got my money or not. Never coming here again and definitely will be telling my friends to not come to this location. read more

I have been to place for quiet some time. What brought my attention to this place is that I want to difference between Subway. There is a vast of difference between this establishment. For one in my opinion, the sandwich taste way more fresher. The ham are kept in storage like that one you see in the deli section of the grocery store. There some ham that sound Italiano like proscuittini,and cappacuolo. My first sandwich that I ate there was Big Kahuna. Which have grill steak which they do in front of you. As well has grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos and extra cheese. I also ask for extra jalapenos to add a kick in my sandwich which they don't charge. Then I kept ordering this sandwich for a while. Then I want to change this my selection of sandwich so I got the turkey sub which was quite good but I prefer for my taste bud warm sandwich. Then my last vista I have an pastrami sandwich and put the topping that i like. not that one were list on menu, so the was pretty neat that they didn't charge for me that. Another thing I like about this place is that have the student special were I get a regular size subs, medium drink and chips. I recommend this place to everybody that likes subs. :) read more
