I was there today (8/13) and there was no line . The address is 40420 I was getting a haircut so I decided to stop by and use some of my Reward Points of which I had 419, so I ordered the Turkey & Provolone Mike's Way. Jashua was my server and she is very nice and one of there best employees. It was 72 points for the sandwich so I still have 347 points at my disposal. This location is almost 100% takeout based on location (Lincoln Blvd) and the parking is limited. The service area is clean and the employees are also very presentable. Overall, the service has gotten much better and the sandwich speaks for itself. Being from New Jersey and having vacationed in Point Pleasant, the sandwiches are authentic. RECOMMEND. The workers are in there sweating trying to service customers. If they do not fox the a/c I will be calling the health department next. If you value your time, money, and sanity, then don't come to this Jersey Mike's location. Matter of fact, don't even try to order online through their website, doordash, grubhub, etc thinking that you will pick up your sandwich on time. I ordered a pickup through DoorDash for my dad to pick up at this store. I placed the order at 11:53am and I was quoted a pick up time of 12:08pm. Imagine my surprise when my dad texted me asking if there were any notifications of the food being ready. I checked the app and it said "it should be time for pick up". When my dad asked the staff, he was told the order had not been worked on yet. 40 minutes after I placed my doordash PICKUP order and NOTHING? How hard is it to make a mini super sub?? Apparently extremely difficult. Only 4 staff working during LUNCH RUSH. How poorly staffed and managed is this place?? How are they not embarrassed. Jersey Mike's is still my favorite sub shop, although I have been getting the bowl version, no bread. Trying to cut back on sodium, miss the bread so much, but saves a ton of sodium without it. The staff here was friendly and the service was quick, even though it was pretty busy. Which I was surprised, not by the good service but the location itself is fairly small and parking is tight. But they take care of business. The decor inside is the same as all other Jersey Mike's so when you walk in it will have that familiar Jersey Mike's vibe. I tried to explain what was wrong with my order, and instead of listening, she talked over me and made smart comments saying that was the way i order my food like I was the problem My sandwich wasn't even made how I asked, and when I pointed it out, she just kinda rolled her eyes and acted like she didn't care at all. I've been a Jersey Mikes fan for years, and go to the MDR shop often. However, I respectfully suggest that management needs to give their employees a lesson in customer service. I walked into the shop yesterday, October 18th, at about 11:30 AM. There was nobody in front of me in line, but there were three or four employees behind the counter, working on tasks. They knew I was there, and were just a few feet away. I walked up to the counter and said, in a cheery, friendly voice, "Hi there!". No one looked up, no one made eye contact, no one greeted me or even acknowledged I existed. I stood there for maybe 10-15 seconds, painfully, and then I said, "Hi!" again. No response for any employee. None. I stood there for twenty to thirty more seconds...nothing. So I turned around and walked out. No employee said a thing. This is really terrible service. Stunning frankly. I've never been treated like that ever before at a take out restaurant. I have to think long and hard if I will ever go back. read more

Cons: This was the most bland sandwich I've ever had. This is what I imagine prison food to taste like. No flavor, uninteresting, it's only job is to provide calories so you don't starve to death. At first I thought "Well, maybe I have covid or something and my taste buds aren't working." So I tried the chips and they were delicious and ranchy. Then I tried the soda and it was delicious and definitely cherry flavored. I don't know what to say guys, my taste buds are functioning just fine and I saw the guy put salt and pepper on it... Due to Covid-19, this establishment is posted to have no more than FIVE customers inside but today when I went to pick up my app order, there were TWENTY customers waiting inside (three of whom did had uncovered noses). Instead of moving the line outside, the staff continued to take new orders. Instead of filling the orders for the waiting app customers, the staff just kept taking new orders. If I hadn't already paid for my family's order on the app, I would've left. My family's order was ready fifteen minutes later than the time I had requested it for.
