They need to install some AC because the place is uncomfortable. The location is problematic for foot traffic and the cost to value was reasonable. Jersey Mike's is still my favorite sub shop, although I have been getting the bowl version, no bread. Trying to cut back on sodium, miss the bread so much, but saves a ton of sodium without it. The staff here was friendly and the service was quick, even though it was pretty busy. Which I was surprised, not by the good service but the location itself is fairly small and parking is tight. But they take care of business. The decor inside is the same as all other Jersey Mike's so when you walk in it will have that familiar Jersey Mike's vibe. I had such a BAD experience here the girl who helped me (the one with a lot of tattoos mentioning this only so management can knows who i'm referring too) was extremely rude and had such a bad attitude. I tried to explain what was wrong with my order, and instead of listening, she talked over me and made smart comments saying that was the way i order my food like I was the problem My sandwich wasn't even made how I asked, and when I pointed it out, she just kinda rolled her eyes and acted like she didn't care at all. Don't bother ordering here unless you're getting DoorDash or UberEats. I've worked within 10 minutes by foot of this location for two years and was excited to finally get a sandwich. I experienced terrible service where delivery orders were prioritized while I made the effort to come order in person. I've been a Jersey Mikes fan for years, and go to the MDR shop often. However, I respectfully suggest that management needs to give their employees a lesson in customer service. I walked into the shop yesterday, October 18th, at about 11:30 AM. There was nobody in front of me in line, but there were three or four employees behind the counter, working on tasks. They knew I was there, and were just a few feet away. I walked up to the counter and said, in a cheery, friendly voice, "Hi there!". No one looked up, no one made eye contact, no one greeted me or even acknowledged I existed. I stood there for maybe 10-15 seconds, painfully, and then I said, "Hi!" again. No response for any employee. None. I stood there for twenty to thirty more seconds...nothing. So I turned around and walked out. No employee said a thing. This is really terrible service. Stunning frankly. I've never been treated like that ever before at a take out restaurant. I have to think long and hard if I will ever go back. read more

Cons: This was the most bland sandwich I've ever had. This is what I imagine prison food to taste like. No flavor, uninteresting, it's only job is to provide calories so you don't starve to death. At first I thought "Well, maybe I have covid or something and my taste buds aren't working." So I tried the chips and they were delicious and ranchy. Then I tried the soda and it was delicious and definitely cherry flavored. I don't know what to say guys, my taste buds are functioning just fine and I saw the guy put salt and pepper on it... The sandwich was just not good. Maybe offer some sauces? Or hire a chef to teach everyone about spices? Maybe it's just this particular sandwich? Due to Covid-19, this establishment is posted to have no more than FIVE customers inside but today when I went to pick up my app order, there were TWENTY customers waiting inside (three of whom did had uncovered noses). Instead of moving the line outside, the staff continued to take new orders. Instead of filling the orders for the waiting app customers, the staff just kept taking new orders. If I hadn't already paid for my family's order on the app, I would've left. My family's order was ready fifteen minutes later than the time I had requested it for. Not as crowded as I thought since it barely opened. I had their chipotle cheesesteak and added jalapenos [large size]. It came out to be around $13. Since hot subs took some time, someone took my order and I just paid. They eventually brought my sandwich to where I was sitting. The cheesesteak was decent - lots of meat and cheese but not much flavor. I wish it had more flavor. Their cold subs looked appealing, I think I'll try one of those next time.
