Man, what can i say, They are a step or two or three or four above the other stores, the meats just seem fresher and taste better, my favorite The Italian is just out of this world, I always cringe a bit because they are not cheap, but trust me they are worth every penny., The only problem with this location is that it is some what hidden, and Google maps, drives you in circles trying to find this place, this Sub just goes down right. I find myself comparing every sib shop to my favorite from my childhood. Whereas none have compared (yet), Jersey MIke's was about the closest yet. You choose the meat and cheese and your selection of toppings. The boys working there seemed very excited about the product and pushed the 'MIke's Way' topping selection which is onions, lettuce, oil and vinegar. I took their suggestion on my turkey and cheese. I would go for fewer onions and no oil next time but the sandwich was really good. The sandwich was really good and I appreciated the enthusiasm of the kids working. If in the area I would definitely go again, or at least try a Jersey Mike's closer to my place. read more

Really like this place. Even when it's super busy, they guys are really fast making your sandwich. I recommend if you're on a time crunch that you order & pay for your sangwitch online - they have it ready in 20 minutes and you literally cut to the front of the line and pick it up. I've done this twice and both times it was made very well. The cheeseteak is really good if you're feeling like a fat kid (super greasy, but a great occasional change-up from my standard turkey/provolone on wheat). This place is kind of weird in that I've *only* seen guys working there, and a lot of them seem like stoners. Some of them have even gotten a little up in each others faces while I've been there. But all in all, they do a good job at making sandwiches so I could care less about their restaurant politics. read more

Ever since NY Philly Cheese Steak closed without warning several years ago I have been on a quest to find a cheese steak to take it's place. I saw a flyer for Jersey Mike's and the cheese steak looked pretty good so I thought I'd give it a try and I was not disappointed. Usually when I go for a cheese steak in this town I leave the restaurant let down & still craving a cheese steak but Jersey Mike's was pretty darn good. If anyone in Plano remembers NY Philly Cheese Steak over there across the street from the dollar movies, Jersey Mike's comes the closest to it that I've found. read more

First visit as I had a coupon for combo meal and was along the way to another stop. Fast service during Wed lunch hour. Surprised at variety of sub choices to include salads. Better than expected. Plan on another visit soon. read more

First time ever having Jersey Mike's and I can't believe i waited 24 years to try it! I love fresh deli sandwiches, so I am not really sure why I hadn't already had it. The service was absolutely wonderful! It was Friday at lunch so they were slammed, but every one still took the time to greet you and had a smile on their face. I did an online order for 7 people. I arrived a few minutes early, so it wasn't quite ready, but they still gave me a drink while I waited, which I really appreciated. Will definitely be returning to Jersey Mike's and specifically this location! read more

That was the WORST sub I have ever eaten. I got an Roast beef & cheese, the amount of meat & cheese is ridiclous, the beef was rare not seasoned, it tasted like raw meat & the cheese was mealy. & the bread was like eating a tasteless dough ball, & they charge a fortune for them. I can get a whole lot better sub from Walmart. I wouldn't go back, if you paid me. read more

OK. So I am a sandwich queen. I eat at a sub place almost every day. I am from NY where I am used to mom and pop deli's where the cold cuts are top of the line and the bread is superb. So moving here was a little disappointed with the Subways, Quizno's choices. I have found a few good sandwich shops that I have been frequenting. Then one day about 3 weeks ago my bf and I passed Jersey Mikes and thought well there's one we haven't tried yet. So we went in. OMG, I was soo impressed with the choices and the fresh cold cuts sliced to order. I got the Turkey on Rosemary Parmesan Mike's Way. Yummy!! Brought me back to this deli shop in NY called Campus Heroes. So my bf and I look at each other and decide this is our new place. No more going to those other sub shops. In the last 3 weeks I have probably eaten there 7 times. 3 or 4 at the one in Plano and 3 times at this one by my work on Preston in Dallas. (Yay!!) read more

The service for sandwiches here is its worth going out of my way I have a Subway shop that's very close to my house this place is probably an extra couple of miles but the quality service is well worth it and the price basically is the same as Subway.. highly recommend any Jersey Mike's Subs they have real good consistency if you haven't tried them do so you won't be disappointed read more

It was made on time, ordered online, and good. My only upset (if even that) was that one corner of the bread was soggy (about 1 1/2 inches). Would order again but maybe just go in next time. read more

I've gone about 4 times now. The cheese steaks are good ( had 2 different ones ) and the classic italian cold sub -- which was great and what I expect for Jersey style sub. Great bread ( I got white every time ) and fresh sliced meat and cheese. Clean store with fast and friendly service. As far as sub toppings go, well, its a bit limited... but that's something Subway created in my opinion. I never saw a sub shop offer all the topping they do before they came along. When you order a sub in the PA-Jersey area this is how you get it.... I mean you would never have ordered an italian sub with cucumbers on it.. that's just not right! If you want a good Jersey style sub go here. If you have small kids that like subs, go here. If they are picky eaters and don't like subs, well, there's not much else on the menu. They do have a kids combo of small sandwich and cookie and drink. Probably would have gone with 5 stars if they had corn dog, fries, or peanutbutter jelly sandwhich options for kids. Even thats not a big deal, as most of the time I hit this place is during lunch by myself. I give them a 4.5 out of 5. read more

I love this place!! My favorite! All of their ingredients are FRESH, which I love. I also loved the customer service I got! I came with some friends on a Friday morning at about 9:50.. They didn't open till 10 so we sat on the curb till it opened and they opened the doors for us at 9:55! Love love this place. Highly recommend. read more

My husband and I wanted a nice cool sub after driving back into town after vacation. We came back to town with 100+ temperature. We did not want to cook after being in a car all day. We ordered Jersey Mike's Italian sub, Mike's way, one with mayo, one without. We also order double meat, which make this sandwich incredible. My husband is originally from New Jersey, so he also adds banana peppers on the side. We both really enjoy Jersey Mike's. This location is always clean and the people working are always friendly. This place was great! There prices are very reasonable for the quality of sandwhich! They hae a very nice variety of diffrent meats! They were very helpful when they found out it was my first time there. They take the meat fresh out of the locker and slice it right there in front of you, so you know it is all fresh! The location is not the greatest but they are in a pretty good spot along the highway. I will be going back for sure! read more

I'm a regular here and I absolutely love this sub shop. My daughter and I come here all the time, the guys are great with my daughter and love to talk to her and make sure that my daughter approves of my sandwich and her meat because my kiddo like most doesn't quite like subs yet. Give this sub shop a chance and fall in love. They do have a rewards cards so to speak meaning if you get a card and buy 12 regular subs the next one is free. The subs here a wonderful and yes it's a little pricey but that's because you're paying for good quality food. read more

I usually LOVE jersey mikes, but lately not only this location, but almost all the other ones never have what I want. When I went this past weekend, their case was empty of meat, they had no American cheese. Usually they have no white bread. Then the toppings, those were empty and looked horrible! They needed to desperately restock those items. Even the person behind me made a comment that it looked like there was nothing there. I think my days of going to Jersey Mikes are going to be over. read more

I've heard so many things about Jersey Mikes, so since one was nearby I decided to try it. After 15 minutes in line I ended up spending nearly $10 on a regular sized sub, that I can't say was anything more than what I could get at Subway. I then had to eat it in my car because their limited seating was all taken. I'll stick to Potbelly from now on. read more

Have to say that I'm really impressed with this place. Very friendly staff, clean store, and surprisingly tasty sandwhiches. I'm not a huge sandwhich guy but I like to try new restaurants so I just stopped by. Sandwhiches are kind of a boring food to me, but I eat (or use to eat after finding this place ) at Subway every once in a great while just to change up from my usual hamburger or mexican food. I didn't expect to be blown away because again it's just a sandwhich right? But wow the way they dress the sandwhich with what they call "Mike's Way" is really really good. Then I went back a second time and tried out a chipotle philly cheese and I think that was even better than the cold sub I had. The only thing I don't love about this store is the location, it's somewhat hard to get to but it's worth it. Highly recommend this place! read more
