So I just left this location #355, and man was the service great. I was first greeted by the young lady named Samantha. She was great! Very nice and informative as she escorted my through the waiting room. She even suggested places lovely to eat whilst I waited for my truck to finish. The tech guy named roger was awesome as well. He explained everything to me what needed to be done. Topped off my fluids (One reason why I go to jiffy lube). And to finalize it all the asst. Mgr Jim was very polite as he closed my bill out. With wait time and service it was just over 20 minutes. Definitely deserves my return business. Great job guys! read more

I took my car in for an oil change, Santiago told me it would be about an hour so he recommended I leave the car and he would call me when it was completed! I dropped it off at 1:15 pm, this was yesterday Wednesday, I called around 3:25 to see if it was ready for pick up and the guy who answered told me yes that Santiago tried calling me twice I told him I never received a call from him. I decided to go in to check on the car and Santiago told me it was ready and proceded to charge me for the service, I asked him if he was going to explain to me if the car needed and other services and if he had topped off the other fluids which they usually do as a complimentary! He said yes so I told him I was gonna check well to my surprise they hadn't topped off the wind shield and power steering fluids and the transmission fluid was almost empty smh! I spoke with Jose that was in charge and he apologized and said he would take care of it! Not sure if they were being lazy or that's the crappy work they do all the time! I noticed there are a lot more negative reviews for this jiffy lube! I will not be going back any time soon smh! read more

I recently took my car in for new brakes and suspension/struts. They charged me $260.00 for one strut that Autozone sales for $171.99. My total for 2 was $520.00 just for the front struts. The whole bill was $1,318.76. I had a 10% coupon for a brake job and was only given $44.00 off. 10% of $1,318.76 is $131.87. After I left Jiff Lube my is running way loader then before and when you hit a bump it sounds like something is going fall off back here. I took it back and someone test drove it and told it was my ball bearings/shocks. When they had the car on the jack system why did they not check my ball bearings. So I took my car to my brother-in-law who looked at my shocks and they are fine. So I will never take my car to Jiffy Lube again and I advise everyone to pay very close attention to any work they are doing. Most of all the price of parts. Very bad repair on my car. read more

I went today for my routine oil change and my truck and I were out in no time, reminder sticker on the windshield, the crew telling me thank you as I was walking back to my truck, but during my wait today I witnessed Adrienne handle an irate customer who was besides himself angry at the world and taking it out on the work crew. I thought I was going to have to call 911 because he really had no reason to be so upset, besides having little man syndrome. Adrienne was top notch and handled the irate customer with the best of class in customer service today, better than I have seen in a long time. I was seriously disappointed with the service here and I come to jiffy lube to get an oil change all the time. Upon my arrival the representative tried to convince me that all my previous oil changes have been with full synthetic oil, which was not true at all. When I went to pay for my services; the cashier was having some trouble with the credit card machine and my receipt did not print out. The cashier was about to make me swipe my card again, until I decided to log in to my banking app and saw that I had already been charged. So they would have charged me twice if I had not looked at my bank app. Also since their receipt printer wasn't working the representative told me that he would email me a receipt , which never happened! He told me if he didn't email me the receipt I could just come back up to the location to pick up my receipt, as if I have no other obligations and driving to pick up a receipt from the location once again is convenient? Seriously bad customer service! Car service receipts are needed as proof of updated maintenance if you ever decide to trade/sell your car. So for him to not even email my receipt speaks volumes about the service here. I most likely will no longer be getting my car serviced by jiffy lube as I was and currently am still disappointed. read more

DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!! I'm updating my review. As you can see I'd given them 5 stars previously but after today I'll never return to another Jiffy Lube location again. They are a bunch of rip off salesmen who don't know what they're doing. I was moving to Texas and based upon the recommendation of this "mechanic" I upgraded my services. I spent 300 dollars fixing my car to make sure it was ready for the trip. The next day a loud noise started coming from my car so I took it back. All four mechanics who were there jumped on my car and they all looked nervous and got quiet. It was very suspicious and I was already pissed so they said they had to push my car on in and asked me to wait inside. When I came out one of these crooks told me it was the ac compressor and they didn't touch that. I said no there's NO WAY you guys touched my car and two days later it's broken. He refused to give me a response and kept saying they don't work on ac compressors and basically told me to get out. I noticed as I left the noise had magically stopped. I took my car to my friend who's somewhat a mechanic and he said THESE FOOLS LEFT A TOOL IN MY CAR AND IT RIPPED THE SERPENTINE BELT!!!! I was so upset. I can't prove that's what happened but that seems logical based on what I went through. These men messed up and they couldn't even own up to their mistake and make it right. I'm out 300 plus the cost of repairs and I had to delay my trip. I don't have any proof so all I can do is leave a horrible review and try to keep others away from this place. I hope no one treats their mom or sister the way they treated me. Bunch of crooks. read more

I have a mechanic I normally go to that charges $60 for full synthetic however they were closed already so I decided to try out Jiffy Lube. I definitely do not regret my decision. As soon as I pulled up Erik G. approached me to assist me. He was very informative and even made sure I was aware of promotions they had. Demetrius also assisted me and went over all my fluids and services checks I should be aware of. Both men were very welcoming and helpful. I was glad they informed me of services I could get but weren't pushy which some places do. The difference in price was worth it since you receive vacuuming, window cleaning, fluid check and top off(some may require an additional charge but they ask you first) and great customer service. Everyone was professional and approachable so I definitely will be returning for my next oil change. read more

I drove in and was greeted right away. I was asked what service I needed and taken into the office area and shown the proper products for my car and given a choice of what I wanted to use. The waiting area was comfortable and relatively tidy. The service staff were very personable and showed me what they were doing to my car and got my approval before they did the service. My tail light went out early in the morning and I wasn't able to get it repaired until late in the evening. I called in and explained that I needed to come late near their closing hours and needed an estimate. They were honest and told me that in order to give me an honest quote I would need to bring my car in for inspection first, but guaranteed they can get it done in a timely manner. They even gave me a heads up to drive safely to their location due to a nearby car accident. Victor got me in and out of there in less than 5 minutes and gave me an honest and reasonable price. This is now my second visit but first oil change on my new car. Similar experience as my first visit for vehicle inspection, a technician immediately came to my vehicle and greeted me. A lady escorted me to the waiting area where I was offered water or coffee, having just ate I declined. Shortly after Zach came over and wanted to know what kind of oil I wanted, I requested the standard conventional oil and he offered me a $15 manager's discount on my total quote of $47. Total is now just bit over $30. Not bad at all if I must say so. All the staff was very polite and as I've mentioned before, if you're not planning on getting additional work done to your car other than an oil change you can just say no. If they recommend something to you, write it down and get a second opinion/quote elsewhere before doing anything. Should be doing that anyway for any service to your car. They're simply recommending what most manufacturers recommend but a lot of that is based on how you maintain your car, what conditions you drive in and so forth. It may not even apply to you if you keep your car well. That's it for now! read more

First arrived and it took the 30 minutes to acknowledge me sitting in my car. Finally got the oil change and then the up sell dance started. He told me my transmission had "excessive" leakage. I questioned this as there was no sign of this on my driveway. Took my car to my regular mechanic who looked at it AND took pictures and said there was absolutely no leakage as the pan was bone dry. He mentioned there was oil leaking from the drain plug which had not been tightened properly by Jiffy Lube. Obviously I'm done with them. read more

I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for a while now for a regular oil change. But I've never experienced service as great as it was last night. I stopped in on my way home from work and there was about 3 people working. I was quickly greeted by Adrienne who took my info, opened the door for me and showed me where everything was while I waited for my service to be completed. She came in about 10 minutes later just to give me an update on my car and let me know that it will be finished shortly. She rang me up up with the coupon I presented and then rushed around to open the door for me as she handed me my keys. Thank you Adrienne for your superior service and hard work!
