I usually do my own oil change, but I recently bought a used truck and the filter was in a hard-to-reach place. Always been skeptical about Jiffy Lube. The people there were actually really knowledgeable and polite. There's plenty of Windows you can watch them work on your vehicle. The guy who worked on my vehicle was awesome. Let me know about the differential fluid and showed me exactly where it was and explain to me what it did. That's one thing I never really understood. Turns out it did it need to be changed but is in the moderate area so I told him you'll check it next time I come in. Two lovely associates named Adrienne & Stephanie helped me today. Walked in by myself, completely clueless. All I knew was that my husbands car needed an oil change. (Hubby usually takes care of the car stuff) they were very friendly and very helpful. They explained exactly what was going to be done to the car and made excellent recommendations without being pushy. This place takes a long time to do a simple oil change. It took us about 40 minutes just for a simple oil change and the guy doing the oil change said they ran out of oil filters. Shouldn't you have all that here already? You guys fix cars and change oil 24/7 how the fuck are u gonna run out of oil filters?! You guys suck read more

I got here at 330pm there was one car ahead of me which was already being worked on, 2 hours later I go out to ask why it's taking so long and I find out that they moved my car out of the way to move ahead 2 other cars... I'm very disappointed at the customer service here, I was a first time customer at JiffyLube. After the service was done, I was paying and before the transaction was complete I found a coupon and asked if it was possible to cancel the transaction to use the coupon. The person handling my transaction said Louis would be able to reverse the transaction, which is a very simple task. Another employee had to go get Louis from the "bathroom."Louis stayed in the restroom for 30 minutes, which was almost right before they closed so they could deny reversing the transaction. They proceeded to say they don't accept discounts. This coupon would have saved me $15 on a $100 oil change. Mind you I'm a first time customer and I will not be returning to this establishment or any other one. THIS IS WHY I DONT CHEAT ON MY MECHANIC. read more

Today For first time I went there for oil Chang because my mechanic is close in Sunday and Sunday is my just day off! They are really nice and respectful! But I spend $180 for oil change break fluids flush but my mechanic charged me $100. Before and after service I asked please turn off my maintenece service light for clk 350 2006 they said sure! But after got home it's still on and they didn't tell me if I check in with yelp I can get $10 off! ************ Important thing I asked for FULL synthetic oil then he said sure but they put synthetic!!! I trusted you JIFFY LUBE!!! They just waist my money and time becouse I have to go oil change again!!! Those are diffrent and for my car I have to use FULL synthetic!!! ************ Just recommend you if you want to go there asked to show you your oil or your filter and then stand and watch out to they are using true one!!! ************ I never come back. read more

okay so i used to come here about 3 years ago.. and i stopped coming because my brother kept saying their oil is recycled oil.. i didn't think much of it because i think recycled oil is okay.. apparently men do not think that. so for the past 3 years I've been going to random places to find something that fits me.. and i have not found anything compared to the service I used to get here. so i decided to come back and say what ever to recycled oil. There service was good before now it seems its great. before the guys used to go over all the stuff what my car needed. the processes is the same, but the best thing ever, is that you can get your oil topped off with in the three months of your visit. and now they give you a choice of oil which is great. I would recommend not to go when they are busy.. cause of the wait.. i like to go when its less busy.. I've gone when they're busy and I go home and come back for my car, but i just rather wait if its 30 minutes when its not that busy. read more

Worst and most unprofessional service ever! I advised the guy who drove my car up to the servicing ramp not to roll my windows down because the windows were just tented and he said he would not. I set there for 30 minutes while they completed the service. After they completed the service, I noticed my window was down. I turn to the guy that I told not to roll it down and he smiled and said "damn". We ( me, him and service tech ) looked at the ruined window together. They ask me to come back the next day to speak with the manager. I arrive a day later, ask to speak to the manager and was approached by a mid 30ish goon, with his pants hanging off his but and a look on his face as if I was bugging him. I explained to him what happened and 1st response was " well I wasn't here so I don't if it really happened here". I then show the goon the install receipt and he glances at it and tells me " well, get the work done, bring me the new receipt and I'll give you $20 max". " if it's more than that you'll have to pay". I'll never go there again . read more

He got to work right away and inform me each step what he was doing. I was seated playing on my phone when he mention that my car was ready. I can for an oil change by the way. Fast easy service! The staff has los done some new training on customer service. They greet you at your car, walk you to the lobby, make you aware of their wifi, beverage amenities etc. aren't pushy in the services and get you out quickly. read more

So, this location was my very first review I have ever left on Yelp, and let me tell you it wasn't a good one at all! Not going to get into detail as of what had previously happened but I will mention they have a new manager and she is great! On top of my concerns and acknowledged my past issues. It felt good to come here and not be pressured into buying stuff, I didn't come for. I wanted an oil change and to top off my coolant and that's what she did! I went there on a Tuesday at 11am and was seen very quickly. I had discount coupons for an oil change and transmission drain and fill service and was out of there in 45 minutes. I would say the service was pretty good. If you want to avoid the hard sell, just tell them when you drive in you just want your oil and filter changed, no fluid or filter inspections. read more

Wait was a lot longer than expected, but overall the experience wasn't as painful as though before me made it seem. They gave me some recommendations, but ultimately it was my choice of whether or not I wanted to go with their suggestions on today's visit (which I declined). I paid for a full synthetic oil and I saw them refill my car with a dirty oil jug I can't confirm what brand or quality oil they put in it don't trust them like most jiffy Lube they will cheat you when they can! Shame!!! read more
