They were VERY efficient, Knowledgeable and took care of me and my car. They were friendly and polite. Dale helped me reset my maintenance button on my car, answered all questions that I asked. I highly recommend this establishment for your car inspection needs. I like my experience due to their efficiency and great customer service. I do recall their customer service was friendly and competent. I needed a car inspection for my Toyota, which they took care of me in under half an hour then I was on my way. A few weeks ago, I borrowed my wife's Prius to go to work. As of late (150k+ miles), it's been eating oil. So much that at about 2500 miles, the dip stick is bone dry, so I need to top it off. Online research suggested I bump up to to a thicker oil to help with the problem. The manager of this location warned against it. Citing that doing so could damage the engine. When I told him about needing to top it off, he told me that as long as I had gotten the oil change at a JL, they would add oil for free. This was news to me (apparently it's in the paperwork...I should really read that.) Anyway, got the oil changed, and they noticed my passenger side front parking light was out. I told them that it had been that way for a while, and I was going to swap it out (going on 4 years now, but who's counting?). He took it upon himself to replace it, gratis. I am suspicion that this location rigged my battery. I came for a top up, while they were filling my windshield wash I went to the bathroom when I came back my car wouldn't start and the battery was dead. Odd thing is I got test ran on my battery a few days prior and they said everything was fine, and since then it was running fine. They sold me another battery and the services were over 200 dollars. After they replaced it my instrument panel was showing weird things it doesn't normally show. I looked it up and the article said that this was a sign the battery had been tampered with. read more

I arrive around 7:20am, 2nd customer, in less than 10 minutes.... more than 5 cars show up. Only take about 20 minutes for them to finish the service. Very efficient! Edgar is the staff who is helping me. Very professional and friendly. After they inspect the car, he will come and tell you what are the recommendation services. No pressure whatsoever. read more

I got my oil changed there today and had excellent service. Because of COVID-19, people are asked to remain in their cars during the service, which I actually preferred because, after all, it's my car and I'd like to know what's happening. Rahan is the person who seemed to be moving things along. He was communicative, competent, and friendly. The crew seemed to get along really well and they were wonderfully professional. Honestly, it's top-notch. I had an unpleasant experience at a Long Beach Jiffy Lube a couple months ago so I was apprehensive about this visit. But right away I knew this shop was well-run.
