very rude personal, unprofessional, specially a black guy. I showed there for uber inspection, waited 20 minutes, my car is new, that guy did not do anything and said I see that you need to change tires, also he asked for 10$ tip and I can pass or go and come after changing new tires. my car is new, has no problem at all. they just did not want to service me and for that reason told me you did not pass, and after that I did pass in another better place, and they told me that that guy is bullsheeting for not to service. I did not recommend to do that, and will report this to uber as well. read more

I want to preface this review by including that I initially was at a Pep Boys, waiting to get my oil change that I had an appointment for for two hours- they never even touched my car as I patiently waited outside for them to get started, when I called this Jiffy Lube location and spoke with Dale, who informed me that even though they were busy, he could get me in and out of there in 15min. And this location certainly delivered on this promise and then some! When I arrived, even though they were busy, I was immediately greeted and checked in by Gerardo, who was a total sweetheart- kind, considerate and professional and completely set the tone for the rest of my experience, who then took care of my tire pressure. Then Rahad dropped some oil and engine filter knowledge on me and convinced me to upgrade my entire service to take care of my car, something I would have never even considered at the Pep Boys location. Then Dale took over, who was just easy to talk to. And the whole experience was wrapped up by Brittney, who checked me out AND also got me to switch out my AC filter after showing its current state to me. Everyone was amazing, kind, professional and respectfully following covid restriction guidelines to the absolute best, considering the nature of their jobs. I kept my windows down the whole time just to interact with them and you can really feel everyone vibing with one another. Everyone is clearly friends and just the way the communicate with one another to get the job done was not only efficient, but they were also having fun, and after the experience I had prior to driving up to this location, it was refreshing to see. I also live nowhere near this location, but will certainly be driving back whenever my car needs a tune up just to continue supporting this team. read more

I stopped by after work for a quick oil change. Typically go somewhere else, but I had a coupon. Ray and Rahad helped me out and they were awesome. They were both friendly and laid back and had me in and out of there much quicker than I anticipated. They also had this really cool air conditioner with hoses that they could slip right into your car so you could feel some cool air while your engine was off. I've been coming to this location for oil changes for over 3 years regularly, about every other month. Now it's expensive, over $90 for an oil change. I've spent a lot of money here. Today I went in asking for a top up and Jose was rude and refused to give me one. No loyalty whatsoever to regular, long time customers. Shady is the word that comes to mind with my experience with an oil change at this jiffy lube. Whenever I use a Groupon for any service that I will be doing, I always make sure to announce that I will be using "A Groupon". I did not only announce this to the person who approached my window before pulling forward, I also announced it to the following 2 people after pulling into the garage. The guy inside even replied with, "great, I will look at that after the service". After the oil change was finished, the same man proceeded to tell me that they do not except Groupons at this location. (Yes, I know.. Joke, right?) Unfortunately I am NOT joking. The manager was called over and as they mumbled to each other, the best thing they could come up with was, "he didn't understand you and thought you said coupon". I asked if the other 2 guys thought the same thing as well? To which he replied, "the all thought you said coupon". I then took a breath and told them that I will pay for the services as it was provided but I felt the whole situation was SHADY. I brought my Jeep SRT-8 in for an oil change along with a case of Royal Purple Oil (full synthetic race oil) that I purchased from Pep Boys. They finish the oil change, and I take my Jeep home to double check the dip stick. To my dismay, the oil in the motor was a very light caramel color. For those of you that never used Royal Purple, it's an extremely dark dark purple. They switched out my expensive oil for their cheap oil thinking I wouldn't check. When I went back and confronted them and ask to speak to a manager. They offered to review the security camera, then came back out and said they couldn't review it without a police report. The manager also refused to come, his employees stated he was busy. What kind of bs is this? Never again! This is why I usually do my own oil changes... I just happened to be packed with work that week. Shame on you Jiffy Lube! read more

Came here for the first time on a Monday around 8am and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who talked to me about their process and who walked me into their lobby area. The lobby area has a handful of chairs, a TV and a small coffee machine. The location is great because it is right across the street from restaurants in case you get hungry. It only took about 30 minutes for my oil change. Because I have a European car, my oil changes are always very expensive so I appreciate that they have coupons and accept competitor coupons as well! I ended up finding a $15 off coupon on their website by simply inputting my zip code. I learned on this trip here that you can get 2 quarts of oil for free from any Jiffy Lube location if you need it! I'll definitely be coming back. read more

I was planning on driving to Vegas and I forgot that I needed an oil change. A lot of places were close near where I live so I called Jiffy Lube because I saw them on yelp. Whoever answered the phone was well educated on what was necessary for my car. When I arrived there was one car ahead of me and the employee was quick and efficient with my service. I definitely will go again in the future and I was surprised by how much the oil was because in the past I've been charged close to $100. I had a pretty good experience. read more

I don't trust this place. I've gotten my oil change here a few times. I've always been a bit leery of all the up charges they push on me. Some seemed legit, so I went for it and others seemed unnecessary, so I turned them down. Regardless, I continued to give them my business because the process was quick and painless enough. Today, when I got my oil change, they said I was low on coolant, and they could fill it up for "only" $4. I said, no thank you. I can do that on my own. When I got home, the cap on my coolant reservoir was missing. I called them and asked if my cap might be lying around, and they said it was missing when I arrived. I asked them how they could try to up sell me on coolant, but not tell me my cap was missing. All they could do was offer a feeble apology. I'll never know what happened to the cap, but I do know I won't be coming back. read more

Move in to Burbank and want to have my oil change at Jiffy lube that I usually do that at Overland ave in Culver City . I plan do with both of my car so I check in with my first car. Arrived at the bay and one of them approach me and ask if I have an account with them. I told him that I used to do it but at other location. He start ask me to fill up my information on his tablet, I used to it so I gave him all information and show him I have coupon fir $20 off and he said no worry I will take care of it. But the guy do not ask me for my email, just my name , address and phone number. I know the deal that they suppose to ask my email but he doesn't but I'm not worry because usually they will give me a discount when I paid. He told me the price that I know that the amount is correct and the price affected discount. I told him that I have 2 cars to do it. He acknowledged that. After they done with oil change I asked that guy for my receipt but he told me that he will give to me when the second car is done. I do not have a problem with that because I will come back anyway. I came back with my other car. Finish change engine oil and paid. Then I asked him for my receipt and he said I will email it to you. That's make me feel that something is wrong here. They don't ask me for my email and how come I can get it ??? And when that guy handed me the receipt , I know it !! He don't take out any discount !! I walk out of my car and ask him politely that you forget to give me a discount. He start lying then, he told me that he ask my email and I'm not surrender my email to him !!!!! After I argue with him the supervisor or manager walk to me then. He end up offer me free oil change next time. He knows that it's his coworker made a mistake and he just want to cover it. He said sorry and told me he can't give me a discount on both car. Just one can get a discount and next time will be free. Honestly , I don't want free thing, everything have cost. I do business and I don't want to take advantage on that mistake that one of their worker made it wrong. Very bad with first experience at this jiffy lube location. My first and last time. I went to this place they didn't change my car oil and filter. It took 3 min for the oil change how that's possible?????? I will tell you the secret. They only empty a little bit of the oil and add some new. I felt something is wrong there. I went to 2 other places and they checked the engine oil and they said is not entirely new (oil smell burned). I spend $150 for an oil change and the same day spent $120 somewhere else to put utterly new engine oil. read more
