Went to the jiffy lube at 107 S Victory Blvd in Burbank for the second time since I've moved in the area. The employees were so toxic, brought my BMW here and one of the employees takes one look at my engine and says they don't have my oil filter. I replied and showed them I had brought my own. Then another employee that is going to change the oil gets really close to my window and says that I'm really lucky that he just bought one of these cars and then proceeds to change the oil. Then an Escalade pulls up in the bay next to me and the same guy says to another employee to tell them they can't change it because their car needs too much oil and they all procede to laugh and change the guys oil for him. I never have experienced this amount of unprofessionalism from a place that does oil changes. This place seems like they don't have a manager on site to make sure they represent this business properly. read more

I went in for an oil change and Bobby and Jose were extremely helpful. They found an issue with my battery and recommended a mechanic in the area that could help me fix it. In the meantime they did a temporary fix on my battery free of charge! Definitely the worst oil change I have ever had! Thank you, Alexis, Rahad, and Demir for totally ripping me off! I was told it was $75 Ish for half synthetic blend and $99 for synthetic. After I requested the blend they went to work on changing the oil and that was it! No one showed me a dipstick or anything they just handed me the windshield sticker and said that will be $90 something dollars! I asked why since I got the blend and he told me it was because my car required more oil than usual. (That's a first for me) so then I reminded him about the coupon and he said ok then it's $75.12. I agreed to the $75 because I had a coupon for $15 off. $60 isn't bad for literally just an oil change! That's more than Valvoline and they give a shit! And top off all the other fluids! Shady! I went in to get an inspection at this location to be an Uber driver because it was free on the app. Once I pulled in, he said it was $22. I told him the app listed it as free and his response was "o yeah, we can do that."Another guy came to do the inspection, and again, he was like we have to charge you $22. My bullshit detector is well trained and on the defensive for times like this, but last week a mechanical miracle occured at this very Jiffy Lube and went a little something like this.... I pulled up, they took my name, they took my keys, I went to lunch, came back, picked up my keys, paid for my oil change, got in my car and drove away. Just like that!? No hard sells, no bullshit, just here ya go mam, have a nice day. ... This is unheard of and definitely Yelp worthy in my opinion. I had the absolute worst experience here. I went in on a slow day, calling prior to confirm they had availability for an oil change. After leaving (over an hour and a half later) I went about my day. Three days later I took a road trip. About two hours in a piece on the bottom of my car started making a terrible noise. Long story short, after hours of waiting, numerous tow trucks, and posting up at a truck stop I learned that two screws were not put back on the bottom of my car. This was from my jiffy lube oil exchange. They neglected to put these on, most likely in the essence of time, thus putting myself and my passengers in complete danger. Everyone I spoke to after regarding the car said the same thing - the screws were not put back on. This careless error made by jiffy lube could have caused my car to flip over if the piece had fully fallen off. So end of story. I will never go here again and recommend you stay far away.
