Look its just an oil change! Based on percentages and given how often this work is preformed, unexpected issues can come up. In my case with a Mini Cooper Countryman issues did happen. Edgar the manager handled it like a true professional! Regardless of fault (mine was manufacture based), Edgar took responsibility and helped get the additional repair fixed at no cost to me. Brought my 2000 Toyota 4Runner for an oil change and was immediately greeted by Sergio and escorted inside the lobby waiting area. Lobby is clean with plenty of chairs around the room to watch some TV. Based on the mileage the tech recommended a signature service high mileage oil 5W30, New Air Filter and top off antifreeze. They worked fast and the price was good for an Oil change, Air Filter and fluid top off. Overall Good experience so I will be back. read more

Richard is the man! I went in for a top up after getting an oil change last month. Was after work and I was tired but luckily no wait at all. Drove right up to the pit and Richard checked my mileage and oil, gave me the top up, reminded me when to get my next change, and then noticed one of my head lights had gone out. In about 5 seconds he reached down pinched a loose connection and had my head light back on again! Could have easily tried to charge me for a bulb and change labor, but instead was just looking out. Someone at this Jiffy Lube wrote down the incorrect mileage of my car, which normally would have been fixed if I had gone in again and didn't need the accurate mileage for anything. However, I was changing over my car insurance and they estimated my mileage too high. I needed to show them that I was no longer driving so many miles (had lived in another state where things are far away). They required two oil changes since it had the miles on it. I gave them the most recent oil change (which is from this specific jiffy lube) and only until later did I notice that they put an extra 30 THOUSAND miles onto my car (it was 104,000 on the last oil change). I have absolutely no idea where their numbers came from since the miles that I had then (about 112,00) isn't even close to the number they gave me, which was 132,342. This made it look to the car insurance company that I had somehow driven 30,000 from the last oil change to that oil change, which would have been 6 months. Now I am paying extra for someone else's mistakes. I did call the company back and explain the situation, however they told me that they weren't able to print out a new form saying what it was back then. After calling back and arguing I was able to get them to agree to print out a paper saying what my miles are now, and within the comment section say that they had messed up and what my miles actually were back then. They said that they would send this to me by email, which I did receive. However, there was no comment stating that they had made an error and what my miles were in reality. I then had to call them back and make sure they do their job. Eventually I did receive the paper with all the correct information. I now have to wait and see if my insurance will accept this paper. Meanwhile I am stuck paying a high rate for someone's mistake. read more

I wish I could this place 5 stars but there were factors that stopped me. 1. They take the air filter and cabin filter out even though I didnt request those to be checked or changed. 2. They left grease all over the seats. Including the back seat which I dont understand why they needed to go back there in order to do an oil change. read more
