I went to Jiffy Lube yesterday to get an oil change. Not only did they provide me with full-service, but they went above and beyond in customer service. Ricardo gave me a $15 discount for the services rendered, as I needed the coolant fluids topped off and an air filter changed. With the economy being the way it is, any type of discount is greatly appreciated. The best part, which will make me go back, is that when I was about to drive off, the crew noticed my right brake light was out of commission. Since it was there error apparently, and I obviously had no clue..they replaced my brake light free of charge. Now that's customer service for you. Really appreciated the service here. They do try to upsell you on oil but if you know what you want they don't push you. The service was fairly quick for oil changes and they were very professional about explaining what they did and options for certain car care fixes. I liked the friendly service here the most. I stopped by the other day to try and get my air conditioning working with their AC Evacuation and Recharge service. It normally costs $150. Richard checked under the hood and discovered that my air conditioning censor had been accidentally disconnected. So he re-connected the censor, fixed my air conditioning, and didn't charge me anything for my visit. Richard was so amazing, and kind to help me out and saved me a lot of money in the process! I will definitely be stopping by again, next time I have any issues! read more

I had a great experience with Jiffy Lube. Raymel went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of right away. I stayed in the car due to provid protocols which was actually kind of nice. Ray kept me updated on all the checks they were doing on my car and found a great coupon for me so I could get a deal on some replacement parts. I had asked for a receipt prior to my visit because I needed to give the receipt to the cars owner. They said no problem. I got my oil change and they said their machine is down and they can't give me a receipt. The crew was indifferent and didn't give a shit. The manager they put me on the phone was was worse. Talk about poor management skill, Saturday morning 5/6/17. Go in for an oil change and was told we do not have enough oil to do your truck you can come back on Monday. You would think going into the the weekend when most people are off work a place like this would have enough product to make through the week end. I would not like my manager turn away a customer. Excellent service!!! Please promote Angel he was awesome, took great care of my car, really professional, knew what he was doing, and assured me!! The whole team was wonderful! I came in for a basic oil change, my oil change light was on a few weeks so I knew I could not put it off any longer, my expectations were exceeded!! Angel made it smooth, easy going and wasn't trying to push anything expensive on me he only made one recommendation which was to change my air filter! I'm glad I did because it was really gross and I was breathing that every single day. He also honored a coupon I found online which was awesome. On top of that they vacuumed inside of my car. If I could give this place more stars I would. Robert aka Bobby is the guy to go see! I had a busy morning trying to find someone who could change the headlamp on my 2010 Volvo S40. I tried to change it but the lamp was stuck so I then took it to O'Reily's Auto Parts and Autozone but no luck. I saw this store on my way to Pepboys, dropped in and Bobby fixed me right up. I had to share my experience here because it wasn't what I expected. There were at least 7 vehicles ahead of me. I expected to pay $70-$80 for a simple oil change. Edgar the manager and John were super friendly , courteous and knowledgeable. Not only did they change the oil and filter. But they did a complete overall assessment which included topping off all fluids, checking electrical lighting system, adding air to the tires then vacuumed and washed the windows. Thank you Alejandra! John notified me of a number of issues I was already aware of from another local mechanic who charged me $80.00 for the same information. I was there for a little over an hour. As a noob when it comes to cars, I sometimes feel taken advantage of what work my car might need. I was in desperate need of an oil change so I decided to give Jiffy a shot. From the moment I arrived everyone was helpful and polite. Not to mention good coffee, FREE LOL. Chris explained all services that were needed.
