We have only gone here twice and today was our 2nd time. The service is always great, they're all super friendly, willing to show you everything they tell you about. We thought we were going to have a problem when they accidentally unhooked a hose and didn't reconnect it, which caused us to fail our smog which we then had to pay for a 2nd smog test, but when we confronted them about the error we encountered, they apologized and reembursed us the money for the retest. Very pleased with their service and we will continue to use this location. read more

I am not the first person to say that Jiffy Lube completely ruined my car. I brought my car in for an oil change and then later that day my car was leaking oil, upon going to Jiffy Lube my car NEVER leaked oil. Two days later I brought my car back in because it wouldn't stop leaking, they said they fixed it by putting a larger sized drain plug in to re-thread the damage(I trusted them it's their job). Later that day I noticed it was leaking... AGAIN. Brought my car back in... After 45 minutes they tell me that my car is not drive able, that my oil pan and gasket is broken, and this is all from them putting in an oversized drain plug WITHOUT my consent. One of the employees brought me an estimate of $440 "with a 15% discount". Moral of my review here I am just trying to help people from saving their money and car because Jiffy Lube in Cameron park is NOT the place to go. read more

I was very disappointed that they would not honor my 15% VIP "on all services" when we needed to have a thermostat replaced. The only reason we ended up at the Jiffy Lube in Cameron Park, is that the car wouldn't make to our trusted mechanic-John at El Dorado Automotive. We had to pull off the freeway to get radiator fluid that was pouring out of the bottom of the car. I will not go back there, even for regular oil changes. Hope your happy you didn't give us the $33 dollar discount. read more

It is just like any other Jiffy Lube, which has become pretty expensive, and never was very impressive. But this one is next door to a really good Japanese restaurant. Their sushi looked good, but we had a couple of bento boxes and it was nice to have such a yummy, healthy lunch, while we waited for our oil change. :) read more

I am a fan of Jiffy Lube and the one in Cameron Park is definitely included in my admiration of the business. Attentive and quick employees, who make sure to check everything on the list when you come in for an oil change. Nick at the counter was very helpful, explaining their oils and rates for suggested future services. The price was great, that I had a coupon for $10 off made it even better! I loved the fact that they vacuumed out my car for me today - especially because I am very negligent when it comes to keeping things tidy. This facility is extremely clean and the employees are very professional. The manager Nick was very informative and took the time to explain things to each person what they needed not just us. Brad was the technician who serviced our vehicle and he was very knowledgeable and personable. I'm impressed with this facility! These yahoos ripped off my 18 year-old daughter for $500.00. She took her car there for a tune-up and they told her she needed to have her brake fluid replaced at a cost of $100.00. Never in my life have I ever heard of this procedure as part of a tune-up. Chalk it up to a learning experience. These jerks prey on the unsuspecting public with a zeal I thought was only reserved for movie villains. Stay away from these criminals. read more

Every other one I've been to tells me there are all these things wrong with my car and I HAVE to replace it or else.. and here they are always so honest and never try to push me to get something or another done to my car that is unnecessary. The tire pressure sensor on my car came on, so I called this location to see if they were able to help me. They said yes, and when I asked how much, it was free. Also every person I came into contact with was so kind! I was lucky I went in at a slower time of day. I was in and out in 3 minutes. Everyone thanked me for coming in. Great place!! read more

This place is a JOKE !! Never will I go here agin ! Long story short took my car to get an oil change , they right off the bat tried to sell me a new air filter , saying it was really dirty , they showed me it and it had like 4 leaves on it Hahahahah! I told them to put it back on . So then I checked out and they tell me my coolant is low , and that will be an additional charge to top it off ! Really I pay 43.00$ for u to change my oil and you won't top off my coolant ? I ask how to see if my coolant is low they all laugh at me like are you joking , he shows me , and I explain I know where the coolant box is , but it's hard for me to see the line .... They were rude . I get in my car to go and everything was fine for a day or so and I start to smell burning oil bad ! I pop my hood and check it out there is oil spilling everywhere the cap was completely off ! What a mess ! This place sucks !!!!! read more

What a nightmare. While sitting in the waiting area, a greasy kid tells me that there is a problem with my radiator and it would need to be replaced. I asked to see the problem and they slowly walked towards my car and they showed me the entire top of the radiator was torn off. How in the world does a radiator self destruct? With no eye contact the kid told me that my car was 14 years old (which is not old for a Toyota) and this happens often. Now I am insulted that he tried to tell me a flimsy lie and expect me to pay for a new radiator which was attached and working fine when I drove in. So I told them that I would have the car towed to Pollock Pines and have my mechanic install a new radiator and send them the bill. Then I get the real story that one of their highly trained $9/hour dudes was removing the oil filter and the wrench "slipped" and the radiator was accidentally beheaded. Then I am told that they would install and pay for a new radiator in 20 minutes. Over two hours later I am told that my car is ready. Except for one guy out of the 5 or 6 guys there, no one said they were sorry. When I get home I am telling my neighbor about the my adventure and he tells me that the Toyota dealership does the same service for the same price. Stay away from this place! read more

So I have to start by saying this is a mixed review. I broke down on a Saturday afternoon in Placerville. I knew what was wrong with my truck- having had it happen on 80 a couple years before so I call here to see if they had a fuel filter in stock for my car. The guy who answered said no problem have it towed to us and we will take care of you. He even told me that there was a coupon I could download. This service was great-- once I got there service went down hill fast. They tried to upsell me on multiple devices I did not need including an oil change - I had had one 2 days before. The head mechanic even tried to refuse to do the service I was there for saying they needed to replace my fuel pump - this was without ever looking under the hood. Once my husband showed up they refused to talk to me and would only talk with him. Once the service was done I headed to the truck and was met by the young man who answered the phone. When I told him about my inside experience he did apologize but I was truly disappointed that as a woman in the shop they assumed I knew nothing about my truck. read more

I thought Spee-dee Oil change in San Bruno had great customer service, then I went here. As soon as I got out of my car, they opened the door for me and offered me coffee and water. WTF is going on? I've never had a door opened for me or been offered a beverage at any oil change place in my entire life. So weird! I love that their waiting room has two huge flat panel tv's next to each other. The one on the left shows the camera to the garage so you can watch that they're doing to your car. The one of the right had the History Channel. After about 10 minutes they took all my info down. Dang oil changes here are pricey, even with my $10 off coupon. Maybe I should just go to the dealership next time. 10 more minutes my car was done and someone opened the door for me (what's up with all the door opening? I kinda liked it *curtsey*) then proceeded to walk me to my car and summarize all the things they did to it. Then the guy even opened my car door for me and all 3 attendants said bye to me and told me to have a nice day. Talk about top notch customer service. -1 store for their price to replace my serpentine belt, after making a few calls I found a place closer to home that will do it for less. After seeing Rick W.s review I may have to update this in a few months and take away another star if I find that I have the same problem. read more

Had an issue, but was resolved quickly by the regional manager....took our truck in and paid $90 for an oil change. Two weeks later when smogging the truck, the technician noticed the oil was overfilled and old. Called this store's manager (Dan) and was told that they had done the job, end of story....no offer to help resolve the issue. We emailed the corporate office and just an hour or so later was contacted by the regional manager (Mike). He quickly resolved the issue....offering to redo the service at another location and refund our money for the difficulties we encountered. Although we would have been happy had the store manager just invited us down to the store to take a look at our truck, we were VERY appreciative of the response from the regional manager. read more

I have had issues taking my vehicles here 3 times (it has been spread out over a few years, sadly it took me that many times to decide to never go back). The speed and ease isn't worth it if you have to bring it back (that's not very convenient) and they will try and up sell you until the cows come home! My car drove perfectly fine before...I've had to take it to another shop to fix what they messed up! What a waste. read more
