Came for an oil change, tire rotation, air filter replacement, and coolant flush. Used a coupon from the website for $50 off and David applied it for me. Very fast and friendly - was in and out in less than an hour. Clean, nice waiting room and in a pretty good location- near restaurants and coffee places if you don't want to wait there (although they're so fast you won't need to leave!). Came early before work to get an oil change. The customer service was wonderful and the two men that helped me were kind. I have a new car so they called a parts store to make sure they carried the right parts to do the service. The guy that changed my oil also vacuumed my car which was a little bonus. I wish synthetic oil was less that $80 but I was also given $10 so that helped. :) read more

Went to get a high mileage oil change. We were greeted at arrival with no wait. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The waiting room had comfy chairs, the latest magazines, interested programs on the television, fresh coffee and great atmosphere. Just stopped by here on my way home from work today. I was nervous that coming close to 5pm on a weekday would mean a long wait but the guys here were really fast and efficient. Right when I drove up, I was greeted and my car got started on right away. Within 15 minutes it was ready to go! The guys here were very polite and did a great job. One thing I noticed was that I didn't get a new sticker for my window this time letting me know when my next oil change is due, so I'll have to set up a reminder on my phone instead. read more

These guys are great! Although, every time I go there is always different people working. I have yet to see the same guy twice, however they always do a great job and are helpful. Most recently I barely made it by closing at 7pm and they were so quick. David and George- I believe were their names. David even offered to top of my oil as part of the service. Great service, all the guys were very courteous. I've never been to a shop with such a positive feel to it. It genuinely feels that everyone is there to help you and answer any questions you may have. I live 9 miles away and have several different choices to go to (including a different jiffy lube, who's customer service was very negative), this is the only oil change spot I'll go to. I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for a few years now and I'm never disappointed. They are always upfront about their services. This review specifically is when I went in over the weekend. My car needs it 30,000 miles service which made my Oil Change light come one. My appointment for my service isn't until later this week, so I figured I'd at least go and get my oil changed before they. They were so amazing. Extremely helpful. They looked up how much it would cost for me to get the oil change ($89). They also checked to see if I would make it until my service appointment and they were honest and said I would. The best part was Kyle. He went through my owners manual with me to see what services the dealership would do for my car and if it was worth waiting and going, or doing everything at Jiffy Lube. We came to the conclusion that it was better to wait for my appointment. Their honest was just great. They could have lied and said I needed my oil done immediately. Roger was there as well and I appreciated his help. There was another guy there that has worked at this location for a while now, but I don't remember his name. They got my car in immediately. It's a fleet vehicle so they automatically rotated the tires and changed the air filters as well as doing the oil change. David was really great and explaining everything that they did and making sure I was taken care of. Farouk even held the door open for me as I was getting back in my car.
