I think they're priced fairly compared to other places in the area. I like that they're open on weekends too. I'm not a mechanic by any means but I'm also super wary of being taken advantage of which happens almost every where I go. I will say they did tell me my car passed their inspection then tried to recommend a bunch of services I'd had done recently. They didn't push me to get them or try to scare me into thinking my car was going to explode if I didn't do the recommended services lol. Because of that, I came back for multiple oil changes. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was completely different. I was charged a high price for what should have been a simple oil change and cabin/air filter replacement, and I ended up waiting about two hours for the work to be completed. After talking it through with someone more familiar with car maintenance, it became clear that I was likely overcharged for a job that should have been quicker and more reasonably priced. What made the experience worse was the interaction before my appointment. When I asked for clarification about being told I may need "air," EU laughed at me for asking. I'm neurodivergent and sometimes take things more literally, so I was just trying to confirm whether I was being charged for something that is often free. Instead of explaining, I felt mocked for asking a simple question. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable or confident returning here. I'm sharing this as a caution for other customers--especially women and neurodivergent people--who may not be as familiar with car maintenance and rely on mechanics to be honest, respectful, and transparent.

He always charged me a fair price which is why I respect him a lot. I've never had a BS service recommended by him. Everything is "hey, look at this" or "this is what is wrong". My local mechanic told me my motor is toast and needs the motor rebuilt which will cost minimum $4500! So I decided to call Mesa Wesr again and talked to the owner Norm and told him about the issue with my motor. He was very friendly and scheduled a service for my bus so they can diagnose the problem. After being in his garage a few days he called me and told me all I needed was for the heads to be retorqued, valves adjusted and carburetor cleaned and my motor is good to go. My total cost was less than $500 and bus never drove so smoothly and powerful! I can't say enough about this honest shop and their entire crew who are all very friendly and very knowledgeable. I don't write reviews but felt compelled to share my experience this time. Thanks Norm and your entire staff! The wait and drive to your shop is well worth it. Your shop will be the only mechanic for my bus from now on! Mahalo!

I arrived here and was kinda scared since there were police vehicles in the parking lot. Turned out they were there cause of some car accident that occurred a couple blocks away. But Josh greeted me very quickly. He had a smile and talked very professional. After he wrote me up and the guys were working on my car he came to me cause he recognized some stickers on my car. I come from a gold star military family and lost my husband in 2008 when he was killed in Iraq while serving in the marines. Josh told me he was a Marine and then offered me his condolences. He then actually took the time to ask how I was doing and treated me like a human being. I was very amazed that such a man in this industry would get down on a personal level with someone he didn't even know and actually treated me with respect and compassion. The respect and great service I received here tonight I can say without a doubt will have me drive here, even though it's out of my way, to get my services in the future. I've had bad experiences at these types of places in the past. But Josh and his professionalism and being willing to be and treat others with respect and compassion. 5 stars for Josh and Jiffy Lube. 10 Stars if I could. Keep up the good work Jiffy Lube. I have been taking my car here for the last year and have always received great service. A few months ago I had an oil change and was on the freeway and my car broke down less than 5 minutes later. I called them and they drove out to me on the freeway. It turned out it was a completely different problem but they were so calm and polite. My low oil pressure light came on last night and so I took my car in this morning and they looked at my car and told me that it was most likely the gauge acting up and didn't charge me a dime. I always get the best customer service at this Jiffy Lube and will continue to get my oil changed there. read more

The guy directed me to pull forward. Mind you no one spoke or asked what service I needed. Until I seen them help two other cars that I clearly came before. Then when I spoke up one man was helpful & the man that directed me looked "clueless" knowing he didn't speak to me & I understand if it's just two employees working. The manager is helpful, upfront, honest and the team of technicians works quickly to get you in/out as fast as possible. No pushy "upsales" you find at the other car mechanics or dealerships. I called Big Brand while I was serving as cattle, they said they'd get me into the schedule when I arrived. My tire was already getting fixed by the time the other place called me to check in. They patched it up, and sent me on my way - free of charge. I insisted I pay but they refused. They didn't need to do that. Good guys.
