I have been here a handful of times and I always have a great experience. You are definitely paying for convenience when coming to Jiffy Lube as they always seem to be super quick, kind and attentive. They may not always be the cheapest but they are spot on. If you subscribe to their e-mailing list you get coupons emailed routinely which I appreciate. The last couple of times David has always cheerfully greeted me and always follows up by explaining everything in detail after working on my car which is helpful. I went to this place after work to get air around 6:30pm. it's a guy that works there with no hair look white our Spanish and he always give me a hard time when I justs won't air. I was a regular customers there before I sold my Lexus now I have a Mercedes. the work that seen me come there often he yell you don't come here no more. smfh so that mean I can't get air. the guy with the No hair said when I was pulling off I won't help her again. because I said something to them by making getting air out of a big deal even the guy that work on the cash register that came out stated do you come here ... I feel because I was black they gave me a hard time any other jiffy lube place be glad to help me..... so I feel the night works need to be fired cause air is free in California.... and I will never go back to the jiffy lube and I been going there since 2014 read more

Website accepted my vehicle info and service requested for my 2018 Porsche Macan. The site gave me an estimate for an oil change and then said bring it to the shop (no offer for appointment). When I got to the shop, the technicians yelled out to me "we don't take Porsches, boss." Why give an estimate and let me drive to the shop and then shoo me away? Sad. read more

For the last five years, I've visited this location and the service is just as great as the other locations. This location however does have one thing that puts it above the rest David. David has been at this location for about four years. He is always smiling and eager to help. It's Jiffy Lube... you know what you're getting. I wish you could stay in the car like at Valvoline. These guys do seem to take longer than other places, but it does get the job done. The waiting area certainly could use some love, but I've yet to be in a mechanic shop that has a nice waiting area outside of a dealer. read more

Went to this location for a synthetic oil change and it was quick and efficient. David was very helpful, asked to check for my windshield wiper fluid connection and they checked it. They referred me to a nearby auto repair as well to see what the issue was. The oil change price was reasonable and competitive to other places out there. David and his team at Jiffy Lube were fast, efficient, and thorough. I was enjoying lunch nearby and remembered I needed an oil change. Pulled up and was immediately greeted by staff. The service itself took 20 minutes from start to finish. I told them I had lived in PA prior to CA and noticed my brakes squeaking. They made sure to check the brakes and rotors thoroughly and found some rust on the rotors. They also noted that the lug nuts were getting stripped and recommended that I change those out when I get my new tires. They even vacuumed and cleaned my windshield! For an impromptu visit, I was impressed and very satisfied with the service. The pricing was reasonable too especially because I was able to use the online coupon to get $20 off the full synthetic oil change too. Would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. read more

Went in for an oil change and told me my oil pan was stripped without explaining much and was really hesitant to do so. Went to do some research and apparently it's common for Jiffy Lube to strip it. Not saying they did it because I have no evidence but be careful. read more
