Fast, friendly & fresh. Jimmy John's is one of my favorite sandwich shops and this store is one of the best. Always greeted by a friendly employee and sandwiches are consistently tasty. They have the usual chip's and cookies you'll find at every JJ's. The dining room here is always clean with plenty of tables if you're dining in. There are also two tables outside if you enjoy fresh air. Always a good meal here at Jimmy John's.

I love Jimmy John's so much--I just can't quit it! I love the smell of their fresh-baked bread and the quality of their fresh vegetable ingredients. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The outdoor seating area is nice, but sometimes we prefer to sit inside so we can be closer to the drink refill station. They always seem to have great deals, too. Overall, it's one of my favorite places to grab a sandwich!

Horrible customer service practices.. I was in line behind a group of 4 that ordered 7 sandwiches which is fine just waited patiently then who ever was preparing the sandwiches started making and preparing sandwiches for the people behind me in line... I understand trying to be efficient but finish for the people who's turn it is... mine was not a special order but the ones behind were so now I had to wait for the group infront of me AND the people behind me.... To me that's horrible customer service read more

The new management is so friendly and welcoming. He will call you by your name and holds a conversation while waiting for your food. I come here at least twice a month and it's always nice to see him when I walk in. He's either taking orders or making the sandwiches. read more

Been coming here quite often. The staff is awesome, Bill and Lilly and the whole team give excellent service. I was greeted as I came in. The energy inside was welcoming and customers dining in. Super bummed. I love a good sandwich, but that's not what you get here. The lettuce is never fresh and is wilted, the meat is usually falling out of the sandwich and never evenly spread out, and the edge of the bread (the closed side) gets completely soggy from the Mayo and oil and vinegar. I don't understand how a sandwich can be so bland when it is literally dripping in sauce (which is why it gets so soggy). You can tell the sandwich is made half heartedly. I won't be back. read more

Came to pick up a large order. My order was ready before the pick up time. I was greeted bythe manager and he went through everything that was packed. I have been to many jimmy john and this location was extremely clean. Kudos to the staff I'll be placing more orders in the future. read more

I'm not a fan of sandwich shops, so admittedly I was skeptical about this idea. However, my son insisted on eating at Jimmy John's. OK! First off the place was nice and clean, as were the employees. Great smiles, as happy professionals means they are treated well. I'm ordering and they are making it as I order, so having said that, service was outstanding and they said we take our service seriously! Ambiance was very nice for a sandwich shops. As I said the shop was very clean. Overall 5 by 5 by 5. Across the board! Definitely a return customer. read more

Walked into Jimmy John's hungry, walked out questioning if I had just dined with royalty. The sandwich? Life-changing. The speed? They handed me my food before I even knew what I wanted. The service was too slow. They were prioritizing the online orders over the customers placing orders inside. Doesn't make sense. If I'm on Lunch break I would have to eat so fast because they don't place priority for customers in store. The sandwiches tasted great. Another reason why I'm giving 4 stars is that it was hot inside. Come on it's over 90'degrees outside and the inside was so warm and sticky. The ac has to be on and cool inside. read more

The interior reminded me of an old school diner. When I arrived there was a long line for the drive through, but ordering inside I got my food within minutes of ordering. The portions were great for the price and the pastrami was tender. I'd be interested in their other offerings.

I got the pastrami dip ($12.60) which is their most popular dish. Pastrami is piled on a French roll with mustard and pickles and dipped in au jus. I also got the wet fries with gravy ($6.75) which was just fries topped with their gravy. I didn't realize just how big the portions were but it was a huge pile of fries. The interior reminded me of an old school diner. When I arrived there was a long line for the drive through, but ordering inside I got my food within minutes of ordering. The portions were great for the price and the pastrami was tender. I'd be interested in their other offerings.

I'm genuinely glad X Fish Izakaya dropped the ball because it led me to discover Chubby Sushi.
