I love the food here! It's always fresh and delicious! I will say it definitely does hit the spot after a long day! I am also a fan of their catering box with the tons of mini sandwiches! I ordered the Tuna Sandwich with the Jimmy John's Dijon Mustard and it gave it a good kick of flavor. I enjoyed the sandwich but I would have enjoyed it even more if they changed the music that was blaring in the restaurant. They were playing some "rap music" and I must have heard the word "nigga" and "pussy" at least a hundred times. I thought I was in a nightclub for a minute. I noticed a young family with their young children that walked in, maybe after church for lunch and I thought the music was inappropriate for young ears as I heard at least another 20 "f" bombs blaring out of the music. I get it if you like this kind of music, or whatever it's called, but if you're gonna sit down and eat a sandwich, at least tone down the club music so that regular families can enjoy their meal! read more

Check the CON down toward the end of my review if this looks long. We used to live in OC and there is more JJ out there; we would eat there often. My daughter has been asking for JJ since we moved out to the IE, and I was in the area of upland and remembered there is one there! Did a curbside order for the 20 percent off! My order (3 sandwiches) was ready when I arrived. I forgot to add day old bread to it, so I asked the young man who brought the order to the car if he could get me 2 loaves. He did politely and brought them out to my car. The sandwiches were good and the order was correct. My daughter was happy. The one CON is that the young man working there that brought my order out kept running his hands through his hair!! Also another young man working there has should length hair and was not wearing a hat or hair net from what I could see. SURE ENOUGH, there was a hair in my sandwich. I was so grossed out but had already eaten half of it so... needless to say I don't think I'll go back to that location if they don't follow simple hygiene rules regarding food service. read more

My girlfriend and I came for the first time ever to Jimmy John's and we absolutely loved everything about it. Alina took the best care of us as soon as we walked in with a smile and we made it known to her it was our first time. She took the time to breakdown the menu and what she recommended. She was extremely nice, has a cool personality and she even gave us cool stickers! She made our experience worth coming in and she also introduced the rewards program to us which we did sign up for and are super stoked to come here again!! We have a location closer to home in riverside BUT because of our experience with her we don't mind making the drive to eat at this location instead!!! THANK YOU ALINA. You guys finally did it. I've been coming to this location for several years, but I will never be back. My family loves Jimmy John's. The last 3 times that we placed an order on the app it took OVER 45 min to get our food. That's not an exaggeration, as you can see from other reviews. At 11:50am, 2 weeks ago, I walked in after placing an app order and found 1 kid in the store making sandwiches. There were 6 customers standing and waiting for their orders. They are always apologetic, but the problem doesn't improve. The last straw was this week. We ordered 4 turkey sandwiches and were horrified when my wife happened to open hers to adjust the contents. The meat was PURPLE! I have never, ever seen purple turkey. When my wife returned the sandwiches to the store she was told, "it's just bruised. All of our turkey looks like that today." Word of advice: NEVER SERVE A PRODUCT THAT LOOKS LIKE THAT. I'm so thankful that we didn't get sick. By the way, when my wife returned the disgusting sandwiches, they had run out of rolls! At 12:45pm they only had sliced wheat bread--no rolls. Customers that came in walked right out after learning they didn't have rolls. If I was the owner of this franchise, I pray this is disturbing. I just started ordering from Jimmy John's last summer. 2022 , I'm a disabled so when they started doing curbside, I felt a little intimidated because i worried about the workers getting annoyed at me , I place my orders. The people at Jimmy John's greeted me and were very polite , just recently my car went out, so I tried out their delivery service, and I maked sure to tip at the highest since they were delivering my food when it was raining , so far, they're consistent with the sandwiches they make are outstanding Specially the roast beef's glad I did the delivery. So decided to give this place a second chance since the first time I was far from impressed. However, i will not return. Previously the one positive aspect was the customer service, now I cannot say the same for this last visit. Went on a Saturday afternoon right before the lunch crowd, there were two employees and only us. The guy taking our order rushed us and was borderline rude. We sat outside to wait for our 3 sandwiches, which took over 15minutes even though we were initially the only customers. My kids got the tuna and the turkey they said their sandwiches were "whatever." I got the new smokin kickin sandwich, first there was only one type of bread, the sauce used was nowhere near spicy or even flavorful just tasted like a whole lot of Mayo that was pinkish. When I made an online order today, the app said they closed at 8pm. When I arrived to pick up my order, a hand written sign said they were closed. The person who came to the door told me they were closed and they changed their hours a few days ago. This is still unacceptable since they took my order and processed my payment. They also said they couldn't cancel my order until the next day since the systems were off. I shouldn't have to wait to get a refund. As someone who works in the same industry, this sort of thing would never happen, and if something like this did happen, it would be handled and resolved immediately to prevent someone from complaining to corporate as well as on here and else where. read more

I am pleased to say I now love this Jimmy Johns. I had gotten delivery a couple times before and it was missing pickles and a straw. I am in love with pickles so this was a disservice to pickle lovers everywhere.
