I have traveled and it's not just the best in this area, but better than that I have had in all of my travels to Louisiana and the gulf states. The broccoli looked like it might have been the loser on the table as I didn't see the extra butter I requested, but I tried it. The butter was all over it already and it was very very well seasoned. I was shocked. Actually shocked. Do you know how many restaurants get this wrong? Far far more than get it right. And it was right. The country fried steak was also no slouch. The breading was crunchy, seasoned and not over or under cooked. The gravy was able to accompany the dish without making it soggy and the item did not come to my table dripping with pan grease.
