Jollibee Chicken is SOOO GOOD!!!! I love the Chicken Joy with Gravy and the Jollibee Spaghetti is yummy too but it's not your traditional Italian Spaghetti it's Filipino Spaghetti so it's a little sweeter. It's different but worth trying! This location is always busy because it's the only Jollibee restaurant in the area! I always get great service here and the Chicken Joy with Gravy always hits the spot! I love Jollibee so much! One of my favorite Fried Chicken!

Jollibee is always my number one option when it comes to fried chicken. I was craving fried chicken so I decided to go to Jollibee to get some fried chicken. It didn't disappoint. Fried chicken was so good and fresh. Service was good too. Ladies who were working that day were really nice to customers . They were greeting the customers as soon as they walked in. The wait for the food was not that long. I got my fried and side of rice in about ten minutes of ordering. This location has kiosks for ordering which makes the ordering process easier. This location has indoor seating area. It is clean and well maintained. Tables during my visit were getting cleaned after customers which is a good thing. The only issue with this location is the parking. It can be really busy and I usually park farther down which usually there are parking spaces.

This is our go-to Jollibee since Oxnard's store is still under construction. It's worth the 50 minutes drive from Camarillo. Food: Their chicken, spaghetti, and mash potatoes are my families favorites. I'm a big fan of their spicy chicken because it's spicy, juicy and flavorful. My children love their spaghetti and gravy. If you stick to these, you will become addicted like us. Service: We preordered on the mobile app over one hour in advance. The meal was ready about 5 minutes after the time it was promised. The staff is friendly and working quickly to serve the customers. This store recently added kiosks to order, which helped because there was almost no line of customers to place orders like there usually is. Ambiance: The store is average size and mostly clean. The smell of fresh fried chicken is the first thing you will notice when parking your car. The parking lot is crowded and parking spots are narrow, so try not to park there with a larger car. There's a side alley that has a little more space. Overall, we really enjoy Jollibee's food and will happily drive over an hour to have some quality fried chicken.

I'm hoping they bring it back soon. Updated 2026/01/30 I came here to try out their new Kbbq chicken, it was so good and being paired with steamed Rice was perfect, the sauce was delicious but messy to eat. I get it--I totally understand why people love Jollibee. The chicken has really great breading, and I tried the tenders meal, which came with fries, a drink, an ube pie, and a free side of their chicken sauce (basically gravy). The tenders were solid and definitely something I'd order again. The ube pie was decent--the flaky crust was spot-on for a fast-food dessert, though the filling was a bit too sweet for my taste. This location was packed when I visited, and with the ordering kiosks down, the wait was longer than expected. That said, there was plenty of seating, the space was clean and well maintained, and it was clear the staff were working hard to keep things moving. While it's still fast food and a bit pricey like most places these days, I wouldn't mind coming back--especially if I'm craving those tenders.

This is my first time at a Jollibee after passing by so many times and I was so pleasantly surprised! Despite the bleak outlook from previous Yelpers, they definitely had some crispy and tasty chicken! I saw they also serve spaghetti which I found such a unique option alongside fried chicken. Having grown up with places like KFC and Popeyes, I expected the usuals like mashed potatoes and coleslaw (which they also have) I'll have to try that out next time! I opted to order via kiosk and it was efficient, and super easy to navigate. The order came much quicker than I expected. One downside is they prefill your cup with ice at this location, which I hadn't seen before. The soda comes out of the machine lukewarm, so I don't think it's cooled. Kind of a bummer and didn't add that fizzy fresh touch but it's forgivable. The chicken was juicy, fresh, and so good. The fries and mashed potatoes I got were also holding their own as far as sides go! They gave me two extra sides of gravy which I really appreciated and ended up dipping my fries and chicken in them! (of course) I loved that they didn't overdo it on black pepper like KFC. They've won me over! This restaurant was clean, and looked new even though you wouldn't think it based on the little shopping center it sits in and what awaits just outside the door. Definitely will be back and ready to try something new! Thanks guys!

I came here for lunch on a Saturday and my experience here was mixed. I came to try the Katseye KBBQ menu items, but ordering was difficult. They had a promotion that if you leave a google review, they will give you a free key chain. I wrote my review and showed the cashier, but she was giving me a hard time and kept telling me to repost it. I did so 3 times, but she still wouldn't take it for some reason. I talked to another cashier and she was able to verify right away and give me a key chain. Also, my friend was given a broken key chain. When she inquired, the went in the back for a while and ended up fixing it. That whole key chain experience was weird. The meal itself was pretty good though. The chicken was juicy and succulent and the skin was crispy. I also liked the sweet and sticky sauce, but it was a bit too saucy and the flavor was too sweet and salty. I would've preferred if the flavor and sauce was turned down a bit. It was also pretty messy so I would recommend handing out plastic gloves like they do in Korean fried chicken places for the messy sauce. I also liked the chicken sandwich which was tasty and balanced out with the veggie toppings. I was also confused why me and friend's meal didn't come with the Katseye box sleeve and flags while others' who were dining there too did. I also got the pineapple quencher which was great and tasty, but a bit expensive at $4.50 which is half of a 2 piece combo meal. Parking at this location is a bit hectic since the plaza is also shared with other Filipino businesses and a lot of Filipinos visit this area, so I would plan ahead. Overall, the food was good but the service can be improved. I get that it gets busy, but that doesn't mean you can half ass the customer experience.

I did an online order for store pick up for my child since my child was craving for the Original Chicken Sandwich. As soon as I placed the order on the app, estimated time for pick up was 8 minutes. Sure enough 8 minutes my order was ready for pick up. Excellent customer service at this Jollibee location on Woodman Ave. They are consistent with providing excellent customer service and delicious freshly prepared food items. Thank you Jollibee!

Horrible management and customer service! I PREORDERED my lunch at 10:10 AM to be ready by 12:30 PM for my family. I timed this to be ready after my doctors appointment. My appointment ended early so I called the restaurant at 12:12 PM to see if they could prepare my order early. They said they could not because they were busy with other orders. I said it was fine and I would be there at 12:30. I arrived at 12:25 PM and asked if my order was ready. They said it was not and to wait 10 more minutes. At 12:51 pm, a worker said it will be 7 more minutes. She handed me a soda cup to fill my drink. I received my order at 1:04 pm. I received zero apologies or any compensation for my 34 minutes of waiting past my 12:30 pm preordered time! I've never had this issue before with any Jollibee location. I will not be coming to this location again! I sent in a formal complaint and only received the following response: "We appreciate you for taking the time to share the details of your recent visit to our Jollibee Panorama location. Your message provides valuable insight into your experience and the expectations you had when placing your preorder. We understand how important it is for you and your family to have meals prepared on time, especially when coordinated with personal schedules. We recognize the effort you made to plan ahead and the impact that timing has on your day. Your feedback will be forwarded to our restaurant team so they can focus on enhancing order readiness, communication with guests, and overall service consistency. This will help us strengthen the processes that matter most to our customers. We truly value your input as it guides us in making meaningful improvements."

Booo. I ordered online pick up for the first time and it's not that busy either. Said eat 3:15pm I get here go in 3:17pm and stand in the line she told me 10-15 more freakin mins wtf. And I don't know the pick up line is different from the order line no said shiiiish to me and there was a lady there standing. I'm never ordering pick up so disappointing

Placed my order online and requested curbside pick up. As it was instructed, I provide the name, model and make of my vehicle. I arrived at this location and parked my car where it shows, curbside pick-up. Clicked on the email confirmation of my order stating that "I'm here" 10-20 mins later NO ONE came out. Dialed their number and it's just a repetitive automated system. Decided to just get out of my vehicle and walk inside, pick up my order. If your going to advertise "CURBSIDE PICK-UP" seek to improve your service! read more

Filipino fast food chain that combines Mickey Ds, KFC, with additional Pinoy flare. Choose from burger, fried chicken, Filipino spaghetti (sweet sauce), Filipino noodle, beef steak, and desserts like the famous halo-halo. My family's go to are: 10 piece fired chicken bucket joy, family size spaghetti, and fiesta palabok (Filipino noodle). Oh, for gravy fans, it comes with free gravy unlike other establishments that charge separately :-) This location was recently renovated within the past 12 to 18 months, and friendly service. I really want to give this place more stars but first of all, their parking lot is absolutely horrible. There is additional parking located behind the shopping center. Second of all, the chicken is great! It's got that perfect crunch to it, but it was a little bland. It seemed to lack any flavor/seasoning. Came here with my husband because ice seen people rave about it so decided to try. It was just ok. We ordered food to go, of course with this pandemic. I constantly saw one girl cleaning everyone and wiping everything down that people would touch. I appreciated that. Ordered the 3 piece combo with mashed and adobo rice since they were out of garlic rice. The chicken tasted good, but they only give you legs and thighs. Otherwise, dark meat. My husband wasn't a fan since he prefers white meat. I enjoyed the crisp, light flavor tho. Ordered a halo halo. First time ever having one and I enjoyed it. Loved the taro ice cream! My favorite! The adobo rice was decent. Definitely had cultural spices in it. Never had rice that tasted that way before, but it was good. I also ordered a chicken sandwich but I was already waiting for the food I had phoned in & didn't want to wait anymore. I had them give eme my money back for it and left. Jhonna the Night Manager on Thanksgiving Night was verbally abusive to her workers (saying ay, putragis ka! Etc..) i know they most likely know her and just take it in. But she has to know this isnt the Philippines anymore. U cant bring that here. The crew dont have to suffer in her hostile environment. Even if she jokingly does it. Her customers are Filipino and we understand every mura that you say. It isnt Jollibee's fault that they have a manager like that. So for food and service i still give the Chickenjoy 5stars. Although next time please make the Peach Mango Pie faster and not just ten per batch esp if it's wd d pending holiday meals. read more

Peeleepeeeno popeye's!! Porget Popeye's and eat here anak!! It's delicious!! I've had Jollibee a few times (mostly in Eagle Rock) and they've been just ok experiences but this time around I tried out this Panorama location and it was waaaay better than usual. I went from a 3 star to a 4 star rating! It's been a while but I can say this location is newer and cleaner than the Eagle Rock one. I ordered the Bucket B combo with half and half spicy and nonspicy chicken. If you're on the fence, I'd recommend the spicy! It's tastier and really not all that spicy. I had to wait a bit for my chicken because it was dinner time but that's ok because it came out super hot and fresh and crispy. The best part is they give you a cup of gravy (genius!) to dip your chicken in to ensure every bite is always flavorful and never dry. The spaghetti is going to be sweeter than your traditional style. At first I didn't like it but the more I ate it the more addicting it became. I'm now a fully converted fan of sweet spaghetti. The combo meal is finished off with a sweet mango pie. This is EXACTLY a McDonald's apple pie but with mango instead, what's not to love! All in all a good spot for chicken that's a bit of a departure from your typical KFC or Popeye's stores. It's a nice change up to have every now and then but I gotta say my heart still belongs to Popeye's as their chicken spices are still going to be more flavorful in my opinion. It's going to be a matter of preference for you though, unless of course you're from Pinas, then you really have no choice for the winner here. P.S. Parking can be a bit tough in this strip mall. Pro tip: And try to get it fresh, even if it means going at a busy time to ensure you get a fresh batch. Trust me, it'll be worth it. Enjoy! Cheers!! read more

This was probably the best fried chicken I've tasted in a very long time. A little expensive if you don't know the quality of the taste. the batter on the chicken is crispy and light-NOT thick and hard, or greasy. Not too crazy about the gravy, but this is a preference problem of mine not everyone else. The consistency of the gravy looked good. The fries need a little work on the crunchiness. But, we had this delivered; so it may have gotten soggy in the bag. Hats off to this place, we will be back! read more

I wouldn't give any stars if I was given the option. 1. I've never felt so discriminated by my own kind!! Smh ‍ 2.Understood what the workers were saying in Tagalog. 3.Takeout order was incomplete with no utensils, straws and condiments. Majority, NOT ALL, Tagalog people are the most high nosed out of all Filipinos and they wanna become nurses... please... learn decent customer service first before considering a career taking care of humanity. Tried calling your phone number for this location and no one picks up the phone and then it goes to an automated message and as soon as the message is done, you hang up the phone. I'm calling because you guys forgot to give me my peach mango pies that come with my meal. This is after you guys already messed up my meal by giving me all spicy chicken, when I only asked for 4 pieces of 10. I thought you corrected all of the mistakes, but still. I will be going there tomorrow morning to get my peach mango pies as you guys are closing and by the time I drive from my house to you, you will be closed. I understand 100% why Jollibee is 3 stars. We went into Jollibee at 8pm tonight to order the family pack. We were the first in line and 6 families or couples followed us. We sat and waited and one by one the families and couples after us got their order and left. I saw my order sitting on the counter and nothing. I finally went up and asked the lady mgr if my order was ready. She looked at me and called the worker. The worker's response was I was busy stocking up. SMH...poor customer service. They were stocking up to close at 9pm and chose to let my food sit on the counter and get cold. Definitely not returning to this Jollibee. read more

If you don't get the crispy chicken joy did you really even come to Jollibee? I'll admit that I tend to stay away from Jollibee as I don't want to be the stereotypical Filipino who eats this on a daily basis. But from time to time I find myself coming here because I absolutely love their fried chicken as well as their boba. The employees here are mostly Filipino and can speak Tagalog fluently. It really does give you a feel of being back home, which does add to the authenticity of the place. Their pearl coolers aka boba drinks only come in two flavors: ube and buko pandan and already includes the boba at $3.49. It only has one size and is already pre-mixed in a sort of icee/slurpee machine so it's served pretty quickly. I will say that their boba is always soft and chewy, which I do like. Overall, Jollibee is a staple to the typical Filipino's diet but is simple enough to invite your non-Filipino friends here to try a taste of the PI. Just a tip, but the parking in this plaza is TERRIBLE. It's relatively busy here despite how big the plaza is, thanks to it sharing space with Thai BBQ, Valerie's bakery, and Seafood City. The customers who park here pretty much don't know how to stay between the lines so good luck! (70/100) read more

Jollibee is a Filipino fast food chain from the Philippines. It is the "McDonalds" of the Philippines. I love coming here from time to time for their Chicken Joy. Their chicken is delicious especially with their gravy. My other favorite item is the spaghetti which is a Filipino style spaghetti that has a sweet taste with slices of ham and sausage mixed in. It is not your typical spaghetti but it is delicious. This location is clean and very spacious and the service is great. The only drawback is the parking. It's difficult to find parking at times and spaces are so small. read more

Food is what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant but the service here is spectacular, and in line with traditional Filipino hospitality. They always seem to be short staffed but the team hustles! Special recognition to Lois who appeared to be leading the charge. Due to MY own mistake in an online order, she fixed it right away, with no hesitation, and with understanding that "things happen", even if that "thing" was complete my fault. The line was already long. Only one counter is working. Then you have to wait another 20-30 mins for your order. I love, love, LOVE this place. There $20 family meal is the best deal! I really love there spicy chicken and mash potatoes. I always enjoy eating at this place. They're quick with your order and the staff is very friendly. As far as the cdc guidelines, they definitely follow protocol. Ordered through their app for pickup and whoever packed this is an idiot. Stacked the burger steak on top of the chicken and it was tilted so the gravy spilled out everywhere. It covered the peach mango pie, the fries, and the 2 buckets of chicken. Then I get home just to find that they completely forgot the 2 large gravy that comes with the 12pc order??? I planned accordingly and even arrived earlier so I could pick it up fresh and avoid waiting. However, just five minutes after placing the order, I received a text saying it was already ready. That immediately raised a red flag, because if you're paying $13+ for a double burger, you expect it to be made closer to your arrival time, not immediately. When I arrived, the burger was already cold. When I brought this up, the employee I spoke with repeatedly said "it's not my fault" and pointed to someone else, instead of taking any ownership or even acknowledging the issue. It was a really poor way to handle a simple customer concern. Eventually, after some back and forth, the burger was remade, but I had to wait another 10-15 minutes. And ironically, it took longer to make it this time than it did after I placed the online order. But then now I wa stuck waiting defeating the whole purpose of ordering ahead. A manager eventually came over and was polite, but by that point the experience had already been frustrating. They also threw away the original burger instead of offering to let me keep it, which felt wasteful. On top of that, when I asked for a couple cups of water for my daughter, I was told I'd need to purchase a bottle, which felt pretty tone-deaf given the situation and didn't even think to offer me any anything for the misunderstanding and having to wait extra time now... The bigger issue here is the lack of coordination and communication. If you're going to quote customers a pickup time, especially for hot food, the order should be made accordingly--not immediately after it's placed. Otherwise, you're guaranteeing that the food won't be fresh when the customer arrives. Between the timing issue, the lack of ownership from staff, and the overall handling of the situation, this was a disappointing experience. I usually like the food, but the service and process today really need improvement.

Besides Turon , you can also order baked chicken empanada and traditional Filipino dishes. The customer service here is really friendly and since the restaurant is a small space, they mostly do takeout orders. The drunken noodles also had Chinese broccoli, which we usually like, but these were so unbelievably bitter, it was hard to eat. Unfortunately, I would not order from here again.

the tip that this place is shit is the mascot! what the fuk is he? a be or a bear? i believe he is a bear in a bees costume. AHHH MAKE UP YOUR DAMN MIND! 2nd is that its a filipino fast food chain. i dont believe that any filipino food should be fast food. let a lone serve spagettie through drive through. chicken is one thing but spagettie and rice... Speed of Food: 5/10 Taste of Food: 10/10 Customer Service: 8/10 I've been coming to this Jollibee for years, but one thing I've consistently noticed is how long it takes to get my food. It usually takes 30-45 minutes after I order, which is a bit frustrating. While I understand that there might be a high volume of orders, I would have hoped for an improvement in speed by now. That said, the food quality is always exceptional! The fried chicken is my absolute favorite--it's incredibly crispy, juicy, and flavorful. The chicken just melts in your mouth, and it's always perfectly cooked. The Pineapple Juice is another favorite of mine because it's the perfect balance of sweet and refreshing, offering a nice contrast to the savory, salty dishes. I also can't get enough of the Spaghetti; it is my favorite dish here. It is sweet, comforting, and so good that I could easily devour a whole family pack by myself if I really wanted to. Overall, the food is always top-notch and definitely worth the wait, but the slow service does impact the experience a bit. read more

Grabbed some Jollibee takeout for home, and wow! The burger surprised me...juicy and solid flavor. Spaghetti's sweet, kinda different but grows on you. Now the chicken? Crispy and juicy, but a bit on the salty side. Dunked it in the gravy, which made it even saltier, but hey, it's all part of the fun. Overall, solid spot for unique flavors! read more

I remember Jollibee being so good when I visited the Philippines. I had the spaghetti and it was amazing. This location doesn't have the same quality. Probably because they used a different type of hotdog. I had the yumburger which I can't get enough of! Somehow it's the same quality as the ones I had in Manila. read more

Friendly staff but are always out of stuff from the menu. I went last week and this week for spicy fried chicken and both times the cashier told me they were out of the spicy fried chicken. They were even out of the hamburger and the hotdogs. read more
