Jollibee Chicken is SOOO GOOD!!!! I love the Chicken Joy with Gravy and the Jollibee Spaghetti is yummy too but it's not your traditional Italian Spaghetti it's Filipino Spaghetti so it's a little sweeter. It's different but worth trying! This location is always busy because it's the only Jollibee restaurant in the area! I always get great service here and the Chicken Joy with Gravy always hits the spot! I love Jollibee so much! One of my favorite Fried Chicken!
Jollibee is always my number one option when it comes to fried chicken. I was craving fried chicken so I decided to go to Jollibee to get some fried chicken. It didn't disappoint. Fried chicken was so good and fresh. Service was good too. Ladies who were working that day were really nice to customers . They were greeting the customers as soon as they walked in. The wait for the food was not that long. I got my fried and side of rice in about ten minutes of ordering. This location has kiosks for ordering which makes the ordering process easier. This location has indoor seating area. It is clean and well maintained. Tables during my visit were getting cleaned after customers which is a good thing. The only issue with this location is the parking. It can be really busy and I usually park farther down which usually there are parking spaces.
This is our go-to Jollibee since Oxnard's store is still under construction. It's worth the 50 minutes drive from Camarillo. Food: Their chicken, spaghetti, and mash potatoes are my families favorites. I'm a big fan of their spicy chicken because it's spicy, juicy and flavorful. My children love their spaghetti and gravy. If you stick to these, you will become addicted like us. Service: We preordered on the mobile app over one hour in advance. The meal was ready about 5 minutes after the time it was promised. The staff is friendly and working quickly to serve the customers. This store recently added kiosks to order, which helped because there was almost no line of customers to place orders like there usually is. Ambiance: The store is average size and mostly clean. The smell of fresh fried chicken is the first thing you will notice when parking your car. The parking lot is crowded and parking spots are narrow, so try not to park there with a larger car. There's a side alley that has a little more space. Overall, we really enjoy Jollibee's food and will happily drive over an hour to have some quality fried chicken.
Updated 2026/01/31: I came back to Try their KBBQ chicken sandwich, I was informed that is no longer offered, I am so sad that I only got to try it once , on the last day of the limited time offer. I'm hoping they bring it back soon. Updated 2026/01/30 I came here to try out their new Kbbq chicken, it was so good and being paired with steamed Rice was perfect, the sauce was delicious but messy to eat. They added 3 self service ordering kiosk, The place was kept clean, the service was professional
I get it--I totally understand why people love Jollibee. The chicken has really great breading, and I tried the tenders meal, which came with fries, a drink, an ube pie, and a free side of their chicken sauce (basically gravy). The tenders were solid and definitely something I'd order again. The ube pie was decent--the flaky crust was spot-on for a fast-food dessert, though the filling was a bit too sweet for my taste. This location was packed when I visited, and with the ordering kiosks down, the wait was longer than expected. That said, there was plenty of seating, the space was clean and well maintained, and it was clear the staff were working hard to keep things moving. While it's still fast food and a bit pricey like most places these days, I wouldn't mind coming back--especially if I'm craving those tenders.
This is my first time at a Jollibee after passing by so many times and I was so pleasantly surprised! Despite the bleak outlook from previous Yelpers, they definitely had some crispy and tasty chicken! I saw they also serve spaghetti which I found such a unique option alongside fried chicken. Having grown up with places like KFC and Popeyes, I expected the usuals like mashed potatoes and coleslaw (which they also have) I'll have to try that out next time! I opted to order via kiosk and it was efficient, and super easy to navigate. The order came much quicker than I expected. One downside is they prefill your cup with ice at this location, which I hadn't seen before. The soda comes out of the machine lukewarm, so I don't think it's cooled. Kind of a bummer and didn't add that fizzy fresh touch but it's forgivable. The chicken was juicy, fresh, and so good. The fries and mashed potatoes I got were also holding their own as far as sides go! They gave me two extra sides of gravy which I really appreciated and ended up dipping my fries and chicken in them! (of course) I loved that they didn't overdo it on black pepper like KFC. They've won me over! This restaurant was clean, and looked new even though you wouldn't think it based on the little shopping center it sits in and what awaits just outside the door. Definitely will be back and ready to try something new! Thanks guys!
I came here for lunch on a Saturday and my experience here was mixed. I came to try the Katseye KBBQ menu items, but ordering was difficult. They had a promotion that if you leave a google review, they will give you a free key chain. I wrote my review and showed the cashier, but she was giving me a hard time and kept telling me to repost it. I did so 3 times, but she still wouldn't take it for some reason. I talked to another cashier and she was able to verify right away and give me a key chain. Also, my friend was given a broken key chain. When she inquired, the went in the back for a while and ended up fixing it. That whole key chain experience was weird. The meal itself was pretty good though. The chicken was juicy and succulent and the skin was crispy. I also liked the sweet and sticky sauce, but it was a bit too saucy and the flavor was too sweet and salty. I would've preferred if the flavor and sauce was turned down a bit. It was also pretty messy so I would recommend handing out plastic gloves like they do in Korean fried chicken places for the messy sauce. I also liked the chicken sandwich which was tasty and balanced out with the veggie toppings. I was also confused why me and friend's meal didn't come with the Katseye box sleeve and flags while others' who were dining there too did. I also got the pineapple quencher which was great and tasty, but a bit expensive at $4.50 which is half of a 2 piece combo meal. Parking at this location is a bit hectic since the plaza is also shared with other Filipino businesses and a lot of Filipinos visit this area, so I would plan ahead. Overall, the food was good but the service can be improved. I get that it gets busy, but that doesn't mean you can half ass the customer experience.
I did an online order for store pick up for my child since my child was craving for the Original Chicken Sandwich. As soon as I placed the order on the app, estimated time for pick up was 8 minutes. Sure enough 8 minutes my order was ready for pick up. Excellent customer service at this Jollibee location on Woodman Ave. They are consistent with providing excellent customer service and delicious freshly prepared food items. Thank you Jollibee!
Horrible management and customer service! I PREORDERED my lunch at 10:10 AM to be ready by 12:30 PM for my family. I timed this to be ready after my doctors appointment. My appointment ended early so I called the restaurant at 12:12 PM to see if they could prepare my order early. They said they could not because they were busy with other orders. I said it was fine and I would be there at 12:30. I arrived at 12:25 PM and asked if my order was ready. They said it was not and to wait 10 more minutes. At 12:51 pm, a worker said it will be 7 more minutes. She handed me a soda cup to fill my drink. I received my order at 1:04 pm. I received zero apologies or any compensation for my 34 minutes of waiting past my 12:30 pm preordered time! I've never had this issue before with any Jollibee location. I will not be coming to this location again! I sent in a formal complaint and only received the following response: "We appreciate you for taking the time to share the details of your recent visit to our Jollibee Panorama location. Your message provides valuable insight into your experience and the expectations you had when placing your preorder. We understand how important it is for you and your family to have meals prepared on time, especially when coordinated with personal schedules. We recognize the effort you made to plan ahead and the impact that timing has on your day. Your feedback will be forwarded to our restaurant team so they can focus on enhancing order readiness, communication with guests, and overall service consistency. This will help us strengthen the processes that matter most to our customers. We truly value your input as it guides us in making meaningful improvements."
Booo. I ordered online pick up for the first time and it's not that busy either. Said eat 3:15pm I get here go in 3:17pm and stand in the line she told me 10-15 more freakin mins wtf. And I don't know the pick up line is different from the order line no said shiiiish to me and there was a lady there standing. I'm never ordering pick up so disappointing

UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN!! No one on social media is giving a proper response. The only response I got was a link to their FB page without saying a word. I then asked what this is for and they left me on read! Make sure you open your chicken if you have to eat here as we opened every single one and they were all undercooked. I'm a night-shift nurse so when I'm getting off of work at 7:30 a.m., it's my dinner time. And if I want some fried chicken (not Chick-fil-A) at 7 in the morning, there is literally no other spot open in the Valley. The original flavored fried chicken was decent, but I really wanted the spicy flavor--they didn't have any yet. Regardless, the crisp and flavor were good without being too greasy. The peach mango pie is pretty good--it's fried and crispy the way McDonald's used to fry their apple pies back in the day, which is so much better than the baked crap. I would like the Jollibee pie to be a little less sweet, but I'd still get it again. It's in a strip center so parking is free. Because it was early in the morning, parking was not a problem for me and there was no line. A minor inconvenience was that neither of the chip readers worked properly--they kept saying "chip malfunction," which is not true because it was working fine before and I've since used my chip afterwards at other places without a problem. Overall, this'll do for now...at least until Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles decides to open a location in the Valley...PLEASE!! read more

I want to start this by staying that I am a die-hard Jollibee fan. Born & raised with it from the homeland all throughout when I moved to the U.S. Since Jollibee has grown into a worldwide fast food chain, they've mastered how to get the consistency right. I've been to a few locations throughout Las Vegas & California and 99% of the time, I get the same yummy chicken joy. This location is no different. I usually stick with my C2 with 2 pieces of chicken joy & 2 sides with a pineapple juice. Other times, I've gotten the burger steak with rice or one of the breakfast items. Everything has been the same home-y taste and again, consistent. The parking lot is shared with the other stores/shops in the mini plaza so it can get crowded during peak lunch/dinner hours. This location is the bigger/more seating capacity one in the west LA area so I've never had a problem finding seats here. My only complaint and the reason for the 1-star deduction is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. It hasn't been horrible but can definitely use some improvement. read more

Jollibee, I've missed you! Whenever we meet you never disappoint! Can't go wrong with the chicken joy meal. Crispy chicken with steamed rice and perfect gravy, yummm! Pair it with a soda or better yet a Filipino drink. The pandan (green drink) is my favorite. The spaghetti is also a favorite. We also make sure to grab yum burgers on the go. It's comfort Filipino burger for sure! The location is right across the hospital so if you want to dodge the nurses on lunch then don't go right at lunch time lol. A little surprised at all the 1 star ratings but not at the same time. The parking is awful and the wait is very long every time we go. Haven't had any bad experience with the workers yet but overall the food always tastes great. We always end up getting large portions to last us a few days and to save the hassle of having to go back here. Main issue is parking and long wait time really. Wish they had other locations in the valley since it's a little out of the way as well. I came here for the new crispy chicken sandwich as mentioned by Mikey Chen of Strictly Dumpling. The chicken patty was crispy and juicy and delicious. However the bun and lettuce sabotaged this build. Bun was hard as week old bread and the lettuce was brown and wilting. Bring your own brioche bun and this would have been four stars. The chicken itself and sauce was great. The concept is good just the execution needs work. The peach mango pie filling was delicious and the crust was a better copy of McDonald's apple pie crust - even flakier and buttery. My order came triple bagged which was not necessary. read more

I never really review fast food places but I had a good experience compared to the other reviewers so thought I'd share my experience! Called in to order to go around 6PM and said my order would take 20 minutes. I showed up and my order was ready for me and the cashier/staff was friendly! The food was as great in terms of fast food standards. Would definitely come back again if I'm craving some fried chicken or some sweet spaghetti. Oh don't forget the halo halo too! It's basically yummy shaved ice. Rarely eat here but was craving bc of some you tubers doing a review on food..(@ Emmymade). Ordered family meal $20 w bucket of chicken, 3 sides (large but looks medium), fries, mash potatoes w gravy and rice also comes w 2 containers of gravy. One mango peach pie (OMG!- the best). It was my first time here and I really wanted to love it. My mom was raised in the Philippines and I've heard so much about Jollibee from friends and tv shows that it made it to my list of cheap eats. Plus, I love Pancit Palabok and fried chicken. On the way home, I stopped here. I'm never out this way and didn't know where I was going. I actually passed it the first time and had to go around the block. It was in the corner of a strip mall and very easy to miss and duh, of course it would be right next to a Red Ribbon Bakery. If you don't know, Red Ribbon is also a Filipino bakery. I should have tried more, but I really wasn't hungry so I just got a chicken joy with pancit. The fried chicken and pancit were okay. I am probably a little spoiled with my Filipino cuisine. Maybe it was because I wasn't hungry and didn't give the place justice. Things I should have ordered - halo halo and the pie. I should probably have also tried the burger with the pineapple in it. I can skip the spaghetti though. I've had Filipino style spaghetti and it's too sweet for me. Guess I have to go back again. read more

Love this place, chicken is pretty good and so was the cheeseburger! French fries are ok, spaghetti is ok. Ordered a 6 piece bucket but I should've gotten more. Service was quick, place was packed and unfortunately a homeless guy sitting by the front door. Parking there's plenty of spots but sometimes you gotta wait for people to leave. Inside is a bit chaotic but it's more of a place you take food to go. Just make sure you have all the items you ordered! Sometimes people make mistakes. read more

Jollibee is great Filipino fast food. The spicy chicken joy is new and it is a must. It has the perfect spice for those who can handle medium spice and up. If you are unable to have spice just stick with the original chicken joy which is also very good. I come here because the spaghetti is my favorite.
