Swung by Jollibee around 6:30 p.m. and was pleasantly surprised at how fast everything came out. It wasn't too busy, but still -- my 6pc spicy bucket and ube pie were ready in literally a minute. The ube pie was pretty good. Crunchy on the outside with a sweet ube filling inside. The spicy chicken was juicy with a slow-burn heat. It came with their signature gravy, which is basically required for dipping. Fast service, good food, and no hassle. Couldn't ask for more. Not a dealbreaker - There's plenty of seating but some of the tables for 2 were kind of small.

Good chicken... good vibes... good luck getting a seat here as it's often packed. All in all, if you like chicken, you'll love Jollibees. The only thing to hate is the long lines... that's a compliment.

Great fried chicken! Went through drive through, everything was hot and fresh. We will definitely come back.

I came to this location before but today I am here at 7pm and it is extremely busy. I have been waiting for my food for 15 minutes already and you would think they have the service down to a T. Do not come during dinner unless you want to wait 20 mins + for a Togo order.

Had my first jollibee experience today! The parking lot was PACKED which made me a bit nervous, but there was still space for us to get a table. The line was veryyyyy long-with only 1 person working at the register-which I found kinda weird for a Saturday afternoon. Food was flavorful! I liked the chicken. My biscuits were kinda dry, so I didn't really care for them. I would probably come back, but I do think it's a lil over hyped.

for me, jollibee is always a hit or miss. The chicken is pretty good and I always like it better when they have a spicy option because it's so much more well seasoned that their regular flavored counterparts. I did have the craziest stomach ache the morning after. My favorite side from them is the spaghetti. I also think their fries are easy to eat and I like the mashed potatoes as well. I thought that peach mango pie was better, but since I recently had it - it tasted extremely artificial. The restaurant is pretty clean and I like their seating and service is good. They just don't give a lot of sauces .

6pc Chickenjoy Meal Deal with Adobo Rice & Jolly Spaghetti

Jollibee in Plano is 100% worth the drive from Denton! My go-to strategy? Find a friend (not usually hard), order the 6pc Chickenjoy Meal Deal - mixed spicy - with Adobo Rice and a side of Jolly Spaghetti, and dig into some of the best fried chicken around with your buddy. If I'm flying solo, I go for the 3pc Chickenjoy w/ Biscuit + 2 Sides (Jolly Spaghetti & Adobo Rice, of course) and a drink. There's a small upcharge for two "premium" sides, but it's totally worth it! The staff is always super friendly, and there's a good chance I'll be sharing the experience with a fellow Filipino nearby, enjoying that crispy, flavorful Chickenjoy. The dining area is always clean, with tables ready to go, making it an easy spot to sit and enjoy your meal. If you're sharing a bucket, plates and plasticware are conveniently stocked by the soft drink machine, so you don't have to go hunting for them. The only downside? The last few times I've been, they've run out of ice and some soft drinks were marked "out of stock." Hopefully, they can get that sorted out. Minor hiccups aside, Jollibee delivers on great food, friendly service, and a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal. Can't wait for the next round of Chickenjoy!

    2pc Chickenjoy w/ Jolly Spaghetti

Jollibee was a great way to discover Filipino fast food! The famous Spicy Chicken Joy lived up to expectations. It was crispy, juicy, as well as perfectly spicy. "The Jolly Spaghetti," a fun and special comfort food surprise, included a sweet and savory sauce, cheesy goodness and hot dog slices. A must-have, the Peach Mango Pie was crispy, flaky and filled with warm, tropical sweetness. Whenever in the area "these are my go-to orders," the food is superb, the service is fast and it's a delicious change of pace.

My son treated me to Jollibee since we were in the area. I had it bookmarked for a few years and really didn't know what to expect. There were a few cars in the drive thru but we had our food pretty quick. My son ordered the 6pc meal with fries, spaghetti and 2 pies (1 peach mango and 1 ube). The $30+ price made me cringe when hearing but I wasn't paying. LOL! We couldn't wait to get home to try. The chicken was good and crispy. I tried the gravy with a few pieces. The gravy was soo good and I hate we didn't get mashed potatoes instead of fries. I almost started drinking the gravy and do not like brown gravy usually. The spaghetti was very different! It was sweet with wienies. I liked it better than I thought I would. The ube pie was very tasty and not too sweet. My son didn't get to try the peach mango pie since they gave us two ube pies instead. It is a little pricey for fast food but we both agreed we would definitely go back.

Had fried chicken and ube pie right around Covid season... Came back to try again... love the crunchiness of the crust on the regular fried chicken, he meat was tender.. dipped it in the gravy- a bit salty to me but good. Never had Filipino spaghetti, so thought to try.. a hint of bbq taste and a bit on the sweet side.. not bad The cashier was mumbling and had to yell when I asked her to repeat what she said . It's all good Place is well kept

    Ask the Community - Jollibee

Can you pay with Apple Pay?

    yes

    Is there a kids menu?

Because we live in the US, of course there is a kids menu.

What is in the adobo rice?

Rice with chicken bits, soy sauce & vinegar.

    Do they serve Halo-Halo?

Not at this location. They do at the California locations.

Can you get breast chicken pieces only?

    They only serve dark meat.

It's now April 2021- Upon opening at 8:00am do they start serving the lunch menu that early or have they started serving the traditional Filipino breakfast yet at this location?

No. Apparently they are not planning on serving breakfast menu anymore.

    Do they have aloha burger?

    Yes, they do

How is the palabok? Curious to try but unsure

It's delicious. Palabok is my favorite type of pancit. I've had it at many different food joints & Jollibee is one that makes it good.

    Is it halal meat?

I saw nothing on the store signage or food packaging about Halal certification so I'm going to say no.

So the palabok and spaghetti have pork in it?

Yes palabok has pork (ground) in it. The spaghetti has ground meat and sausage in it, too.

Do they have the breakfast plates like longonisa or the milk fish and tocino? If not will they get it?

They don't have that yet.. hopefully soon

Do they serve everything during breakfast time?

Yes everything's that's on their menu for breakfast time.

Are they doing call-in and pick-ups? anyone have a phone number?

No why would they. Yes they have a number try calling it.

They moved the opening to Aug 20 but says drive thru and pick ups are open, which one is it? Are they ever planning to open this month?

They've moved the opening on Thursday. Not enough staff to open this weekend.

Does anyone know the grand opening date?

They moved the date to Aug 20 but i dont trust it. I guess we'll never know.

    When is the grand opening?

    Its open now

The fries were perfect with the veggies and sauces -- not too thin or too thick, so they paired really well with all the toppings. I personally prefer the non-spicy chicken. It was tender, juicy, and crispy. The spicy chicken tasted more like fajita-style seasoning.

The food is, mostly, a 4-to-5. Over my two visits in a three-day period (one lunch, one dinner)…read morethere were only two quality issues. The first is an overall criticism that they are ridiculously stingy with their "Dave's sauce," both on the slider (nearly non-existent) and as a dipping sauce. For what they are charging for their food, they should be including a larger portion of sauce. I mean, they obviously know how large the tenders are, and the little cup is large enough to dip half of one tender...then you can pay for more (if you can even get to the counter - more on that in just a bit). The second quality issue was with the saucy bites. The breading on our order was borderline burned. The hot honey sauce seemed to nearly entirely poured on the bottom of the clamshell they were served in. I really like the tenders, and the bun for the slider is nicely sweet. I ordered mine without pickles or "Kale slaw," as both disgust me, but that's me. The service, however...that is why the rating is mid. The front-line staff collectively have no personality whatsoever. At lunch, our food was served in nice little baskets. At dinner, and may I say go in at dinner at your risk as the lobby and available seating is far too small for the abundance of traffic jamming up and blocking the entire order area with their heads in the clouds. It seems like the overall clientele is unaware of how standing in line and being courteous to others works. Our dinner meal, for dine-in mind you, was served in clamshell go containers. I find that insulting. It was a cold, drizzly evening, so no one was choosing to sit outside, but the seating area , again, is totally inadequate for the crowd size. Even were you to order your meal to-go through the app, you'd be forced to navigate through large groups who apparently think everyone needs to come inside to get a go-order. I honestly do not know if the hassles in the evening are worth returning for dinner, and that is our primarily time to eat out.
