In addition, I also got a slice of their lemon cake which is apparently a summer only item. I love their chocolate cake, but this was a nice change with a really good lemon flavor. I've had it in shakes before, but I don't think I've ever had the cake on its own. I always get good food from Portillo's but I do have a couple of tips on certain items you might order from the menu. First, if you order a gravy bread and you like it, wet throughout than order, it extra dipped with a side of gravy. This way, if they don't open your bread to dip it, you have plenty of gravy to enjoy. Second, I got some advice on their burgers to hopefully make them less greasy. Apparently they are supposed to flip them several times to remove excess grease but you can ask that they flip them 15 to 20 times which may make a difference. I haven't tried this one yet, but I will give it a shot. I still feel that both of these are training issues that need to be worked on internally.

As I entered the restroom, I noticed that it could use some attention. The sink area was untidy, mirror could use a good cleaning and the sink looked as if it belonged out in a shop area somewhere.
