The control switch was not working properly and it appears to have something broken inside the switch. The second was the bathtub was dripping for months. Our property manager gave us some recommendation on handyman, and we reached out to a few others. Everyone of the handyman looked at the issues and said they couldn't do it. Javier from R&R was professional and friendly. He came, looked at the problems and gave us multiple options. We were told that our bathroom fixtures were on the older end, and replacement parts would be pretty slim. Javier said he would try his best to find ways to fix our problems, and if it can't be fix, then he would have to go with the full remove and replace option. Needless to say, the cheaper option would be less than half the price of the worst case scenario. We were presented with the cheaper options to be less than $1000, while the worst case scenario would be in the mid $2000 with our drywall cut open in order to do the fixture replacement. We would also had to then deal with redoing the drywall since that is not part of the company's scope of work. Javier came back after we accepted the estimate and was able to fix everything faster than I thought. To my surprised, he was able to find the replacement parts and fix everything. Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?

After reading all the great reviews on Yelp and Google, I decided to give I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing a call, and I'm really glad I did. When I called, Brittany was very helpful and quickly scheduled a technician named Nico. He arrived within two hours, right on time. Nico was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. He ran a camera down the drain and found a heavy sludge buildup that was preventing the pipe from draining correctly. He recommended hydro jetting to clear the line. After completing the service, he showed me the before and after camera footage. The difference was huge and the line looked significantly cleaner. My sink is now draining perfectly. Their pricing was very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I will definitely be calling I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.
