I generally like this place and eat every time I see my mom which is about once a month. I walked into the store today and ordered the family pack. I usually grab lemon and jalapeños on the counter, however I noticed there was none on the counter. I asked if I could get some and the girl said that they were out. I did notice a employee eating on his break and he had lemon on his tray, which tells me that they were not out. She she called my number she plopped my food on the counter and walked away. This girl was too lazy to even ask if I needed any thing else and thank you. This girl is too lazy to do her job and has no customer service skills. read more

Juan Pollo is my favorite rotisserie style Mexican chicken place. I love their sides, especially their red salsa that you dip the chicken in, that goes good with rice and their potato salad. FYI....Their potato salad is on another level! Juan Pollo has delicious flavorful chicken and the skin is nice and crunchy too.. Juan pollo is my favorite rotisserie style mexican chicken place. I love their sides, especially the potato salad. We love it so much we had our baby shower catered by Juan Pollo. This location is pretty small, not a whole lot of room to eat at, but we usually just pick up a family pack to eat at home. It is very affordable for everything you get. Stopped in for a chicken and some potato salad to go. I usually don't go to this location and as much as I like Juan Pollo, the $10.99 chicken was so overcooked only the breast was edible. The rest went into the trash. I will not be going back there. If there's one thing I will not stand for, it is a business who cannot connect my bread to their butter, particularly when their living working is a customer driven environment that depends solely on sales. I ordered a party pack for my nephews first bday party and let me just say it was a hit!!! Everyone was amazed at how delicious and fresh everything tasted. It was my first time trying this location and let me tell you it's the only Juan Pollo my family and I go to now ( I live in Fontana) The chicken was so juicy. The beans were so flavorful, the rice was cooked perfect and their delicious potato salad never disappoints. At pick up time everything was organized in boxes ready to go! This is probably my favorite fast food type of food. Love coming to this place they have the best chicken in town. I ordered a party pack for my son's birthday party and I couldn't have been happier with everything. I arrived to pick it up a little early (there wasn't as much traffic as I expected) but they were so nice and packed it all up for me as soon as I arrived. If you haven't been to Juan Pollo your missing out. Great chicken at a great price. The food at this location was great. The 3 stars is because the place needs to be cleaned up a bit. The company has done a nice job of cleaning up the locations but this specific location needs to do an overhaul of their restaurant. The place seemed a bit dirty. read more

First time I have ever tried Juan Pollo and I wasn't impressed. I had asked for all dark meat (and even confirmed it again at the end of my order), and they still gave me white meat. The chicken was okay but I thought it was a bit dry. Had they gotten my order correct, I probably would have given 3 stars, but even at 3 stars... This and Charo Chicken are my favorite places for chicken. For a decade I was in love with El Pollo Loco, but this place blows it out of the water. The chicken and skin are just more flavorful. Everyone I bring here loves it. I've thrown many parties and have ordered 6-12 chickens and my guests all ask me where the chicken is from. I'm not a burrito fan, but my friends love the 1 lbs. $5 burrito they have here. Can last 2 or 3 meals actually. But I only get the chicken! read more

Like I said I love the food but these places need to be cleaner. I can't stand the same smell that all the restaurants have and most people working at the Juan pollo's aren't too professional. I always feel that the kitchen is dirty and that affects how my food taste. I love the food but they need to keep their locations cleaner... Juan Pollo is a great place to get an inexpensive meal! I wouldn't classify it as "Mexican Food" so if you want mexican rice and refried beans don't come here. It's more like fresh rotisserie chicken with a mexican flair. We usually order the family pack to-go for dinner..it is excellent and very reasonably priced for high quality, fresh rotisserie chicken. The salsa is fabulous (love the little pieces of carrots), the chicken is moist & flavorful, the beans are sooo yummy, the rice is the best with the chicken broth flavor and chicken pieces....the rice is crazy addicting!!!! Also, the potato salad is one of the best I've had. Order Juan Pollo if you want something fast that tastes like home cookin; very fresh and delicious. Also, I had a great experience with the catering. I got a ton of food for $225 bucks to feed 50 people....everyone loved the food, it was a big hit! I lied and told people I made the potato salad...it actually does taste homemade..because it is!!!! Nothing is coming out of tupperware tubs here! I would have given it 5 stars but the individual meals (like tacos and burritos and salads) are really not that good. I definitely would not recommend them. Last time my husband ordered a burrito he found 3 big chicken bones in it. So all in all, a good place to get food, but stick with the family packs! read more

This location used to be very good. The last few times I personally have ordered, as well as my company ordering, the food quality and taste has significantly gone downhill. The chicken has been has been very dry, the potato salad tasteless, and things have just changed for the worse. We will not be ordering from this location again.
