After placing the order, I called just to confirm they had received it, and that's when they kindly explained their policy. Even though it was my mistake, the manager went above and beyond to help me and had my catering agua fresca ready in about 25 minutes. I really appreciated how quickly they took care of the situation. When I arrived, the employee who helped me, Bianca, was incredibly friendly and even walked the agua fresca out to my car to help me load it. On the way out, she was also telling me about other flavor options and how they can be mixed, which was really helpful for future events. She was very kind and professional--definitely a great employee. I'm very thankful they were able to accommodate my last-minute situation.
