I was quoted a certain price but when the invoice was printed it was much higher. When I brought that up with the guy I spoke to on the phone he denied anything about the prices I also talked to the manager who asked me not to come back because I was not happy about the bait and switch despite still needing to have them mount the tire on the vehicle (I never raised my voice but I was firm in telling the manager what I was quoted). So not only did I pay more than I was quoted but I also paid for services that I wasn't given. Please stay away from this establishment. It's bad news. read more

Ever since being bought out by Goodyear, this place has become a shake down. First off, make sure they actually rotate your tires. I have marked my tires before and they did not perform the service last time. Secondly, don't get an alignment here. They will charge you for the service and not do the work. Took my car for an alignment. Waited an hour or so, I was told it's done and ready to go. Paid and took off. But when I drove the car, it's still drive toward the right. Excellent service for all types of issues... like fixing leaking radiator! I know they have excellent tires as we always get our tires here but they also have great mechanics that fix more than just tires so highly recommend them for those times when you need something checked on your car. They give terrific explanations of what the problem is and quickly fix it and get your car or SU V as quickly as possible. So he would make this place 5 stars but he isn't always there and the one time I was there the place looked decent enough but I think she was overcharged on installation of one tire. Every time I come in with or without an appointment they are great to receive me. This place is incredibly busy and are able to give me options to either wait or come back at a better time. When it comes to service the gentleman "Emmitt" at the front counter always gives me the best options and prices that meet my budget. Terrible service! This happened not even half an hour ago. I scheduled an appointment for car alignment for 2 vehicles and walk in. The man at the front desk (did not get his name, middle-aged Asian) was speaking to customers already which is perfectly normal. He started bringing up Netflix shows when you could clearly see the customers just wanted to drop off their keys and go. I was the next in line and instead of acknowledging me, he proceeds to ignore me and call out to someone who was already helped with and sitting down waiting. He then calls the customer over to tell him that his brakes are nonexistent and then says he doesn't know what the customer needs just yet. He proceeds to walk past me and HE STILL IGNORES ME. I'm standing there for 10-15 minutes and after feeling ignored and almost uncomfortable we leave. I'm literally standing at a different car service center because this horrendous customer service has deterred me from ever going to Just Tires again. read more

Good people are just good people. I was in a bad situation where I felt vibration in my wheels of my Sienna and found these folks on Yelp. My family had a trip planned for the next day. The team there gave me an honest assessment and diagnostics of the wheels and gave me a fair price. I am writing this at 7:37 at night and they close at 7, but Joe and his team stayed to finish my job as well as others well past closing. I witnessed really horrible customer service by JOE to a woman today. While waiting with my uncle, a woman brought her car early 45 minutes to drop off her car (she said she had a ride) for an appointment she previously scheduled. Joe replied "Oh that's too early" with a smug attitude. Joe continued to berate this poor woman about how "she doesn't understand" when actually she was saying some pretty smart and logical things. Perhaps Joe has difficulty with communication, had a bad day, or lacks customer service skills, either way Joe overstepped And was irritated, angry and completely Sexist in his interaction and comments with that woman. If my uncle hadn't already had his car fixed with this place , I would have encouraged him to go elsewhere. Needless to say the woman left, and brought her business elsewhere. WOMEN DO NOT GO HERE. They respond fast on the phone but the warranty they gave me is different from their website. They are trying to sell what's in stock at that store but in expense of me. They told me certain tires have only 30k warranty (saying I shouldn't wait) but if fast it had 60k. Which is better than what they have...hmmmm.... read more

Well - these guys are great. Better than Midas around the corner even for brakes. Dealerships will gouge you as much as they can. This place does not. They will tell you if you need new brakes or can wait. They will tell you if you need new tires or can wait. They simply look at the inspection results and show you them and you decide. As it should be. And honest pricing. I have been coming here for 15 years and will keep coming here for 15 more - hopefully! read more

If you can, move on and avoid this place!!! Emmett the front office person, is a pathetic excuse for customer service. Came in today for a tire repair due to a nail. As I wait and time passes, he proceeds to tell me the tire is not repairable due to the tires being low on tread and nearly bald. I questioned this because my car is brand new or only 8 months old. They are brand New tires so to hear I have bald tires and my tire is not reparable sounded like complete BS. I told him it's a new car and they are new tires and what I'm being told sounds like I'm being scammed. He proceeded to recheck the paperwork and realized he mistaken me for another customer. Then moments later my car is pulled up front with the tire repaired. He not only used profanity in the waiting room with multiple customers, has complete disregard for common courtesy, zero accountability , zero respect for others along with his aggressive behavior is completely unacceptable. I'm honestly surprised someone with such lack of common respect and unprofessional as he is; is still employed. Take your business elsewhere and skip being treated as if you're sub human. I made an appointment in advance for an oil change which shouldn't take too long even on a busier day, and since I had an appointment I wasn't too worried. I sat in the lobby for 2 hours waiting for my car. There was only 1-2 other people that came in during the entirety of my time sitting in the lobby. When I asked the manager at the desk how much longer he told me not much longer and then proceeded to trash talk me in Spanish to his coworkers (I speak fluent Spanish). I have to say that I've always received great service from this location. I buy my tires here and granted, they are expensive tires, they take care of me when I need to add air every couple of months. All the guys have been great so I always try to leave them a small tip when they do this. Recently, I had a slow leak so when we called, they were very clear that they didn't have time to look at it that day. It was a couple of hours before closing on Saturday afternoon. Rick suggested that I leave the car overnight so that they could work on it in the morning because the earliest appointment was Monday afternoon. I did just that, and Sunday morning, they called letting me know that they had to patch the tire which was still under warranty. Even though I wasn't thrilled that they couldn't fix my car right away, I understood because they were upfront about the situation. And they did their best to help me get the tire fixed as soon as they could. read more

Found a nail on my tire, so I went to Just Tire to see if they could fix/patch it for free since my tires were purchased from them. Amador looked up my account and said that I declined the tire protection plan back then, so I would need to pay $4X for the service. He said he would honor the free patching if the receipt showed it is included. While I was calling my husband and searching through my bag for the receipt, Amador just told me not to worry and he would cover it for me. Then, after about 10 minutes, I found the receipt and it only showed tire rotation and some other stuff were included but not the patching. I went up to him and said I would pay for the service since it wasn't included. He insisted and said it's OK and he would cover it. What a nice guy! During that 1 hour wait, I saw him busy with phone calls as well as customers on-site. He answered all kinds of questions and even detailed quotes over the phone professionally and more importantly, with a nice attitude. I will definitely come back if I need help. read more

So what we thought was a repair ended up being a new tire. All of this happening at 3pm on a Sunday and most places were closing at 4 and refusing to take me. Just tired CLOSED AT 5! And I called Emmett, he had the replacement tire in stock (just in case) but was hoping it would be just a repair. 7 people in the office ALL getting a tires repaired. Came into just tires to check a low pressure tire and waited for approx 10 minutes before someone came in to assist me. It's safe to say , I will not visit the business again. After the ten minutes a guy named Jonathan came in and said I will be right with you boss , then proceeded to take calls on the phone. Maybe understaffed ? He then took another car and started calling everyone on the phone boss and discuss there situations. Previously , other tire stores have been able to check for screws without putting on lift , this store said it would be 4 hours to get in lift as this is the only way to look at tire. For new tires he said the ones I have are super expensive and special order , they only sold Goodyear tires. These tires were purchased at the dealer prior and weren't that expensive. I have been to this location many times and have had terrible customer service experiences each time. The salesperson, Emmett Freeman has a habit of blaming me for everything everytime I do anything. I tell him to do services to my car and he may or may not do them and then blames it on me for not being clear. I am always perfectly clear but he always blames me for something. I recently bought a set of goodyear tires at another location in an emergency and took my car in because this set of tires is wearing rather quickly and not going to make it to their warranty rating. He immediately tells me that this is the wrong tires for my car and that he would not have recommended these tires. I then process the warranty and he gives me a price for putting the exact same tires on my car. He then blames me for not telling him that I wanted to put different tires on my car. Emmett, let me tell you, if your so smart to know that I need other tires on my car then follow through with getting me a price for different tires. Don't blame me for everything. I am not the salesperson. I am only a person buying tires. Don't put yourself up as such an expert on goodyear tires and then blame me for making poor decisions. Great experience as a first time customer at Just Tires. 1) They are open on Sundays 2) Friendly customer service 3) Reasonable prices. I found a nail on one of my "run flat tires." Called a few places and only found a few shops that were willing to patch it vs. full tire replacement. Drove down to the Tustin location on a Sunday morning. They should change the name to 'Just Plain Rude' - I gave it a one star rating because you cant give a negative number! Oh my gosh! Why would any establishment tolerate this guy at the service counter?! While we were waiting in line, one of the techs brought up a clipboard for him - he promptly grabbed it out of his hand and threw on the counter behind him and then dismissed him with a wave of his hand...all in front of the customers! I didn't have the good sense to walk out right then...call me a masochist, what can I say. I asked Dr. Friendly if they would 'plug' a leaky tire.
