Customer service needs to improve and staff needs to be trained. After I physically waited 2.5 hours in shop, I was told they can not do patch work on my nailed tire . I came here to get a rear tire replaced and they told me I needed rear tire and they said I needed both rear brakes and rotors done soon. I went and got my brakes done by a friend a few weeks later and only my front right tire had a bent rotar and was scraping the brake almost to nothing but my rotars were completely fine on other 3 brakes and half the pad was still there on the other brakes. I think they are liars and need to learn to be honest with customers and maybe they would have them come back but I recommend you see what they tell you before allowing any work on your vehicle and they wanted to charge hundreds of dollars it was so much for it all and it wasn't even necessary nor the right rotar so beware and double check what they say before you make a decision to be screwed!!!!! read more

I came in this morning to get our leaky tire fixed. Awesome guy at the front desk helped me out. I feel for this guy because the people before me just had this bad attitude and he really tried his best to explain this businesses policy. As a business owner I appreciate anyone that has to deal face to face with customers. It is not easy and this guy has to deal with some very interesting phone calls and walk-ins. You would be surprise how someone will treat you when you just look at them when it's your turn and let them know you appreciate them. Just be nice & considerate. Ask for Wes. He's the sweetest, most courteous guy. My elderly father and I arrived early before the doors opened and sat in our car. Wes knocked on our window and invited us into the office because it was cold outside. He was also super efficient. This place is a SCAM! I had an alignment done june of 2021 because I just bought 4 new tires for my Mercedes Benz. They did the alignment less than 15 minutes from the time they drove my car into the garage and back out. I know it take longer than that just to hook up the equipments. I was skeptical and shocked how fast it took to do the alignment. Now I know why. All four tires are worn out from bad negative camber wear. The inner side of all four tires are worn off. The rest of the tires was 6-7/32. My tires could've lasted another 20k miles but now I have to buy new tires. Beware! Stay away from this location!! read more

This is after another TERRIBLE Customer SERVICE EXPERIENCE from 9/29 with my car alignment service ! After been going a customers at this Just Tire location for many years, and spending so much time and money at this place. It used to be good that's why I used to come here for a lot of services as shown in my pictures with all my receipts. But it has been getting worse and worse in terms of their customers service and they way they treat their customers who are paying for their services. This place has shown no respect to their customers who paid for their service! They truly don't care about customers service at all! They also want to grab your money and make the deal , but if you want to make an appointment about the plan you purchase, they sounded like they seriously do not want to assist you and sounded like they were annoyed by customer's phone call. Their customers service is a complete joke, it is more like they don't want any customers to come and bother them( even after you purchase a three year plan upfront when they pushed you to buy, but when it comes to using the service that you prepaid, it all becomes a problem) The staff , EMMETT FREEMAN has always been very rude and disrespectful to us many times. The way he handled phone call with those unwelcoming tones is unacceptable, his made us feel that when we call to ask questions is like we are bothering him and he doesn't want to speak to customers. My daughter tire got a low pressure indicator and we came to Just Tires on Yelp and because it was the nearest tire store by to her school. They found that one of her tires got a split and they were able to install a new tire right away. We checked the price at other places nearby and Just Tires got the best price. Horrible. I had an appt at 8am. There were 5 people in front of me when I got there at 8 am. Waited it line for over 20 minutes and I was still 4th in line. I finally left. This is the second time in a week I had an appt and the tire store( other store is America's Tire) just disregards it. No respect for my time. I finally left. They advertise a free tire rotation with your oil change. But upon inspecting my tires I noticed that my tires were not rotated ( I mark my tires). Yes, the rotation is free but if they say they are going to do that service, the customer expects that service to be done. And if that service is not done then as a customer you question if any service that was promised was actually done. So I'm not sure if they changed my oil or just added new oil to the existing. I would normally not enter a review but this has happened to me at just tires stores in the past. Two other time. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but three times is too coincidental. Went to Just Tires not too long ago to find out why I keep having low air pressure lights on. I didn't have any appointment with Just Tires, though after I walked in, Emmett was able to get me into the system immediately. His team also worked diligently and I was informed that there was a nail in my tire. They fixed it up real quick and the cost was minimal. Contrary to what others have said, my overall experience with Emmett was exceptional. He was professional with a light sense of humor. There was another customer in the waiting area at the time when I was there, and when Emmett tried explaining what was wrong with her tires (the other customer), she had a blank look in her eyes, as did I. Emmett then provided explanation in laymen terms so that both her and I understood what he was saying, and also provided the damaged component and told her what to say when sourcing that component, as well as where to get it for the best available price. This was honestly a really positive learning experience for me. Also, I just wanted to say Emmett was exceptionally professional. I will be coming back here for all my tire needs. read more

Went in to have a screw removed and patched on ONE rear tire. I get a call 3 hours later saying they can't fix it AND both rear tires need to be replaced for $400+ out the door. I refuse and go back to pick up my truck 15 min later. When I get there, they dont release my truck back to me because they needed to remove the 2 tires they already installed on my truck without my authorization. They petformed an UNAUTHORIZED INSTALLATION. I had to wait another 40 min for my original tires to be put back on.....with the screw still in one. Only reason I didn't put 1 Star is because Ive had over 20 years of GOOD service from the same shop. I brought my truck to Big O who spotted the screw while I was pulling up and had it on a jack 30 seconds after I parked. read more

My vehicles TPMS light needed to be replaced and a diagnostics done. Amador, was extremely helpful when I called prior to and when I arrived at the store. The mechanic Agustin, did the diagnostic which verified exactly what was to be done. I am so very pleased with the quality of service and the price I received. I had just finished at the gym and I noticed a screw in my tire on Friday night around 5pm. Not exactly an ideal time to have this happen since it was the end of the day and places close. Plus, I have been through a lot of tire places over the years and they are usually booked up as the day progresses. I found Just Tires was just about 2 miles from where I was so I swung by there and they helped me right away. They were nice and went out and checked my car and found that it was leaking slowly. The screw was in my tread and not the sidewall which was great. My tires are several hundred dollars each so this was the perfect scenario since I had enough tread to patch it. They said it would be a couple of hours and 90 minutes later they were done. They did a great job and it was only about $41 for the work. All-in-all it was a great experience and I will return for sure if I have any future tire needs. read more

I had an appointment today at 11 AM and I walked in the door about an hour early. Was greeted right away by Alejandro; who had a friendly smile very professional it was really really nice. I had a couple questions and he didn't make me feel rushed he research the questions got back to me was really informative just can't say enough good about him. This is a very good store with nice people who treat you with respect. So if you're in the area and you need help with your car And you are in the area give them a shot. I've had two positive experiences here and will be going here from now on. 1. They assisted in getting tread measurements for free. It helped negotiate free tires from the seller 2. After I got the new tires, I came here for alignment. In and out in 45minutes. They won't take your money until they confirm that you need the alignment. Also, $120 for alignment is a great deal, but $229 for 3yrs of alignment is even better! Also, the guy at the front desk is knowledgeable and straightforward. Honestly the best service. I was in the freeway and suddenly the tire warning turned on. My tire pressure dropped tremendously from 35 to 19 in mins. At 7pm on a Saturday night i was worried we wouldn't be able to find a place to fix. Luckily the just tires was open. A whole box cutter razor blade was found in my tire!!!! Relatively fast, easy, and affordable. I got all 3 from this spot. I felt the service was great here, with little issues and everything explained to me well. I would recommend booking an appointment online through Michelin or Justtires.com as this place was clearly crowded and busy. Parking wise, I had to leave my car in front of the shop when my appointment started. In my first visit I got my tires installed and they do a good job with it. Just make sure you have your lug nut lock before you go since my old place apparently "took and lost" my old wheel lug nut locks and I had to get a replacement from Honda. My second visit involved a tire rotation, oil change, and transmission fluid replacement, and for the price I was expecting much higher but was glad to find it not only affordable, but relatively quick (1.5 hours even though I booked the appointment the same day). There are no frets that I have with this place. If you're dropping off your car I personally would recommend doing it before 4 as they do close at 8. Other than that it was good. read more

My wife made an online appointment ordering a specific set of tires. When she got to the store, the mechanics sheered off one (2?) wheel bolts. They also explained they did not have the tires she ordered, offering her different tires. In her frustration, she ask them to put the wheels back on and left. She immediately noticed all four tires were under pressurized. I then went back to the store and asked for an explanation. After changing their story a couple of times. They agreed to replace one of the bolts, but were hesitant about the second bolt. Please note, wheel bolts sheer off primarily due to over-torquing, and my wife has only brought her car here, and they are the only ones to have ever removed her tires. In other words, they were responsible, but refused to accept this. I also explained the failure to pressurize the tires correctly. The mechanic, Johnny, said that the specs said to pressurize to 35 psi. I said yes, and they are under pressure. I agreed to bring the car back tomorrow for them to fix the bolt(s). I had them check the tire pressure. Of course all the tires were all under 29 psi. They filled them to 35 psi (I stood by the compressor to make sure it was done correctly), and then I left after they said they would call be tomorrow when the bolt(s) came in. They did not call me the next day, so I called them. After being put on hold for about 20 minutes, they told me to bring the car in. When I got there the mechanic, Hector, said they would only fix the one wheel bolt. I said I would take that, I hope they would take responsibility (Johnny was there but was hesitant to speak). I waited three hours just to get back to where my car was before my wife brought it in. Avoid this place. read more
