I have a Tesla and many places were unwilling to even repair the tires, so I was very pleased when I learned I didn't need to purchase a brand new tire. I called at 4pm asking for 2 new tires, Emmet answered, verified the tires are in stocks, I said I'll be there in 30 minutes. When I get there the lobby is packed with last minute customers and I hear Emmet tell the 2 people before me that they cannot get to their car until tomorrow. When it's my turn, I said "I doubt you can get me in today, but I called a half hour ago". Emmet said "I got you, been holding your spot". Emmitt is absolutely the best! from the start he made me feel comfortable, told me that they will take car of my car( even though my car IS a mess on the inside...sorry guys) I told him I was gonna go get food and will come back. he called me but I didn't hear it..oops. there was a problem with removal of tires so I said do what u need to do. they found the problem, Emmitt showed me..it was brake hardware..looks like a tent..and a piece of it was cut through and he explained to me what it was, and what happened. I said yes let's replace that piece. he told me it was coming in...great. So last Saturday I had upgraded my suspension to a mostly fully adjustable set up (keep that in mind: Adjustable struts, front camber plates, additional camber bolts, rear LCAS, and toe arms ), at my friend's garage in LA. After working on it for 4 and a half hours, there were no available appointments at the alignment shops nearby. I decided to make the mad dash back to Irvine where I figured I could just swing by this place on the way home since it is still open on Saturday and nearby. (Originally I was going to go to my regular alignment guy but he isn't open on the weekend) I understand they are open til 6 and I came in and 3 and I had asked if they had room for another alignment and the guy said ok. After waiting until 530/545. My car was finally pulled in. They racked it, seemed to have been rolling it and lining it up with the sensors and then eventually took it for a test drive. After paying $109.00 and getting my receipt and alignment read out. I saw the front camber was not touched. At this point it was 6 or so..I asked why and if it was adjusted, and they said that's "manufactured" camber and it can't be adjusted, I understand it's been a long day, but I waited a long while, and after paying that amount I wanted the car done right. At this point I actually never saw the tech open up the hood and try to adjust the camber closest to zero as possible. I figured I wouldn't force a debacle, and headed home. The car still doesn't drive straight, when you hold the wheel straight it pulls right and your can feel the passenger side tires bite. It honestly feels like the tech just rolled the car on the rack and took it for a spin. I wanted to head back to get it adjusted this week but after reading a previous review of someone in a similar dilemma I don't intend to and won't ever be heading back. This location is close to our house and we have used them for different cars throughout the years. I had heard about their 3 year alignment service and signed up for our 2 year old car. Rick was the manager who checked me in and car was ready in time as I had requested. He was professional and courteous. Only one small negative and it has to do with their website: I had made an appointment online for the early morning but disappointingly there was no record of it. I hit a curb and busted my front tire on my Mazda CX5 on Friday evening. I thought I could take my car to Mazda on Saturday morning at 7AM for repair, but to my surprise I needed "aN aPpOiNtMeNt" and they couldn't help me. The nice thing was that they referred me to Just Tires to help me. So I drove there and sure enough Just Tires was able to help me out. Well, Mr. Emmett helped me out. He made me feel very comfortable because he was honest . I didn't feel like he was trying to gip me out of money. He explained the process and kept me informed of the status of my car during my wait. I think i was there maybe 2 hours on a Saturday with no appointment , which was awesome! The vibe in the waiting area was relaxing so I didn't mind the wait. I began the morning trying to get one tire changed at a Just Tires in Irvine off of Jamboree. They left me standing out there past the opening time, even though we made eye contact, and I just had to wait there patiently. Once they finally opened the door, they were extremely rude and short with me when trying to buy a replacement tire. As a Black female, I often have a bad experience when it comes to anything automotive so I wasn't surprise. I left there feeling insulted and low, which is when I decided would never return there. Ridiculous. I call, and the person on the phone tells me bring my car in, and I can wait. It will probably take a couple of hours, and they will be there until at least eight. Half an hour later I get there, after 12 hours of work and travel, for the disinterested kid at the counter (who apparently replaced the person on the phone) to tell me there's no way they can help me, and I would have to leave my car overnight. Long story short... Had full brakes service, all my brakes were changed for almost $700. I could have get the same service much for less, but I thought let's get it done right... Terrible service, RUDE staff and sketchy business practices!! Came in to get my tires checked before our family trip. I've been buying my tires at this location for many years out of habit and convenience (close to my house). Bought my last set of tires a year and a half ago. I go in and they cannot find ANY record that I've ever purchased tires there. I was shocked. Staff was so rude to me. He said I must've bought them elsewhere, when I knew I bought them there. Came here for Free check-up, specially on brake fluid; My car requires it to be replaced at certain interval. It was quiet Saturday morning (8:30am) so I asked series of questions about flushing vs. bleeding, using cleaners during coolant exchange, and wheel alignment, etc. to the guy at the front. Well, he clearly answered all those questions. When the check up is done, Steven informed me that the "contamination" level in brake fluid is relatively low therefore the fluid service won't be necessary today; No up sell or gimmicks. People starts flowing in around 9am and gets busy; good sign that this place is trusted by many folks. DO NOT waste your time here, look somewhere else. Be aware they will not honor online appointment! I see some other customers had same experience recently... A short version of my review: the manager is very rude and inpatient, did not want to provide service despite I made an appointment ahead of time, he first made excuse saying there are cars ahead of me while only 2 of the 6 bays are occupied, then he made a different excuse that it was 430pm, and the store is closing at 6pm. A detail version of my review: I made an appointment for alignment check on 9/7 430pm, appointment confirmation number 0526726460. I showed up at the store 425pm, seeing only two cars are being worked on, 6 to 7 technicians are there and the alignment bay is empty, thought it would be done quickly. I was so wrong. I walking into their lobby, two customers waiting there, no one at the front desk. After a while, a gentleman "A" showed up from the back office, didn't even greeting me or look at me, just said "YES?". I greeted him, and said I made an appointment for 430pm to do an alignment check. He responded, "I don't know who made that appointment.." I trying to show him my confirmation number and confirmation email, he continues, "I know you said you made appointment , but that website to make appoint is stupid." At this moment, a second gentleman "B" showed up from back, asking if he can help, A said "no, I got this". Then A ask me "First name?" I replied with my first name, and asked since the alignment bay is empty, can the technicians do a check? A responded "No, there are cars in front of you, and you should not come when there is only 1 and half hour left for business." I then follow "if there are cars in front of me, why the bay is empty?" A did not bother to respond but continues "Last name?" I asked "will you work on my car?" He said "Maybe, but it will take a while". At this point I felt this is not a right place to deal with, so I told him "Well, I am done here." I walked to my car, and when I drive by those empty bays, I saw A was there, so I tried to ask him why he didn't want to provide service. Gentleman B walked over saying" the appointment is made from the website, they didn't know what is happening here, I only have two technicians." Then I looked at the 6 or 7 technicians , ask, "there are only 2? Really?" B then trying to continue saying "we work more than 50 cars a day..." Well, not too impressed with my phone inquiry. Seems as though there is a lack of interest and desire to harness business though the internet. I went online to order the tires I wanted Through that process it lets you schedule an appointment online. Sunday 1:00 pm is available, but called to see if I could drop it off before Church and pick it up later when they got to it at my designated appointment time. I was informed that I could try, but it was based on first come first serve basis on Sundays regardless of appointment so it might not get done. I have never felt any warm welcome to Just Tires overall. This doesn't help win my business. I'll stick to America's Tire then. read more

Really this facility deserves 0 stars. Made an appointment to get my tire plugged/patched for 3pm on a Monday. Ended up going in early at 1pm. I called on my way and the guy said, "yeah come in I'll get you right in we are not booked up" so I drove down there. Sat in lobby for 45 minutes and asked employee how much longer it would be. His response "probably 2 hrs" I probably would have waited but the way he approached the situation and his attitude ruined it for me. Years and years of coming to this location for "Just Tires" for my Porsche, Rover, and Tesla. The one time I bring in my truck for an alignment, thought I'd get my oil changed at the same time. Boy oh boy, big mistake. Alignment was fantastic but the truck leaked oil in the likes of a Harley Davidson! Zero leaks before while parked on my spotless driveway, afterwards, a huge puddle of oil. Staff was fantastic throughout but when I brought the truck back in, the prognosis was a leaking oil pan?!?! How does an oil change cause a leaky oil pan? Filter, drain plug, sure! Oil pan? After driving a Tesla I am spoiled anyways, 78,0000 miles and zero maintenance other than tire changes for the awesome piece of Tesla engineering.....guess from now on, "Just Tires" means Just Tires! Just here to leave another review about this location's customer service. I warned my bf about my bad experience when he decided to go here to get a new set of wheels. His experience at that time was great! Later on, he goes there for an oil change. I warned him again but he still went bc the store is open on Sunday's. He was asked to make an appt to come back for a tire rotation bc they were busy. He comes back the following week and he still had to wait an hour before they started on the car. What's the point of making an appointment??? esp after having him go back. It gets better- few weeks later, he runs over a nail on his way to work. He reached out to the store with the knowledge that when the tires were bought it came with a warranty. However the guy at the counter was extremely rude to my bf and said that repairs are done under the extended warranty. My bf simply asked for the manager's info (bc who trusts a rude guy?) and the guy was still rude! Guy just points at a picture framed on the wall and says he doesn't know his manager's contact info. It's about 6pm with a crowded waiting room and this guy was very bold to be rude. My bf went elsewhere and paid more for better service. The regional manager reached out and offered coupons to make up for it. There's soooo much competition around. Went to your location at 3097 Edinger Ave., Tustin, CA yesterday 11/30/2020t o fix a flat tire. Tires were 6 months old. Needless to say, it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in regards to service and customer care. Tire had a nail in it. Technician took his time checking all the tires. Finally got to the tire with the nail, pulled it off, took it off the rim and then called the manager over. Manager rolled to tire over to the edge of the bay and told me that the nail had punctured the sidewall after entering through the flat part of the tire. He showed it to me but would not let me touch the tire or the nail. Manager said that would not repair the tire because of the sidewall and would not be able to put the original tire back on citing the sidewall puncture. He then turned his back to me and started walking away while pushing the tire back to the technician. I asked to see it again and he refused. He told me that he legally was not allowed to repair it nor put the tire back on the rim and put it back on my vehicle. It was not a good moment. No offer of any other solutions. I surmised that this was now a game and that I would ask to buy a new tire. I didn't and even said that this smells like a game. I asked the technician to bring the tire back to me to inspect and the manager became angry and asked what I was doing. I told him I wanted to see the tire, place of puncture and the second puncture on the sidewall. He did not like it and I responded that this was the moment where I would be forced to buy a brand new tire. It turned out that the nail entered from the flat part then angled towards the sidewall and had not even touched the sidewall let alone punctured it. YOUR manager lied to me. Yelled at me and said he would risk losing his job if he repaired the tire due to liability issues. It was very clear to me at the moment that JUST TIRES is not about customer service nor cares about their customers at all. This was a profit driven moment. I asked the manager to put the spare tire on and that I would pay him for the service. He walked away saying nothing and giving me an angry look. To make matters worse, the technician backed the car out of the bay after putting the still damaged tire on it then REFUSED to give me my key back. Held it up in front of my face and said that I would have to go in the office and ask for my keys back. I ended up calling AAA, drove back to the company that sold me the tire and they patched it. YES, they patched it. It was closer to the sidewall than the center, but it was repairable. You have a vile and disgusting person as the manager. I don't know his name. On the invoice it says 'SALESMAN 002'. I will go out of my way to make sure that no family or friends shop with your company. Looked at recent yelp reviews and this seems to be a pattern with a manager named Steve. Bad customer service. read more

I rarely do reviews but if I do it's either because I had an amazing experience or in this instance... a nightmare. I made an appointment for a SIMPLE tire rotation. I came in a little earlier than I expected and dropped off my keys after signing some paperwork. The cashier told me it would only be 30-45 minutes since it was "just a tire rotation". I decided thankfully to set a timer from the time I dropped off my keys, giving them 45 minutes. I asked them to call me when my car was ready and I decided to wait at the Jack in the box nearby to kill time. 45 minutes later my alarm went off and guess what, I still had not received a phone call letting me know that my car was done. So I decided to call and check in. And what do you know... they haven't even looked at my car yet. Not only that but they said that if I left it there for another hour they would be done. I could literally feel my blood pressure shoot through the roof. What pissed me off the most was that they didn't even have the common decency to let me know that they were backed up and then they had the balls of steel to ask me to wait another hour. I thought I misheard when he said an hour because I was in such disbelief. What the hell is the point of making an appointment if you aren't going to keep it? I had enough and I told him I just wanted to get my keys back. I walked in and the cashier apologized and said that they could take it in and be finished within 30 minutes... I just took my keys and left. Such a complete waste of time. Very disappointed that this place didn't work out since it's in such a convenient location. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else where they value your time instead of trying to squeeze in as many customers as they can for profit. read more

I tried not to give any star. Just Tire on Edinger had been servicing my car oil change and tires for the past ten years, it was the best especially the management team in the office. Starting last three years, the front desk staff changed, I gave them a chance and come back to do oil change last month, I was told the reserved appointment and the price on website is not available. I waited three hours in the office and finally saw my car got done and pulled out on the street. After waited for another half an hour, I tried to give them my credit card and ask them just charge it and let me go. One of the front desk guy (owner?) got upset and throw me my car key, he yelled loud at me and ask me to leave, I said you have to charge my card, he yelled "I don't want your money, just leave". That was insulting, I have never been treated like this in anywhere before. Will never come back for any service on Edinger, sorry Just Tire lost a team of best staff couple years ago.
