I rarely do reviews but if I do it's either because I had an amazing experience or in this instance... a nightmare. I made an appointment for a SIMPLE tire rotation. I came in a little earlier than I expected and dropped off my keys after signing some paperwork. The cashier told me it would only be 30-45 minutes since it was "just a tire rotation". I decided thankfully to set a timer from the time I dropped off my keys, giving them 45 minutes. I asked them to call me when my car was ready and I decided to wait at the Jack in the box nearby to kill time. 45 minutes later my alarm went off and guess what, I still had not received a phone call letting me know that my car was done. So I decided to call and check in. And what do you know... they haven't even looked at my car yet. Not only that but they said that if I left it there for another hour they would be done. I could literally feel my blood pressure shoot through the roof. What pissed me off the most was that they didn't even have the common decency to let me know that they were backed up and then they had the balls of steel to ask me to wait another hour. I thought I misheard when he said an hour because I was in such disbelief. What the hell is the point of making an appointment if you aren't going to keep it? I had enough and I told him I just wanted to get my keys back. I walked in and the cashier apologized and said that they could take it in and be finished within 30 minutes... I just took my keys and left. Such a complete waste of time. Very disappointed that this place didn't work out since it's in such a convenient location. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else where they value your time instead of trying to squeeze in as many customers as they can for profit. read more

I had a huge screw / nail in my front left tire. No place was opened at 6pm nearby Tustin Irvine except this place. Arrived at 630p and they took care of me. THEY ARE 5 stars. They patched up my tire for free. Yes you heard me, I just had to wait 1.5-2 hours and they patched it up for free. No better deal and no better service. They are so busy though but yeah nothing better than free. Took care of me when everyone else was pretty much closed. Winners in my book! Patched it from the inside too! Woot woot!! read more

such a shame there's no zero star option on this site as this place definitely deserves that! I made an online appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation at noon. I get there on time and the cashier Steven is taking FOREVER to input my information and after what seems long, I hand him my keys. I'm sitting outside and 45 minutes have passed and I noticed my car still sitting in the same spot! I go on in and ask why has my car sat in the exact spot untouched for 45 minutes? There's three guys standing around at the register having social hour. None of them seem interested in helping me so I had to intervene on the conversation. I let them know that I am on my lunch and I don't have time to wait much longer. Instead of an apology, Steven gets my keys and just hands them to me. I guess business is that great that losing a customer doesn't matter... I'm never coming back here again! read more

I tried not to give any star. Just Tire on Edinger had been servicing my car oil change and tires for the past ten years, it was the best especially the management team in the office. Starting last three years, the front desk staff changed, I gave them a chance and come back to do oil change last month, I was told the reserved appointment and the price on website is not available. I waited three hours in the office and finally saw my car got done and pulled out on the street. After waited for another half an hour, I tried to give them my credit card and ask them just charge it and let me go. One of the front desk guy (owner?) got upset and throw me my car key, he yelled loud at me and ask me to leave, I said you have to charge my card, he yelled "I don't want your money, just leave". That was insulting, I have never been treated like this in anywhere before. Will never come back for any service on Edinger, sorry Just Tire lost a team of best staff couple years ago. Very impressed by their customer service. Yesterday, I showed up with a flat tire when they were very busy. Steven was very professional and accommodating when he didn't have to be. I had my dog with me with no carrier so I couldn't Uber home. I waited outside for a couple hours, but I didn't mind. I was already told there would be a long wait, and they were so accommodating. My circumstances didn't have to be their problem, yet they took care of me despite that. The previous time I was there, I came with a my old lease that needed to have all four tires replaced. The gentleman that helped me back then was sympathetic because he knew how pricey it would be to replace all four run-flat tires. He gave me honest recommendations on how to handle my situation. I had a bad experience over a decade ago when I fixed a flat at a hole in the wall tire shop... it burst on the freeway about a month later. That being said, even though Just Tires repeatedly assured me that my tire will be ok, I do have PTSD (it was so scary!) and I will feel more secure replacing my tire with them in the future. read more

I did not personally work with Just Tires, but I'm writing this on behalf of my mom who got excellent service from Steven at Just Tires. My mom went in for an oil change on Sunday, and on Monday her car suddenly shut off and would not stay on when restarted. She gave Just Tires a call, and they immediately offered a free tow to evaluate the issue. They could not tow on Monday (this was our fault, not theirs), but they towed us back in within 30 minutes of a phone call on Tuesday morning. A few hours later, I got a call from Steven letting us know the issue was a minor disconnect related to the air intake which was not allowing the engine to continue running. They had fixed the issue at no charge and let us know the car could be picked up. It's fully possible that the issue had absolutely nothing to do with the oil change performed, so props to Steven and his team for taking care of this (especially so promptly) even if they had nothing to do with it. Great customer service, and I'd definitely work with Just Tires again read more

Staff was cold rude and uncaring unorganized My tire had a flat so I brought it in to get a new tire. They quoted $495 for a continental and I had to ask to get a less expensive falcon tire which was half priced. When I picked up the car the next day the new tire also went flat. I took it back and was told my rim was cracked causing the new tire to go flat. Why didn't they find the crack the first time? So when I picked up the car again I asked them to pump up the new flat tire to give me time to drive over to get the rim replaced at another center. Bit when I went to pic lol my fob key up I was told by 3 different staff to sit and wait although I was the only one there at the counter. I Explained I needed the key now to drive to get the new rim before the tire went flat again but they rudely ignored me. I finally had to yell and drop some F bombs to get My key. Oh and that day when I called them he voicemail said they were closed. There are no systems at that place and the guys working there are all zombies. read more

I like the way the Manager Mr. Emmett Freeman was so personable to all of his customers. He's very respectable, answering yes sir, no sir at times even referring to the customers regardless of whether they were Black, White, Asian, Mexican,etc., as brother. He explained everything to his customers with patient understanding, which is why I come all the way from Rancho Santa Margarita to your location there. Mr. Freeman makes you feel at home. I kept calling around to different auto places and they referred me to 'Just Tires' because my wheel was vibrating and shaking when I went over 60 mph. They balanced all 4 tires ($15.99/tire) and got rid of the problem. They called me when my car was ready and had great customer service. My husband has been sitting there for 2 hours waiting for them to tell him if he needs new tires or if they can patch his tire with a nail in it. What a joke. Don't bother going to this place unless you have all day to wait for answers because they obviously work at a sloths pace. read more

I will never come back here again, and neither should you. I bought 2 new tires here back in 2015 and was told that they would be good for at least 50k miles. The person told me that if the tires failed before then, they would replace them for me. When I came back a few months ago with very worn tires, I asked if they were the two I had bought from you guys or if they were the two remaining originals on the car. They said the worn ones were the originals, so I paid for replacements. I also bought the alignment package in 2015 and have gotten my alignment done frequently here ever since. It's been 5k miles since I came in to get the second set of tires, and I came in to get an oil change and have my car looked at before a trip. They told me my tires were worn and I was shocked. I asked if they would be replacing them because I didn't get the useful life out of them. They said that the ones that were worn were original, and not from them. As it turns out, the worn tires that I replaced a few months ago were the ones I got from you guys in 2015. I got just over 25k of the 50k miles out of them. They informed me that the warrantee on the premature wear is a proration, and not a replacement. While I realize I should have asked for it in writing rather than taking their word for it, I was lead to believe that it was a replacement. He also said that typically you need to bring it into a just tires location to be rotated regularly - something that also was never mentioned when I purchased tires previously. I did rotate my tires twice in that 25k Miles, but had no clue that it was required for the warrantee nor that it had to be at a Just Tires to count. After some arguing, the representative applied the proration from the previous tires (that I didn't ask for because I was told it was original tires that wore out) to the new tire replacements. He told me it would be $25/tire. I'm not sure how getting 50% of the life out of a tire equates to $25 off on a $125 tire, but apparently it does. Definitely stings when you think you're set on tires for at least another 25k miles and that if they wear early they would get replaced. To add insult to injury, the guy gave me my keys back and my copy of the key to my wife's car was broken. I pointed it out and the guys didn't even apologize. Not sure how much that's going to cost to fix at the dealer, but it's just one more thing that Just Tires has cost me. Do yourself a favor and pick one of the five other mechanics in the same parking lot as these guys. read more

Came in real quick because my tire was leaking air for an unknown reason. They found out there wasn't a nail or anything in it. but the valve for my tire was defective and leaking air that way. They fixed it for me free of charge! That's pretty awesome since it saved me about 35 bucks if it was a damaged/leaking tire. Would come here again and recommend it to others! Also this location is pretty clean and that is always a nice environment to wait in. read more

EDIT: I called Just Tires regarding a missing gate opener that was previously attached to the windshield of my car. I noticed it was no longer there after picking up my vehicle, going to my office, and then going home. Joe called me back letting me know that the staff does not know anything about it and the technician who worked on my vehicle did not touch it. I believe them and that they would not steal an object of no value to them and that their employees would be fired if they did such a thing. (But I'm still without my gate opener and my landlord will be charging me, so it's really just my problem) Joe also addresses this issue, apologized sincerely, and explained to me that as a practice, it is very standard in the industry to add warranty and that I was not obligated to purchase it, and that Just Tires would gladly offer a refund. I appreciate their promptness in responding to this review. However, I did not question the warranty nor the value it offers, I was moreso concerned that it was added to my invoice without my knowledge. A couple of days ago, my tire went flat as I was driving down Edinger and I just happened to be around Just Tires, so I pulled in my car to get the flat checked out. It is my second time here and I remember I didn't have the best first experience in 2018 when I got a whole set, but I didn't feel like calling AAA to tow me elsewhere. Price was fair and the service was quick, and maybe I'm just a millennial that doesn't get it... but I feel that a little more communication and transparency would've made my experience better. I dropped off my car on Monday at 6:30pm and saw the posted hours for 8:00pm. When I get a call Tuesday morning 10am that the car is ready, I went to pick it up at 6:30pm after work. Turns out they changed their hours temporarily and closed at 6:00pm, which wasn't communicated to me when I dropped off the car or when I received the phone call. So I come back the next morning (today) and the first thing I'm told is how much trouble the guy got in by the assistant manager for putting down a note to take care of my car first thing in the morning on Tuesday, when I didn't even come to pick it up that day. Yes, he said it in a joking manner to poke fun at me, but at this point I'd just like to pay and get out, The guy asks if it'll be cash or card. So i paused for a moment and I had to ASK him how much the total was, which came out to $240 for 1 tire. So I'm super confused and asked if I can see the invoice. He shows it to me and let's me know he just went ahead and added a $25 warranty in case the tire goes out. I was never told about this warranty or ever consulted with. I kept the warranty on, but trying to rush a customer to pay first without letting him know the total amount, showing the invoice, or disclosing that he added additional things I wasn't aware of... it's either straight up shady or just really bad communication. Just Tires has lost my trust and I will be looking for another tire shop that will consult with me on my options and how much it will cost me. I don't even know if I want to make use of the $25 warranty I purchased because that would mean coming back... read more

I decided to come to Just Tires based on the reviews. I came in fully expecting to have to buy a new tire. Instead, they were able to patch my tire for a cost of $25. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, and Walter did not charge me for the service. I will definitely be coming back here for future tire repairs/problems/rotations. They're too busy, quality is low. Had to drive there 3 times to replace a flat tire. 3 hours to inspect a damaged tire that was left to them with sticking bolt. The tire was not dismounted from the rim during the inspection. 1 day and $270 to get a new tire, and estimated another 1 hour to put a tire back. Rim got a deep scratch. On a good side, a person getting orders is nice. Update: had to return there 4th time as the new installed tire was loosing air. After another inspection they've found a dent and crack in the rim, right at the place where they took off a bolt the first time. They don't fix rims, so had to find another place to finally fix the problem. read more

Great customer service. Front desk is very courteous, patient and friendly. I brought my car for same day service for a battery change and considering how last minute it was, I was able to get my car by 3-4 hours. Jonathan, Jose (and Chris in the past) have been very helpful. Price was also reasonable. I have a BMW and called around to see how much for new battery installation and they were the most competitive. Other places do NOT replace BMW cars. Some places only sell the battery and do not install. Other places charge an arm and a leg. Thanks Just Tires. read more

Went to get my tire air leak checked yesterday and I just say I had a excellent visit. Emmet and Mike were instrumental in setting the service while Jose was the one who took care of the nail in the new tire so well. Jose also balanced the wheel before installing on the car and he checked all the sensors as well to make sure they were OK. I applaud him, Emmet and Mike for making my visit a pleasant one. Had a leak in my tire. Called them in and they said they were full for appointments but could take a walk in. I drove right over. They were able to get my tire all patched up and check pressure in the other tires to ensure all was well in just over an hour an twenty five minutes. It cost 25 dollars. The next day the low pressure light came on. I took it back in to the shop. They tested all the tires and discovered the patch wasn't holding up. The glass in the tire had made the hole just too big. Jose was so nice about it. He refunded my 25 bucks and then put my spare on so that I could drive it back to where the tires were warrantied. Very friendly group of guys that helped me with my car the past couple days. The staff was friendly and attentive to all the costumers in there while I was waiting. The shop is open late so the perfect place to go when you absolutely need your tire fixed now. Would use them again for tire needs. read more

They work hard here, appear to do good work and have really friendly people working. They also have excellent weekend hours. Unfortunately, they are terrible with time management and managing their high work load. Also... no coffee in the any of the coffee dispensers. Came in on a saturday morning at 845 with no appointment and they were incredibly busy, a lot of people in line and sitting in chairs. I had a flat tire on the suburban and they estimated 2 hours until they could repair. It took 2.5 hours for someone to let me know that the flat tire was in a state of disrepair and they did not have a replacement in stock. They kept the rim, ordered the replacement tire and were supposed to call me on Tuesday to arrange the install. No call. I called them on Wednesday and they had the tire but had not put the tire on the rim yet. They asked me to come in at 1pm to have the tire mounted. I came in at one and they were ready for me! Took about one hour for the mount and placing the spare back underneath. While I was in the waiting room I witnessed many frustrated customers dealing with the shops inability to estimate times correctly and deal with the back-up of cars and people. read more

Horrible customer service, I told manager I might be at the wrong tire shop instead of letting me go , kinda push me to get my tire fix, went along with it I told him i had a limited time he said 1 hr 1/2 after, an hr in manager told me a bunch of problems with my car at this point hood was open and tires were off car so I told them I gotta leave soon he said it will be quick , so I said go ahead and fix it, drag it on another hr and 1/2 and when I try to pay he said don't rush be patient , and I was already late for the doctors . I came in with a $130 problem walking out with a $460 solution and was late for my doctor appointment that I had scheduled 1 month in advance, I will never come to this place again , to to Midas next door guys , that is were I originally got my tires , people there are way nicer and professional read more

After waiting 2 hours I checked on my car they didn't even start to working on it...... and cashier said 2 hours just a estimated time......... I got my car after 4 hours waiting time. Came in to get my tires changed. Steve was very thorough and patient from the start. He explained everything I needed to know about my tires life span and explained my options very well. During the service, they found out that my break pad and rotors were at an unsafe state and needed to be changed ASAP. I knew my breaks were bad but I didn't know they were at that point. He even sent me pictures to compare and thoroughly explained to me the different parts and answered my questions very patiently. After discussing my options, Steve helped me with changing everything with an added deal in the pricing as well. I really appreciate the customer service that Steve provided. Definitely has gained another loyal customer (my mom is also a loyal customer and has referred three other people). Also - timing was great. Went in on a Friday afternoon without an appointment and was done within 2-3 hours. read more
